Walmart Supercenter

This auto center is the worst place I’ve ever been to. If I could put negative stars I absolutely would. They screwed up and messed up my valve stem and TPMS after letting me know they couldn’t get it off. I was fine with this and thought I’ll be fine without one monitor. I drove the car back to my apartment and the next time I drove the car the tire was flat that was missing the monitor. It’s clear they screwed up the stem when trying to pry the monitor off. They proceeded to try and make me pay for the repairs after having to get a tow truck to put my spare on and waiting 4 hours for them to fix the monitor which it obviously shouldn’t take that long. I also experienced a very large handful of customers having problems with this place trying to charge them for crap that wasn’t the customers fault. I wouldn’t recommended coming here to anyone unless you want a ton of stress and to sit around for 4 hours for tires and then 4 hours for a new valve stem. Horrible

This Walmart maintains good inventory, great prices and options, plus it is comfortable to shop here. I had a great experience at the checkout. Friendly cashier and didn't have to wait at all.

I came to get my tires put on, I purchased online with my Walmart + account made an appointment for 9am so I can get it done early and finish my other errands and appointment for the day, my vehicle didn't start getting worked on till 11am. What's the point of making an appointment if your gonna work on them at a different time, it's not like I just walked in without appointment I had it scheduled for almost 2 weeks. Also found it odd that there is technically no money service area and guest services nor cashiers will make change for cash, first Walmart ever across the US that I've been too without Money services or being able to make change period...

Our household jokes that the grocery pickers are just a bunch of young kids who don't have common sense yet and are afraid to ask for help when they can't find something.

Management must have autism. There are thirteen people waiting and eight registers closed on one side. Do they not have enough humans monitoring the self checkouts for theft? Their theft prevention on the self checkouts is so good that you can’t even ring things up without it going off. What’s your excuse, Walmart?

This morning I was shopping Walmart. I was in the bakery and looking for something sweet for mom. I caretake for mom …..sometimes (a lot of the time) ..she’s picky ..
THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE NAMED Maryam/Miriam ,sorry not sure on the spelling, kindly asked me what she could help me with! She knew just the thing!!… SHE KINDLY OFFERED ME THE FRESHEST DONUTS (mom loved) EVER!!

Walmart is a great place to shop at if anything I know a lot of people who shops at Walmart in Dilworth and it is better then any other Walmart I have been to they are very clean and there are no clutters or small spaces there I give them a 10/10 great customer service and it’s always a in and out situation with checking out

Whoever is in charge of ordering stock for this store is COMPLETELY incompetent and needs to go. Immediately. I have lost count of the number of times I have gone to get a favorite item of mine only to find it out of stock. I end up going to one of the Fargo walmarts. They have the items I'm looking for, so it's not due to a shortage. The person in charge of keeping the shelves stocked needs to be fired. Seriously. I'm so sick of this.

It's store wide. Not just food items. Try finding the most common size clothing items. Nothing but small, medium and XXX-larges. How hard is it to track and forecast sales? I could walk through the clothing sections over the course of a few weeks and do a better job based off what I see with my own eyes. They have software and actual sales numbers and they can't seem to get it right! Pitiful.

I should have qualified this by saying that the folks that work there, at least when I shop there, all seem very friendly and hard-working.

Customer service sucks, had a problem, called, refused to answer, had to call another store to get them to call me. I tried to call dilworth several times, for several hours, not once they answered, every time I had to call a different store to get them to talk to me.

I recently visited Walmart with my kids and had a great shopping experience! We found everything we needed and more - the toy section was a hit with my little ones, and we ended up leaving with some fantastic toys and car accessories. The prices were unbeatable, and the store was well-organized and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our shopping trip a breeze. Wanted the Prima Della rare roast beef, employee took out an extremely small piece to cut out order, my husband did not want the end piece and asked employee her name is Tori, she informed us that she could not open a new one until that one was gone, well, we didn't want end piece, asked if they had another brand of rare roast beef, and got that instead, unfortunately this brand was not rare it was medium, needless to say we didn't like it, what happened to making customers happy, any other store would have opened up a new one, what gives?

I have gone to this Walmart for years now, probably the nicest Walmart near the Fargo-Moorhead area, the staff were very friendly and I was greeted at the front door by a nice lady. Definitely coming back, and will come back. Not even going to mention how a good chunk of the stores shelves are nice and organized and the floor is very clean. 9/10

Bought tires from here only to find out the suddenly can't put them on. Apparently this time they couldn't lift my Durango to mouth them. So now I have to pay double for installation. No recourse from Walmart, just a oh well and good luck.

It's walmart. So you know what it's like. And if you've never been to a Walmart, congratulations on your life, and I wouldn't recommend starting now. I have a slightly "alternative" look so i still get followed around by really bad at their job secret shoppers and vested employees who think I'm shoplifting but I'm used to it. And it's pretty hit or miss with finding an employee when you need one for, say, a changing room or something behind locked glass. Some days I'll get a vest right away and other times I've literally had to call the store operator, while inside, for assistance. Like I said, it's walmart.

Review is for the vehicle service, one of the hardest things you can accomplish in a day is get a oil change at this store, I managed to get 1 in a few Mos ago when they switched it to first come first serve but apparently it worked to good so they changed it back to appointment only and are booked for days out, I'm just going to stop trying to get my vehicle serviced at Walmart and just pay a little extra at a Valvoline which can get it done in about 10 min.
