I love coming here to buy stuff and the lady was nice enough. However, they tell you no returns on lingerie or swimwear but it clearly states you can on the receipt. I didn’t have an issue at the other location when I returned my sisters. The receipts need to be updated to reflect the correct return policy.

Dds discount store is like you going to Ross store but this one not full equipped as you think .the prices looks almost the same

Shopping during the last week of Christmas is hectic, this place was a little messy Shoppers kind of looking for everything last minute including me lol. Was looking for a bedspread nothing fancy just to spruce up the room and a reasonable price and they sure had it was happy to get it 13 bucks for a king size bedspread can't beat that price definitely go back there again.

DD's is cool you get some nice little outfits in their price is good it's just that when you go and spend in their store they force you to spend in their storefront example if you buy a top or a shirt and it doesn't fit you cannot get your money back they will give you store credit let me repeat you they will give you store credit no money back

Personnel and staff were professional. The day that I shopped a mentally ill homeless person came in and security was called. The staff did an exceptional job of keeping things as normal as possible for the shoppers. Great job!

I was able to find a gorgeous dress to attend my little sister's wedding in, and for only $22. The only trouble was not having more than one so that I could try other sizes, but aside from that, it was a great find.

dd's Discounts store i like'it is veri nice store the prices. in the close is fear not Spencer are putty chip i like to try diferent stores from spencer to the chipper's. to conpear prices i don't mine' to wear to the spence's or chip close i can't go to chop any where. i don't mine and dd's is one of my feiber store's very nice very clean enployees are great very nice and polite ready to help you prices are very good special for a big or small family's

Mgr JEN HORRIBLE she has No idea how to talk to CUSTOMERS.
Last nite was bad went back to talk to a mgr because of cashier ATTITUDE and the way she talks back to people and lost prev. Told me she was the mgr i was surprised SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. You Can't talk to her, She has No manners, is Rude and then she blaims on the CUSTOMER knowing she did wrong 😬🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ . So
I RETURNED EVERYTHING I PAID FOR BECAUSE OF HER ACTIONS, WORDS AND BODY LANGUAGE
I had $193.00 and she packed everything on 1 bag walk few steps them went back to try to tell her was heavy and need doble bag because bag was ripping so told her that wasn't nice putting everything in 1 bag because i was going to drop everything on the floor before i make it to the car
so she had a attitude and my answer was thts a bad customer service u don't want tht to happen to your customers and she said i was rude and laughed telling the nxt customer i was crazy .
Went out 1st door came back asked for Mgr to lost prevention and he told me shaw was the Mgr.
I didn't want a deal with a person like tht . I wasn't rude and u can see in cameras so i return Everything. I do Not want to buy in a place with people that won't take a responsibility of the actions is rude, laughed and talk back to other customer about the previous one knowing i wasn't rude .
Store on craig and MLK.
SHE IS LATINA same as me so this is not a discrimination
She has no idea how to be a Mgr.

I dont care if i have to pay double. But i will happier just because i will have a good customer service.
I won't shop in a place were they are rude with customers no matter how cheap it is .

It’s ok. You can find treasures if you have time to rummage through the merchandise. But it can be overwhelming if your in a hurry or looking for something specific. Some items are cheaper in other locations but it’s ok. Bring change. There’s always someone begging for it in the parking lot.

Diana Is AMAZING. I walked in with a petco cart and she stated i couldn't bring it in. I had a four month old baby and 18 month old son. I had a long day and she saw that. She kindly said I will help you transfer your babies into our carts. I was so thankful. Then when I left it noticed a pole attached. I truly wanted to cry. With our ac breaking I was just in a mood. She comes up to me. And says if you want u can grab the other cart and i will watch your babies ( it was like a couple foot away) I said You're amazing and went really quickly to grab the other cart. She starts to help me move my children once again. And my bag ripped. She helps me pick up all of my belongings off the floor!

I like DD's for what it is a quick place to grab some inexpensive items at the last minute. Sometimes I find really cute clothing pieces. I generally shop at the mall but was pleasantly surprised they even have my hygiene products from time to time

I am in love with this store ! Not to mention all the staff from night shift, from security guards to cashiers / go back runners very welcoming/ friendly staff as well as very helpful!
