Scooter's Coffee

I wish this place was more consistent. Typically order large hot coffee with creamer. Usually comes out barely any creamer. Went yesterday, got a large iced coffee with caramel and creamer. Came unmixed, but no problem. Perfect combination and cost a little over $5. Came today, same order of large iced coffee with caramel and creamer. First, cost almost $10?! I asked the barista why this coffee was almost double what I paid yesterday. She told me how she rang it in and if that's how she rang it in, how am I gonna argue. Just not a consistent price. Took a drink, and this thing is nothing but creamer. Have to throw it away because I'm not gonna drink 900 calories of cream.

Consistency in pricing and product is just not there. Disappointed.

My service was friendly and quick but It seems like anymore my order is made incorrectly. I ask for my drink to be "super skinny" (Sugar-free with skim milk) most often it's incorrect. I can understand tipping for good service but an incorrect order I feels like I'm driving through McDonald's. By away it's been 3 years since I've been doing McDonald's. I'm keeping my 15% tip until things get better.

The service was painfully slow, with employees loudly complaining about management instead of helping customers. On top of that, they were rude and dismissive. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Love Scooter’s and almost always have a positive experience at this location, drive through here about once a week! Employees are always friendly and efficient, never a long line. They always offer military discount and a treat for my dog—both so much appreciated!

My only complaints would be 1) that they’ve run out of peanut butter a few different times (the best part about scooters VS Starbucks is they have peanut butter drinks) causing me to have to pull out of line and drive to a different location, 2) They don’t have unsweetened almond milk and 3) They don’t heat up pastries and sometimes they’re served cold without warning.

Still love Scooters and this location so much that they get 5 stars from our household!

Went to buy an energy drink from this establishment and just so happen to forget my wallet at home. Asked about Apple Pay and explained the situation. Then one of the employees laughed in my face and took the drink back. I don’t expect free handouts but have some compassion. This location also almost badly burned my mother when they dropped hot coffee in her lap and took literal MINUTES to find a clean rag she could use to clean up the mess. Unacceptable Scooter’s Coffee do better!

I love coming here to get work done. I've never had any issues with the staff or other customers but the one thing that has been hard is the volume of the music. It is often unnecessarily loud. It's difficult to remain focused on my work when I make a call or listen to videos with my noise-cancelling headphones and I can still hear the music. Last time I came, there was no music playing and it was lovely. Unfortunately, that is not the norm.

I been going to this scooter coffee for over 4 years and the women that use to work there always did my order good and now since they are not their no more, they been not doing my coffee right at all, it been tasty nasty. I called this morning and ask for my refund, they was rude and said they will give me a refund. They do not deserve no star.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They weren’t supposed to close till 9. Go through drive through at 8:40, get a nasty drink that is very much not what I ordered. Try to go into the lobby, door is locked. Okay, maybe they close the lobby an hour early or something? Go to the drive through, no one answers. Pull up to the drive through door, they have the shade pulled down. So I go knock on the lobby door again (at this point it’s 8:50 and they’re supposed to be open for another 10 minutes) and they’re standing the in back room, they see me and start laughing and making faces at me just cause I’m knocking on the door. Usually Scooters has great customer service, no idea what is going on at this location but it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I've been here a few times. First time the employee was crying and she told me she wanted to quit but the owner told her she couldn't? because she was the only one working..

2nd time I came through I needed a drink remade that was made wrong at a different location. The employee just told me they can't because they're fanchised. Well how do you know I I didn't go to part of that franchise? Yikes on so many levels. I won't be back to this location.

Whew, learned the hard way why this is considered the “bad” scooters.. i went inside and was greeted by a male barista who clearly did not want to be at work. Asked about their pastries and he named them off, i said never mind i am not interested in pastries, I would like 2 carmelicious drinks, I noticed he added 2 carmelicious muffins, and a drink, told him to remove them, he did, and then the other girls gave me my order of 2 muffins and a drink! Dude stood to the side and completely ignored the mess up? Didn’t address it at all??? Didn’t clear it with them at all?!! I had to say excuse me sir, didn’t you remove the muffins like I asked and he said I thought I did and sorry. Just such little attention to detail and then brushing me off is enough to not bring my business back here.

I have always enjoyed Scooter's Coffee. The atmosphere inside is always comfortable and the staff is always so friendly. I just wish that, with the amount of staff they had that morning i was there, they would wipe down the tables after every customer.

Went inside to order our coffees this morning and stood at the register for 10 minutes. Each of the three baristas made eye contact with me and said nothing, even after I kindly said “hello?”. There was someone behind me in line too, and no one greeted us or even gave us a “we will be with you shortly”. We left to try a different location this morning. Just terrible customer service, which is unfortunate because we love Scooters and used to enjoy coming to this location.

Scooters October 30, 2021- awesome just what we remembered from when we lived here.
October 31, 2021- the MANAGER felt the need to scold us for asking to fill our own cups in front of other customers.
“It’s a covid policy” that we no longer fill your cups.
“I’ll have to tell my team they made a mistake”…
Seriously bad personality.
But, thank you…thank you rude, coffee lady for making me NOT MISS you since we no longer live here.
Sad we will have to find a new coffee “go to” when we visit.
Also, we are pro covid policy 😷 but she handed me one time use plastic (with lid) to turn around and throw away. Huge mistake. 🌎

Drove here to get breakfast after camping nearby. At 7:00 am, lights are on inside the building but no one is attending the drive up. Tried calling but no answer. Maps says it is open, and that does not appear to be the case. No breakfast for me, I guess. How disappointing.

Just left and when I told the girl at the window that the cup was light and completely filled with whipped creme I even showed her and she was rude and said that I didn’t say no whip cream and said my drink was full, five minutes later and this is what it looks like!

I’ve been to this location on three separate occasions. I’m not sure why people go there. The coffee is so weak that it might as well be marketed as “drinking water while someone talks about coffee next to you.” It’s the lacroix of coffee. Attached is a picture of my cold brew with light ice and no cream or sugar. It doesn’t matter if you steep it for 24 hours if you only put a teaspoon of coffee per gallon. I’m never going back.

On travel and used this Scooter’s for my morning coffee. I ordered a large but always seemed to get a medium in a large cup. Almost $5 for a shortened cup of coffee.
Not recommended.
You’ll get short changed.

Staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't have Gluten Free food options which was a bummer but all their drinks were. Cute place however food sizes were a bit small for the price tag but the food was good.

Yikes! Ordered a large and received a medium. Told them it was a medium and they said it was a large. Frequent scooters customer luckily I had an empty large in my car. Both drinks not made correctly.

In town for business 08/07/18 and stopped by this Scooter's Coffee shop for a cold brew around 6:45am. Let me say walking into an actual graveyard would've been a more pleasant, welcoming, and cheerful experience. Three ladies behind the counter, all with death stares, not even a smile, no return hellos, and it took me standing there about a good few minutes before one of them decided to "start working" and get my order. Even saying goodbye in a friendly manner did not manage to crack the zombie stares from them. Customer service is something that is very basic and elementary. If you cannot treat customers right then why even work in the job? This place is in definite need of a good sorting by management.

I could make a better cup of coffee from dirty motel water and week old leftover coffee grounds. I do not reccomend this scooters to anyone.

Ordered the peanut butter smoothie with protein and it had lots of grinder up white plastic inside. Upon returning the drink no sorry or apology of any kind, they simply gave a new drink and didn't say anything. The cinnamon roll we ordered was also old and stale. They could have at least warned it up in a microwave.

First we had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through while the "barista" chatted up the car ahead of us about everything but coffee, really? Then all she ordered was a small iced coffee with cream and was charged almost $5 for a glass of Ice water. Oh I'm glad you like the car but I would've appreciated better service and the kind of coffee scooters is known for, next time I'll just brew my own.

Good place to study, big tables and outlets everywhere. Unfortunately there are no couches at all and the only thing to sit on are wooden chairs. Kinda feels like a fast food joint because of this. Internet is not reliable here as well. Went twice and had no internet and they couldn't get it to work again. People were friendly.

I came through and was very kindly greeted by kelsey and she was so pleasant and cheery in the window that it was really a great start to my day. She also recommended the pumpkin bread which was delicious and it went perfect with my carameliscious blender. Great service and everything tasted great :)
