Fast ..clean, plenty of parking and a lot of other shops to shop at🥰 I'm a transportation driver at a homeless shelter and I bring my clients up here 3 times a day every day.... Francisco the greeter is always so nice and friendly... He's a wonderful person plus he's cute😂

Placed a online delivery order checked location of driver he was literally 3 mins away from my crib turnt around and took my order back to the store. I'm extremely pissed will never order delivery again from this store

They are killing it at the self checkouts. We had 15 items, including 3 big containers. Twice we were told it's 15 items or less. We only had 15 items! Not only did we have to wait another 15 minutes in line but the self checkout was empty while the 2 snarky "cashiers" were on their phones chit chatting doing nothing. Get it together or we're causing a scene next time.

Had my oil changed here. They were quick and reasonably priced. We had some groceries when we went to pick up our car. The automotive clerk, Robert, was rude about ringing up our few groceries. He mumbled rude things under his breath but it was loud enough for us to hear. Their automotive department was great, but Robert should not be working with the public. Go here but hopefully you won't get Robert.

If I could rate this location a zero, i definitely would. My boyfriend & I went to the back towards the self defense section. We came across this employee , Ethan, he had his AirPods in & ignored us when we asked for help, he was extremely rude & pretty unhelpful. Then, as we walked past a couple of other aisles, we came across these nails in the CHILDREN'S TOYS SECTION… Last but not least, they had a long line per usual, we didn't have to wait much but when we rang up our items, we asked another employee who I didn't get the name of, for assistance with shirts that didn't seem to have a price tag, she said unfortunately there's nothing she could do,Seriously? What type of people are y'all hiring?. Absolutely ridiculous, please be advised of rude unhelpful bums at this location!🫡

I’ve been going to this Walmart as of later for my online pick ups and usually, Cameron, one of the excellent employees in this store is the one to help me.

Cameron is a nice young man and he is very interactive with the customers. If only more workplaces can have employees like him. He has a bright future ahead of him.

Made an online purchase and my delivery was never delivered but FedEx stated that no one was home during delivery. Which ai was but either way the delivery stated to be left on porch. An hour later ai received another delivery from my huge purchased. I spoke to two representatives and stated would be rushed delivery on them. But I received my other delivery and nothing on the first package. So I called to speak to someone who Stated that it was sent back to the store so I asked if I could pick it up and they said no because it was a delivery purchase. I made the delivery purchase at the store. They decided to give me a refund and I said it was a birthday present for my daughter and now I have to wait 3 to 9 business days for the refund. Horrible service from their delivery service.

This walmart is going down the hill. I don't think it's the walmart itself, every time I go I see rude people talking bad to the cashiers, I saw a man just stealing in plain daylight walking in the aisles taking items without a care in the world. This walmart just feels so unsafe, I don't plan on going anytime soon, let alone taking my family there. Be aware. Be safe.

I really hate dishing out a one but when you offer store pickup and delivery please Mr manager have staff available to service your customers. If you can't...then don't offer the service. Very disappointed here. My time is valuable. Maybe one or two kids running around like chickens trying to service all these orders. Maybe the store manager who's taking in the bucks should get his or her self down here to get the work done. Absolutely terrible management. The kids working are over worked.

I was at the deli and had one person look at me and walked away. No, be with you in a minute or I will get someone. Then the lady that helped me looked like she was pissed that I needed something.
I work at Kroger and if I got caught treating customers like that, I would've been written up.

It's 2 days before Christmas, and it seems like more registers are closed than open. Don't replace registers with self checkout if you're gonna have half of them shut down.

This Walmart is pretty good. They usually have everything I need and at good prices. The lines are starting to get pretty big. Not all the time. But a lot of times. Ever since they started doing more self check out lines instead of people, it can get pretty busy at times. And they have an eye center too where you can get prescription glasses. They even have a Claire's store in here as well along with a fancy wig store for women. And their prices are pretty good compared to most stores. Their customer service has gotten a lot better. Now that it's holiday times they are starting to have more checkers.

If it was possible to rate a 0, we would. They lock more and more things up every month, yet never have staff that are available to u lock anything.

The lines are outrageous, and often only have 1 checker working.

They are always out of stock and their shelves are just disorganized.

The one I go to is clean and not cluttered. Stock is good except for the water selection. It's hard finding both types Geyser waters at any Walmart. They either have the gallons and no individual waters or vice versa. Other than that, it's a good Walmart.

Despite how I feel about this Walmart, I'll still come here to shop. So there's a new thing now with being a member gets you perks. Errr

Everything is locked up, which is fine because these thieves will keep stealing and ruining it for everyone else. But... there are no workers around to get your items. And when you finally find someone, they say they don't have the keys, but someone will be there shortly. During check out, someone is next to your register watching you, which is fine again.

Went to Walmart to pick up a few items, the selection is really good, service was okay, but the rotisserie chicken was not good, no flavor and kinda strange meat, almost as if the chicken grew up on steroids overnight...wouldn't recommend.
Just a note..if you try these chickens in canada, much better!!

You’re better off just walking in than doing their curbside. They take hours. Even for one item. Those kids back there don’t do shit but play and I’m certain don’t even get your shit ready until you check in and by that point it’s backed up. They suck

On October 2nd 2024 I went to the auto shop for a very simple oil change. This was the start of a disaster. I arrived right at 3:30pm I have the useless app to show my vehicle was “checked in” by then. It was checked in by a technician who clearly doesn’t want to work on cars. Before they could give me their regular list of excuses on why they can’t do a simple oil change i informed them all I needed was to replace the oil and that I already had the oil in the trunk ready to go, underbelly removed for them for easy access to the oil drain plug. I waited for 3 hours they waited until they were about to close the shop to inform me they couldn’t complete the oil change because they lacked the proper oil filters. I informed the “technician”, probably some illegal picked off Home Depot, that I had preemptively changed it myself the very same day to have it ready. He claims so long as they can’t change the oil filter themselves they wouldn’t change the oil. I asked for their manager and to noones surprise they had no type of higher up or manager anywhere in the store nor a number or a name to call. Just a sorry excuse. I will never return to this place and encourage everyone to not trust your vehicle with these so called “experts”

I entered Walmart around 6:45am 09/08, grabbed a basket and continued into the store to shop. I picked a few items as I walked to the front to check out, a lady by the name of Marie/or Maria spoke to me. She simply said good morning which made me smile. I went back to tell her I appreciated her so much I had been in the store 20-25 minutes by then. No one spoke to me it greeted me, not a single employee. Walmart hired correctly when they hired Marie/Maria from bakery She receives an A+ while the rest of the store receives a complete F- total failure.

Worst Walmart ever! The shelves are never full and options are limited. Their customer service is awful. You try to return something and they always come up with some ridiculous excuse. Too many locked up items and no one ever responds. Lines are always long. I can keep going. Stay away from this Walmart please!

Horrible customer service! Was trying to return a phone case that did not fit. Would not process the return because they do not do returns on phone cases pass 14 days. Bought less than 20 days ago. There is no sign saying that. There is a sign honoring returns for 90 days

one of the employees, Rina is EXTREMELY RUDE. shes around 50 years old and the encounter i had with her was very shocking and just straight up dissapointing. i dont look at this walmart the same anymore.
