Dollar Tree

Brittany was friendly and greeted everyone that came in the store even while she was cashing out other customers. Store was well-stocked and I found everything I needed. Will definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and kind. They have hired more people from what it seems so it’s no longer constantly understaffed. The employees are visibly happier and welcoming. Finally a dollar tree that doesn’t feel like a desolate waste land. Felt so bad watching one or two employees struggle to run the whole store alone before. No longer has that vibe! Only reason I can’t give five stars is because my favorite dollar tree brand snacks are sometimes stocked and sometimes not. Can’t blame em too much though cause those dupes are so good lately, they probably fly off the shelf.

The most courteous employees I've ever dealt with. If what you're looking for isn't in front of the store they will look in the warehouse. 💯

The employees were super nice. They even helped me carry all my stuff to my car. No dollar tree has ever done that! This is was the best experience I have ever had at a dollar tree. Thanks so much!!

Came here do get items for my daughter birthday Carla and Anita were very helpful but there was an employee named Jackie who was very rude and unhelpful. So much so I am going to also reach out to corporate. She was rude to the staff and customers she walked away from her line and was just so nasty

Not the best was the Extremely Flippant cashier I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with on my last visit.( It seems to be the theme here) Employees need customer service skills training !!!!!!

Store manager very rudely refused to exchange an item because it was purchased at a different Dollar Tree store, saying I needed to go back to the original store and not use her store’s inventory unless I was purchasing the item again at her store. The lines were extremely long as well, this store is in need of new management!

This is not the best store for specific items. They basically have overflow products they purchase from other retail stores. So they will not always have the specific products. It's hit and miss if they actually still carry an item you may have purchased there before.

A old cashier rang me up & told me I couldn't hurry up & grab some tissue paper, but the other cashier (a African American women with short hair) called Another staff on the intercom to bring it to the register for me, that was really nice of her

This Dollar tree do not have any products that I need plus it did not open on time. it was supposed to open at 9:00 I got there at about 5 after 9:00 it was still closed until about 10:15

Great place.. Be careful when we left we seen a fox inside. Every fruit i picked has been great. I also pulled my 🌻 from the roots and replanted it at home.

This is my normal location that I visit about twice a week. Today there wasn’t as much merchandise available but I was still able to get the things I needed. Friendly staff as always

A very nice Dollar Tree !!! Though, I don't go often other than for cleaning supplies this location has a bigger selection of items compared to the Dollar Tree I shopped at in San Diego. I will be visiting this location again.

Friendly, polite, & engaging staff. Overall store appearance not so good. Everytime I go here the store is in disarray. Things are everywhere, inventory always on the ground. I went to purchase a snata hat/anylrrs for a Xmas party for work. It was very busy for a Wednesday night. They had only 1 register with a line that went all the way down the aisle & wrapped down another aisle. One poor cashier get yelled at by the customers, while 2 different workers were stocking shelves complaining loudly about the store & other employees.

I was there a few days ago. I've never seen this store so dirty. Trash on the floor. Very few shopping carts. Tonight's visit was ok. Still no shopping carts for customers.

Update 6/14/22: Store looks clean. I see new items. Shopping carts still an issue.

Funny, but we just left there! The store is always clean and the staff is incredible! Always polite and respectful. The management (lady with pink hair) so nice and helpful. Best of all,this store is 5 mins from my house!

its a dollar tree, the usual layout and the usual products. Its Christmas time so a lot of that stuff is out. I must say the store is a lil dirty looking and unorganized. The 2 staff members i encountered were very nice.

Update 2022:
Well the Initially reviewed store has since closed down. So now I go to a different location ( I moved to a better area) but, I must say the Dollar Tree STILL looks the same 😂. The lighting they use tends to make the stores look "Dingy" and drab. This store is a lot more organized and stocked but it still is not the cleanest of stores. Over all Dollar tree is a good place to shop. The end of January 2022 they raised the price of things from $1 to $1.25. A lot of people were/are MAD! To me I understand why they did. The cost for them to do business has grown but they kept the same price which I'm sure ate a lot of profit As high as everything else has gone I think $1.25 is VERY reasonable. They could have changed the name and the price too " $2 dollar tree " . 😂😂

I love this dollar tree always has the stuff I need in stock. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the restroom I’m happy they have one for customers but it really needs some attention from the graffiti on the back of the door to the lack of supplies each time I’ve had to use when in store. Other then that the staff is always friendly and helpful.

On "hold" means the cashier lays the phone down and for 12 minutes you listen to her ring up customers and ignore the phone or your voice asking if anyone is on the call.

Mood - hit or miss

Upon entering was greeted with a cheery hello. This does not always happen but on this particular occasion it did. I grabbed a cart because I know I am going to buy stuff I dont need, and see stuff that I did come in for and get that too.

This is one of those places where if you go up and down each isle you will find so many different treasures. I was on the hunt for stuff to start my crochet journey thanks to a friend. She posts so many fabulous crochet things and I figured well let me get started somewhere simple to acquire the beginner items -before I go to a big boy craft store and invest some serious money.

The shelves were stocked with so many different types of yarns and different items as I carefully strolled each isle. There is a Cold section with food and lots of pantry food items along with everything you would need to stock your house at a bargain cost. Everything was very clean and well put together.

I would recommend - pricing is cheap. However if you read the news DT will be raising their prices. Gotta love the supply and demand of life in this new post Covid world. Customer service is hit or miss. However I have never experienced rude behavior.

There was a young man organizing all the shelves. First time I've ever seen that. Mind blown. It was looking so amazing. I complimented him. Wanted to hug him! I'll be going to that store (Centennial and Clayton) in north las vegas a lot more now. Thank you whoever you are!

I go to Dollar Tree alot for my crafts & misc stuff & this has never happened to me. I wish I would have gotten her name, but from the time I came in, she asked me did I need a basket, and she got it for me, then she said, "let me know if you need another basket & I hold your stuff up at the front & get you another basket". (Simple you say, but that meant the world to me especially since I am disabled!)

IM SO TIRED WITH THIS STORE. I WAS AT THIS STORE ON DAY ONE AND AFTER THAT THINGS WENT DOWN HILL. I COULD GO INTO DETAIL BUT ILL KEEP IT SHORT AND SWEET. LACK OF KEEPING A FULL STAFF, SHELVES ALWAYS EMPTY, AND LACK OF TRAINING. I ONLY WENT THERE FOR 1 ITEM AND LUCKILY THEY HAD IT.

I have been to a few dollar trees over the last 5yrs of living in Vegas and I do have a few favorites BUT this store took the cake!. We were greeted as we walked in. The store is so well stocked! The isles were clean and organized even though people are constantly pulling things off the shelf. The register employee was very nice and helpful. Best store I have been to so far in Vegas. This store is out of my way but it is now my number one.

Horrible service and always dirty. Lines are ALWAYS long and every single time I've been there, there was only one lane open.
I went in for one thing and the trip took over 35 minutes.
