CVS

The pharmacist and cashier were extremely nice and went above and beyond! My infant son has an ear infection that didn't go away from the first antibiotic and then contracted a stomach virus. Needless to say, I couldn't make it inside the store with him and they helped get me pedialyte for him through the drive through, along with his new antibiotic. Helped a sleep-deprived and stressed mom out tremendously!

I can’t say enough good things about the employees in this CVS pharmacy. They are so busy all the time. Yet they are always so pleasant & helpful. Sometimes it may feel like my order may be taking to long. But I know the pharmacist and staff are making sure that my prescription is completed accurately. Thank you!!! One complaint I have, is the phone system. I should not have to listen about COVID choices when that is not what I’m calling about. Once you get into that cycle, I don’t think you can get out except to end your call and start all over.I am not taking away any points on my rating, because that is not the fault of the pharmacy.

I love to shop at CVS. The Clerks are friendly and they are are always helpful. The store is always clean and the prices are comparable

Before I begin I must say thank you so much Amanda your a life saver. First time using cvs and it was awesome. My prescriptions rang up to almost 1200 small insurance problem that was fixed right away. Dropped one down to $1 the other was still 1100 she got it down too 350ish with goodrx. It was still too much but she didn't want me to go without it so she said I could just make the quantity less. I was able to get enough to make it to my new doctor THANK YOU!!!

The people that work at this CVS are awesome. But don't waste your time with minute clinic. I tried to call them with questions about the Covid 19 tests they provide. I was on hold for a long time and finally gave up because no one ever answered. The people at the pharmacy don't have the details on this. They suggested I call minute clinic myself. Thanks minute clinic, my spouse is positive and I couldn't talk to anyone for help. Missed customer service by a mile. Zero stars for minute clinic.

Horrible phone system. I had a question about a new prescription for my father and tried to call pharmacy. You get stuck in a covid question loop which goes on and on. When you eventually get system to connect you to an agent you remain on hold. I never got connected and eventually drove there. They weren't busy and staff told me its a corporate issue.

I usually order photos from Walmart for convenience and reliable quality, but tried ordering cards here because I liked the design. Huge mistake. What I received was horribly grainy and discolored, very very low quality. They were having issues with their printer and didn't bother to ensure quality despite that. These were meant to be birth announcements but the photos of my precious newborn look AWFUL. Definitely sticking to Walmart from now on, especially if there is no remedy to this horrible lack of quality assurance.

The staff look as if they rather be at a funeral. The prices are really high on most things and the register always says no cash back available because they are just too lazy to want to deal with it. If there was a Walgreens anywhere near this place Id cry with tears of joy for never having to step into this sad depressing store. The only redeeming thing is that they have a bathroom and the pharmacy staff tries to be nice.

CVS in Dilworth is always clean and well stocked. The cashiers and the pharmacists are super friendly and helpful. Their hours are pretty good, too.

The people working at the pharmacy, have to be the nicest I have ever met. They answer anything I have with ease, extremely friendly staff, works with me to get things done, and does not make me feel rushed (or like im bothering them) whenever I call or visit, like some other pharmacies do.
