Kohl's

Ordered a pair of boots online for my daughter, and by accident, got the wrong color. Their site says you can cancel or even change the order on your own in your account, which is not true. I noticed my mistake right away (within a couple minutes) and I went into my account every hour for a few hours to check on my order and every time going into my account they said I had no orders and did not purchase anything. I gave up and called customer service. I was on hold for a very long time and then got a customer service individual who was very rude! No people skills and very short and flat the way he spoke. He told me he could not help me and told me to buy the right colored pair and return the other ones. What a joke for a company! They had not shipped my order or even prepared it yet. They should have been able to cancel the order.

Love kohls, little spendy but has our style of clothing here. Anything from casual to formal, has a sephora in the store, and offer a decent collection of shoes for the whole family.

Very disappointed in the petite section, if you can call it that. Limited clothing selections and sizes when compared to other sections of the store. I looked online for things I liked, but also unavailable there. I did have a very kind sales associate at the checkout and Ellen is especially helpful there.

Kohls is was and can be one of the Greatest stores in Existence if they stop following the path of the Secret Police, Mind Molesters wishes Stop with the skinny boy Feminine Pants on Males make them straight baggy loose and add 2 inches to the Bottom of all shirts instead, Make Alternative sizes like 40x28 or 40x27 sell some some well Designed clothing like they used to thats classy n sporty comfortable also Items that have stretch fabric For Bottoms with Zippers or Deep Pockets

Kohls no longer honors their percent off on Columbia, Levi, Lees and Gloria Vanderbilt. I am sure there are other manufacturers we cant use our percentage off coupons. When did manufacturers start dictating Kohls prices? Shame on Kohls.....

The kitchen towels come in sets of 2 .... one nice terry cloth and one yuck fabric. Also the new ones can only hang one way because the other side is either blank or upside down. Gonna have to find a different place to go.

I like the quality and selection at Kohls, but I find the merchandise to be pricey. Theres Kohls cash and deals for those with Kohls credit cards, but at a 31% interest rate, folks really arent getting the deals they think they are.

Must be season change clearance, there were weird racks all over and it was hard to shop between them and all the piles of things. Has been rearranged quite often, I couldnt find what I was looking for. Couldnt find any employees to ask, either. Bummer. Will try again in a few weeks.

Ridiculous that in 2024 this store doesn t have car seat friendly carts. Drove an hour to get there and walked right out because I wasn t going to haul around an extra 20 pound on my arm while shopping!

The person at the register was rude. She didn t greet me. She rang up my merchandise and I told her that I have a gift card on my phone. I politely gave her my phone to scan and she looked at me very rudely and said to me What is this? I then explained to her again it was my gift card. Then she told me very rudely to enter my phone number for the rewards. When I was doing that she was too busy talking to the other cashier next to her. I paid for my merchandise with my credit card. She then handed me my receipt in a non friendly way. All I could do is smile and told her to have a good day. I have never had an experience like this before when I would shop here.

Constantly busy with so many people on the floor and not many cashiers. There is always a long line to check out The employees are rude and unfriendly. Never offer any help. Several things overpriced. Terrible sales that exclude everything but their brand.

This store is often harried and a bit messy, with dirty shopping carts and baskets. Once, even though we made an online purchase with shipping to our home address, we got notified that one item had to be picked up at the store.

The store was very busy but nicely stocked and well staffed. The checkout line moved efficiently, and the clerk (Joey) was very polite, happy, and helpful. Kudos for being a pleasant stop on a busy shopping day.

I think the registers are located in a stupid place. They should be located in the center of the store, not on one side. Then you have to walk past the registers and turn around and get in line and wait in line. A lousy stupid setup.

Everything was fine until dawn the cashier scolded me for simply setting a bag on the check out table, sir! Im helping someone else! Cant you see? Customer was paying at this time and had no merch on the table. Dawn was very rude to me and this customer. I ended up going to a different cashier. If i wasnt in a hurry I would have talked with a manager. Dawn could have nicely said please wait until insert whatever. Basic customer service skill training is needed.

Always a good experience, and their cashback system is like no other quality without the pocket ouch. I will always buy my familys clothes here!! Also, my 2 year old was being a 2 year old, and instead of dirty looks, everyone was smiling at us!!!!

Its a department store. With shopping. And you can drop off your Amazon returns there UNLESS YOU HAVE your own address label on it because they COULDNT POSSIBLY throw yours in their truck AND they have no device or even a writing utensil to possibly put the right address on it. Im glad I called ahead to verify it and then drove 30 miles to be told the girl on the phone was WRONG dontcha know so sorry.... NEXT. Nice bathroom though.

Everything is always on sale which I assume is some kind of scam. Pretty sure they raise the prices and then put them on sale because the sale prices really arent that great. The only thing I like here now is the candle section. The clothing section is a disaster. If shoppers had more respect than the employees could probably keep up with keeping it organized and clean.

I enjoyed my time shopping at Kohls. The employees were very helpful and kind, plus they do have a nice selection. The only knock I have and its not a real big deal is some of the items were alittle on the high end price were as they same product elsewhere is cheaper. All and all a good place to shop and I would recommend it to friends and relatives.
