Went to store that go to regularly 10/22/23. Came from grocery store across the street, with two small bags.. ...went straight to the corner to get tobacco product...person was helping me then black employee ask if I got that stuff from there which I did not, you do not sale and I had recipe.I said no look at the bag, he became very upset and unprofessional. And refused service to me. I live behind the store so come often. I left store, he came out to try to fight me. I was gonna call the cops. I will not let this go til he is fired!

Watch your receipts bc they’ll over charge you by accident and if it’s ebt they’ll give you a hard time getting that refund too. Also was told about a week ago about free slurpee day at 7-11 will be on the 11th and the “manager” herself even told us it’ll start at 10 am that day. We walk in today with my kids all excited and they have a sign up saying they aren’t doing free slurpee day. I told them we were told you will be and still a no. Went to another one down the street that is doing free slurpees and dollar hot dogs today. So definitely will stop coming to this location and try other locations, bc this location is so cheap not to honor their 7-11 free slurpee day, smh.

The cashier last night she doesn't not how to keep her clothes clean. Shirt was dirty even her hands. I will never go in there again.

Clean store friendly helpful staff. I stop in regularly and tonight when i stopped i noticed yet ANOTHER new cashier. I was impressed how knowledgable and friendly this new girl was.

So disgusting. Staff handles money and then handles the food and drinks while i'm paying. No gloves, no hand sanitizing. Aside from this, store was clean. Staff was alright.

This store is price gouging their customers. All other locations in the area are 30% cheaper. Go a few blocks down the road. Don't feed this greedy owner.

Went to this 7/11 yesterday and was trying to deposit money to my chime card. Was told one of my $5 bills was fake, so I went back to the casino where I got it and they ran it under the light and confirmed it was real. Even the 7/11 I went to after that accepted the five, and when I was at your 7/11 and told the guy I didn't know it was fake and still wanted to deposit whatever else to my chime card, he brushed me away and said "have a good day" with an attitude. I can understand had the bill actually been fake his reason for turning me away but it wasn't. This was at approx. 11am and the guy working was a shorter guy with brown skin and a really short beard that is unmaintained, just so you know who to identify.if he doesn't know how to identify fake money he needs to be trained better or fired because I was highly insulted and embarrassed. I will also be filing a formal complaint with 7/11.
