Kohl's

This entire store was trashed and disorganized and had entire sections of clothing just all over the floor or thrown on top of piles. I witnessed multiple employees just chatting and laughing and not working, and some of them walking right past all the messes and doing nothing. These photos are just a reflection of some parts of the store, but the entire place looked like a tornado went through it. For how expensive kohls is, this was horrendous.

Had an awesome experience once at Kohl’s: was shopping the clearance rack and saw a beautiful jacket. No price except the original $150 price tag. Pulled out my phone and use the app to scan the tag: $15!!! I grabbed it off the rack and RAN to the register!! Then…the cashier says “would you like to use your Kohl’s cash?” I said “…ok?..how much do I have?” She said “$7”. So, with the discount, Kohl’s cash and tax the jacket was $7.50!

I danced all the way to my car!!

Went in today for a birthday gift for my friend. Decided on getting perfume. I picked up a couple unique plates first and then headed inside a sephora. Where Alexia greeted me. She was very friendly, nice , helpful and pleasant! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Once I made my final decision she rang me up. She also signed me up for the rewards program for sephoria. Great customer service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I forgot to get the birthday cards. So, I had to go back and pick out one. It's always a good shopping experience at this location! Keep up the awesome job! I had to take a picture of these mannequins! 👍🏾👍🏾

Love this particular kohl's location, laid back atmosphere, it's always clean & organized, the staff is usually pretty friendly, and I love that they offer the convenience of Amazon drop offs if you need to return items. They always give you a 20% off coupon afterward for using the returns-service. My little boy likes it especially because I always let him choose an item from the store with the coupon on our amazon returns days! 😊

I experienced an un welcome experience at Kohl's, SEPHORA YESTERDAY.
When I arrived in the store, the associated greeted me, took my request that I was going to purchase, and told me she was helping another customer. she checked out the customer she was waiting on when I arrived. Other customers had gotten in line while she was while she was checking out the customer that she was helping when I arrived. She ignored me started to check out the new customers that arrived and kept telling me I'll be with your shortly. Never again will I be shopping at KOHL's, SEPHORA again. Never encountered this kind of service just shopping at KOHL'S DEPARTMENT STORE IT SELF.

I really like this Kohl's location. It's never too crowded, the employees are nice, they sell really good quality merchandise, there are a lot of cute & eye-catching things, and I come here to do my Amazon returns because it's so convenient!

The store itself has some great deals and discounts online/in store along with curbside pick up. The store itself is good my only issue has been me and my spouses appearance apparently lol.
We don't look like we belong in Kohls I guess lol...

I come to this kohl's often to return Amazon items but mostly the sephora inside of it and usually with my kids. I tend to stop to look at kids clothes and tend to buy a couple pieces. Last few times I've been there I've noticed security and employees following us around! The store is so empty maybe they dont have anyone else to follow, they dont even greet you lol. So after yesterday I will never set foot in this Kohls. They make me feel uncomfortable not wanting to take my time to shop.

Love shopping here. Displays are so well organized and easy to navigate. They have a Sephora inside which is always a plus. I’ve also ordered online and picked up in store and that transaction was so quick and easy. Service here has always been outstanding.

I am giving you one star to get your attention (I admit it is unlikely that it will). I was only in your store for about 5 minutes. I understand that retail theft is a big thing for stores like yours, but some big-box stores don't lock everything up like you have. Read Raving Fans. You should find a way to police your product without letting the 1 percent that steal from you, disenfranchise the majority of shoppers that don't. It can be done. Costco locks up none of their clothing. I went in to buy T-shirts, nothing fancy. You had them locked up. Even if locking things up is your only solution, spend the extra $14 an hour to have somebody in the department (constantly) immediately hit shoppers up to let them know you are there to serve them and unlock anything they need with a quick call to do so. The point is, that there are better ways of dealing with this. Few are going to chase someone in the store down to unlock something every time they want to try something on.
Best of luck with those anti-theft business practices, but Amazon (whom I hate to shop from) and Costco took business from you today.

My wife and I" love shopping at kohl's, for ourselves and for our 10 grandkids. You can find name brands in the kohl's stores! stuff like, Levi - under armor- Nike's etc. And these brands are shoes and apparel everything thing in the kohl's stores is of good quality.

Has very limited shoe selections but a fair amount of clothing options. Less people shopping, hopefully this place is not going to close anytime soon. This has been our go to place for shopping kid's clothes and returning amazon products. Relatively accessible for me and my family. The 20% off from returning amazon products thru here is also a great way to save.

Worst Kohl's I've ever been to in my life. The cleaning woman in the bathroom comes to throw dirt on me while I'm pooping and throws filth everywhere obstructing my ability to breathe and that makes Kohl's liabel for a lawsuit because their putting my health in danger.

I exchanged a quick connect soda stream cartridge here and found out it didn't work when I got home. I called this store to see if I could get a working one and they said yes, and that they had some in stock. When I showed up they did not have any. I have called at least three times since then and the same thing happened- I showed up to exchange the bad cartridge I got from this Kohl's for another, after they told me on the phone they had some in stock, and when I got there they didn't have any. THREE SEPARATE TIMES. Terrible customer service- I am owed a cartridge and still haven't been able to exchange it and it's almost been two months.

Great selection very clean store BUT we were next in line and the young Mexican girl who opened another checkstand took the people behind us and 2 more people before we got checked out due to old women who were trying to use a 9$ coupon and were digging for the remainder 20 bucks in cash. I spoke with the checker girl and told her I didn't appreciate it and she immediately fired back with "I said next in line" which was a lie. I was watching her the whole time and told her no you didn't you just raised and shook your hand in the air. Now you're lying to me, veterans are sharper than that don't be a typical woman and spit out the first thought that comes to mind, I will check you. Principle is the issue here. Have some integrity, few people do these days and just because your parents didn't teach you anything doesn't mean I'm going to let it go.

Excellent service and saved a lot of money but items that I really need it and it was very very reasonable. The cashiers will take the extra effort to find your discounts and savings that are in your app or online or in your email so really before you go just download the app and you'll see all the savings that you can receive.

Disappointed half the clothes are long sleeves and winter wear while it’s 110 plus degrees in Vegas. No little girl sandals or girlie shoes either. Not a lot to select from when I used to be able to get everything I needed.
