Coffee was delicious! A gentleman accidentally grabbed my coffee and drank it. The baristas didn’t even hesitate to make a new one quickly. Definitely came back the next day!!

when i came in today i ordered a, mango dragonfruit refresher and a caramel ribbon crunch frappe, when i got my drinks, my refresher was a color that i have never seen before, it has 2 peices of fruit and i asked for light ice and they did not do that at all. when i got my frappe it has no crunch so tell me why you would put that in the name if your not even doing it? embarrassing dont waste your money as this place??? customer service sucks and they have no idea what there doing, one cashier i couldnt even see his face his hair was covering his whole face!

Spent $14 EVERY day. Have gone here for about 8 years and in the past year it has gone from bad to worse. Area dirty, drive thru randomly closed (asked and had no reason), great staff leaving due to manager. I ordered venti, triple shot mocha, no whip so any employees who reads this will know who it is.

This place is pretty depressing to be at during the "pandemic". Though they made my coffee quickly and were nice enough. The bathrooms were closed, which is unacceptable, and does not allow people to wash thier hands even if they are a paying customer. The coffee was lack luster at best, probably coming down to the way Starbucks roasts it's beans.

employee only bathroom is wrong. Ive never seen this anywhere else. they cut down their ability for customers for the few people who are on staff. I was there 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the bathroom. I finally left. Without buying my order.

Very rarely does an establishment get all 5-stars. The Starbucks downtown most certainly deserves the rating. The employees are friendly, helpful, and have a next level kind of patients when it comes to dealing with customers. I use the app to place my orders and its nearly flawless. There have been times that items are labeled as out of stock at location when they are not. Again, helpful staff has gone and changed the status and so online orders can go thru. Best choice for coffee in town. My most liked are the Americano and highly recommended the grilled cheese.

i felt like some sorta outsider because I was nervous I have mental dissorders that are being mistaken for something they are not i understand what I look like but I dont think its very fair to judge me like some sorta drug addict I watched one man complain about me and then move his kid never been so embarassed

Good place----always great coffee-----but be advised that this location is in downtown Duluth and finding a suitable vehicle parking spot (there is no drive-through at this location) can be a real challenge.

I came in to use the bathroom. My boyfriend came in with me briefly. We were in there no longer than three minutes all together as we were in a hurry. The employee came over and knocked and told us only one person allowed in the bathroom at a time. I was in the middle of using the toilet and she did not make me aware of that in the beginning. I made my boyfriend stay until I was finished as I did not want the door to be opened for everyone to see while I was on the toilet. The employee came back not a minute later and knocked repeatedly until I was finished. Either make me aware of the one person policy from the get go or leave me alone while I m using the bathroom. When I came out, both employees rolled their eyes at me. So so rude for no reason.

This is a fairly spacious Starbucks, downtown on Superior Street. Service is always good and it is a busy store. You will receive the quality coffee and teas you would expect.

I cant say anything about there food as I only get coffee when I go to a Starbucks. However there customer service was fantastic, every worker there had a smile on there face and very polite. Im not much on sitting and having my coffee there but if I wasnt in a rush I could see myself sitting down and enjoying my coffee treat in house. All and all it was a good and some might even say fun experience, my only knock was the online orders and what I mean is having to wait for your order with all the other people while online order people come through in the same spot made it a little congested.

I come here often because I work nearby. The employees seem kind when I have any contact with them, but every time my drink is not actually full. I worked in coffee company s for years, so I know this is just the employees not filling the cup. Even an americano! It s just water! It s disappointing to pick up a cup that could just have more ice or water in it. Otherwise this location is clean and convenient.

Vegetarian options: Theres quite a few vegetarian choices and there may be take out or delivery never used it myself. I would rather be out an about to see the beautiful day! The spinach and feta cheese egg white sandwich I had was amazing! Parking: Paid street parking and also a paid parking lot behind Starbucks in the alley

Made a simple drink order and was ignored for 15 minutes until I said something than given some half hearted explanation that they are busy. Took them 2 mins to slap together my drink when I complained. Tips before service... people came in after us and were served before me. Lame.

This Starbucks was just fine. The food was good, the staff was on task, the setting area was as expected. Just a standard, not extraordinary, location. No complaints! Vegetarian options: All drinks are vegetarian and most can be made vegan. A good selection of vegetarian foods but only a plain bagel for vegan foods.

The Baristas are always friendly, theyre smiles, efficient, and havent gotten my orders wrong. It is a bit expensive for a cup of coffee, but the service and employees are worth it.

Its located in downtown Duluth and its one of a few coffee shops in downtown Duluth, the service is second to none and the name says it all, as you can get all the great Starbucks products there.

Impossible breakfast sandwich is impossible to get over. Its delicious. A perfectly crisp bun with a delicious poached egg without any grease and hint of cheese. It was mouth watering. This sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich Ive ever eaten. Paired with a coffee and youve a satisfying breakfast.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and had the best and friendliest customer service experience!! Morgan is the sweetest barista I ve ever met, and her coffee master apron looks sweet. I m just visiting Duluth, but I would come here every day if I could :)

I m slowly becoming a regular here on my morning commute and I ve love it. Ordering ahead makes sure it s prompt and the baristas are always super sweet despite the unfun customers they have to deal with on occasion. Good food, good service :)

On our way to the Superior Zoo, we stopped off at this location. I had a vanilla bean creme frappuccino with a shot while the wife had a chocolate cream cold brew thing. Pardon me for not knowing the proper name. Mine was as I expected, but the wifes drink looked and tasted different than it does when she gets it made at our regular Starbucks. She really liked it though.

Got a scone, you could tell they don t come fresh. The Wi-Fi didn t work. Their card reader was not working, and the app didn t work so I paid in cash. They ran out of cash for change at the register so they had to open the safe which has a two minute delayed timer so it held up the line for two minutes. Lower than typical cleanliness but still acceptable.

Coffee was good, but I noticed they only support those who are a part of the LGBT...etc. I felt as though I wasnt really welcomed. Oh well, Caribou is a mile away.

I absolutely love this star bucks. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they made a chain restaurant feel like a local Duluth shop! Drinks are amazing as always and service was great and quick.

I went into this Starbucks this morning at 11 am. My friend and I each ordered a small Starbucks coffee. Then we looked around for a place to sit and discovered that they were not allowing people to sit in their facility. They said theres a sign as you come in to the building telling customers that they have no seating. They claim they were having problems with other customers so they had to close their seating area. The sign was small and not that visible. The two baristas acted totally unconcerned that we had no place to sit and basically shrugged it off. We had to walk a block plus to find a place to sit down and drink our coffee. This is not the way to treat customers if you expect them to come back and patronize your store. I will not be back to Starbucks in this area and in particular the one on 324 West Superior Street. The attitude of the employees there is poor. And you can tell them that. I will no longer buy gift cards for Starbucks. I will go to Caribou where they seem to care about their customers and treat them respectfully and in a dignified manner.

Please figure out a different way for mobile orders like turn the label towards the customers every time I go i asked the employee if my order is ready and they say no without checking and it turns out it had been sitting there for 10 minutes then i will end up waiting another ten minutes before anyone realizes
