Really great selection of black and herbal teas, spices and spice blends, salts, and sugars. Many of the products are available in different sizes so we could get smaller amounts of lots of different kinds of teas. Good prices for great products and helpful staff, too.

We stopped in here for tea and were impressed by the selections of tea and homemade spices. The Earl Gray crème tea was great. All of the spices are tasty, but my personal favorite is the Hungarian hot paprika added to Hungarian mushroom soup.

An atmospheric wonder engulfed in the robust scents of teas, salts, sugars, and custom spices! I had the Coconut Oolong tea (highly recommend) which was an explosive flavor of coconut and the soothing taste of Oolong.

Sitting at home with our Turmeric/ginger and Comfort teas, still have the best memories of our time in Duluth. This shop was wonderful. Full sensory experience! Enjoyed great conversation with the owners.

When first walking in the store the fresh fragrances caught my senses. I'm personally not a tea drinker but i was amazed at how much more they have to offer. All kinds of spices, salts, seasonings, etc they have in stock in sizes. I will be back to buy more things local from this place. A+ staff and selections.

Fantastic tea shop located in the Duluth area. My spouse and I were traveling from the cities and were pleasantly surprised to find a tea shop like this existed up north. We have various spice and tea shops we frequent in our area, and this felt like taking the top-tier places of those and merging them into one shop.

We are definitely coming up here again, and hoping to introduce our other tea-loving friends to this place.

So amazing!! The ladies working greeted me as soon as I walked in, gave me a tour and explained where everything was & how to go about it. They have an amazing variety of tea, sugars, spices, herbs and more!! They make tea as well. They have a loyalty program- spend $100 get $10 off. Prices are decent and the vibes are great! Will definitely be back:)

Stopped in to satisfy a non-coffee caffeine need in the early afternoon, on the way to Grand Marais. Great selection and service! Walked away with a delicious coconut oolong and some evening herbal tea for later. I ll be back!

A must stop!! Either for your own use or a gift. The Spice and Tea Exchange is the place to go. Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can try/smell the spices before you buy so you know what you are getting into. We are so excited to try out our new salt, tea, sugar and spice mix.

Fantastic array of high quality spices and flavored teas, but a complete dearth of plain loose leaf black or green tea. The shop smells heavenly and the staff is nice, if completely unaware of the boundary between health benefits and pseudoscience.

Store smells good. Staff friendly. Expensive goods, a wide variety of flavors & in categories that help you decide what you are interested in. Best bet is a variety pack.

Very warming atmosphere, staff are so welcoming, personable, and quite knowledgeable on all of their products. The aromas are the best part! This place will make you happy you spent money. Only down side is trying to find parking but this place is 1000% worth it.

I stopped in thinking it was a coffee and tea shop, turned out to be a place that sells TONS or artisan and house-made spices, salts, sugars, spice mixes, and more! They also can make any tea they have for sale in large bags for home use iced or hot. Janice was extremely helpful and a wonderful salesperson. I was ready to leave as soon as I walked in and I ended up staying for over an hour smelling all the different spices, and ended up buying some elderberry tea leaf mix, as well as some applewood salt for use on my smoker when I make jerky. I will absolutely be saving this place in my list of hidden gems for when I need spices or tea!!!
