I go to Smiths about 3 times a week love it and the employees.But today an employee/cashier her name is Denise was really rude . She starts off with you didn’t read what that said the under 15 items I had 17 so I apologize she then proceeded to count all the things again !!!then says bag all your things the bags are there! She says bye merry Christmas to some customers they didn’t say back to her .She then says everyone has a b**** attitude on Christmas ever . If you don’t like your job find something else where you attitude is better and you actually like working .

Smith’s is the best grocery chain in town, and this is a nice location. Good selection, great prices and especially great if you have a Smith’s card. You can always ask them for a courtesy card and they will generally scan a card on hand, which is a quick way to save some money!

This is the cleanest, friendliest Smith's in the Vegas Valley! They are always stocked and all the associates are nice and very courteous. The night front manager Courtney is excellent and always upbeat, greeting every customer entering and exiting. The night shift staff are excellent at what they do and it makes you feel welcomed. Believe the photos you see posted, is how the store looks at all times. Great management and staff! Will definitely recommend this Smith's prior to any other on the North side of Las Vegas! I shopped here and there should be a security guard because this woman in the liquor department that was not an employee came out of nowhere said to me I’m going to knock you out! Huh! I am constantly being harassed before I can get out of my car good. I hate going to this store.

This is my preferred, go-to Smith's supermarket since it is conveniently located near where I live and the employees are extremely friendly and cheerful no matter when I stop by for a visit.

I personally find that - of the large supermarket chains - Smith's (a Kroger company) generally and most consistently has the best prices on most of the items that I regularly purchase with a few exceptions.

Produce, while more expensive, is usually of better quality at Albertsons which also has a larger and more attractively priced selection of meat and seafood.

This particular Smith's used to be a Food4Less not too many years ago and it is quite a big store overall with an impressive deli and a bakery that can be counted on to have many delicious in-store baked goods always in stock.

Be sure to download and consistently use the Smith's smartphone app and get a free customer courtesy card (request one online or in a store) to save even more.

This Smith's location also has the additional convenience of making it possible to combine my food shopping needs with a haircut whenever needed since a Great Clips is right next door in this shopping plaza.

In my opinion, this location has gone through some much needed improvement. Not just a better produce selection and quality, but, presentation too. The seafood variety is nice and so is the butcher shop. The Asian food selection is awesome. They now carry a variety of delicious beer too.

The best part of this place is the wonderful staff. The worse part is that they don’t pan and broom the parking lot as much as they should.

Went to the store and turned change in after i put 200.00 in the lady comes up to me and said sorry but i don't have any cash till 9 if that is true why are you open to the public so what if i had 201.00 in groceries and give you 3 100.00 dollar bills you telling me i don't get my change because you don't have cash till 9 in the morning then you should not be open till 9 will never ever shop there again

Awesome Service, Great Prices, Great Location 💯👏🏾😷 I went Grocery shopping today 🛒 at register five and cashier name was Marieah Y. after purchasing my items I asked her can I load money 💰🤑💰 on my card here at the register she told me that I can't I have to wait until Customer Service opens then I can. She 🤥 lied there is a BIG SIGN in the store that says I can. Sooooo I proceeded to wait 17 minutes for Customer Service to open 😤🤦🏾‍♀️😤....... I go to Customer Service and Robin the Awesome 👍🏾 lady in Customer Service 😁👍🏾👍🏾 tells me that I can add money 🤑💰🤑 to my card at the register, Which I knew that but Marieah didn't want to help me, people like her shouldn't be at work if they don't want to help the Customer. Then on top of it all she had on a red jacket to let me know she is a Customer Service Manager who don't know how to do her job 😠 ThanK God for Wonderful people like Robin who has Great Customer Service Skills 😃😁 and was Very helpful, friendly and professional. She should be a a Customer Service Manager 💯 Not other people who don't know how to do there JoB 🤔 I'm just saying 💯🫶🏾😁

They close well before midnight we and another customer were turned away at 1155. Midnight is 12. We needed to run in and get something for our dog. They even locked customers in and locking the door as each one left. Claims Saber the manger told them to.

I Wanna run to the store and not be bothered by kids asking for money for the non-existent basketball teams, people selling candy, asking you to sign petitions and homeless asking for money everytime… who allows them to do this employees have just accepted it by now

Bait and switch they advertise chicken breasts 1.99/lb then when u get there of course those particular ones are sold out but you can buy the other ones for twice the price. Same thing goes with the other smiths. Smiths is the worst grocery store in Las Vegas and I've lived here 20 years.

The check out was tedious and it never fails once I finally get to the bagging area the person doing the bagging goes to another check out and I'm stuck with bagging my own stuff. Roughly four out of five times I'm the bagger.

This isn’t the 1st time. Annoyed that cashier rang up up wrong pricing when I did it through the app like they tell us to do. Since I was bagging my own groceries, I wasn’t able to check the pricing til after everything was rang up. When I got my receipt and noticed before I left, they told me to go to customer service where it took almost 30 mins waiting in line to get my refund of $5. Definitely left a bad survey and now this review. Terrible service

The customer service at the liquor department was horrible. I stood there with another customer while two employees had a personal conversation and totally ignored us. I shop here all the time and this store has gone downhill over the last couple of months including one of the new managers that I've witnessed being rude on a couple occasions. They do have a cashier, Robert, who is totally awesome and super helpful and nice.

Do NOT shop here!! Purchased an item at a Smiths in Utah and wanted to return it here. It was unopened earbuds that were not compatible with my phone. A $10 item. I live in Texas and we do not have Smiths, so I wanted to return them before going back home. I even had the receipt. I was told that they had to be returned at the Smiths I purchased them at. What the? Why? Smiths is Smiths, right? I was in Utah for one day and not returning. Well Smiths, you've lost my business forever. Good thing Walmart and Albertsons are just down the road.

It used to be the only place I shopped for over 40 years. But lately half the time I go they don't have the products that I want on a regular basis they don't have the products and they've discontinued several items that my children and I have loved for years so it's bad enough you're not carrying the things we like the things you have you're always at a stock you claim you can't get those items in yet I'll go to another store they seem to get them in you need to try a little harder if you want to keep your customers happy cuz right now I'm not happy including the Smith's credit card that you're supposed to get 25 cents off a gallon extra for a year I never once got the extra $0.25 off a gallon That's a card you need to discontinue or fix it a very disappointed customer

I like this store for the deals you can't get at places like Wal-Mart or Target. They always have great discounts on all types of groceries. This location has limited cashiers and self-checkout so the peak hours can get busy and you might have to wait a bit to checkout.

The artist out front is amazing. The only reason it's not 1 star. Also the front end manager is horrible. I think his name is Saber. I heard from other employees that he mistreats them also... plus he denied water too a close friend of mine. Lied about him being banned from the store too. Smiths pls do something about this

I will never shop here again. I needed to grab one thing for my Thanksgiving meal and came at 10 min til closing and the manager locked the doors while like 10 people was standing outside trying to go in. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. Other people who work there apologized and said that we are open and not sure why she is locking the door. This was not right. And I’ll never come to this store again.
