Did the great place for the do it yourself or and I always find what I need and if not, I always get great help. I highly recommend it last time. I was there. I got blinds and they were able to custom cut them right there.

This is store has some really fantastic employees. Kurt from the rentals department is the best person I've met in a long time. Just an all around really good guy , he really took his time and explained everything I needed to know about the shampooer and his tips really helped out alot. My family just made a move all the way across town and it makes me feel great to know that there are people like this on this side of town. My experience here was so good that I would come here even if there was a cheaper price somewhere else.

We just installed our cabinets that we purchased at the Home Depot in Aliente Nevada. We worked with Chedi. I would like to extend a huge compliment to him. We took our own measurements & installed cabinets ourselves and his expert guidance throughout the process was priceless.
He managed our expectations perfectly with a truthful lead time and we received the cabinets pretty much when he said we would.
We were missing 1 piece & another piece was damaged. Chedi acted immediately & we received the two pieces without delay. Thank you & I will highly recommend based on my experience.

This store exceeds expectations of fabulous employees from start to finish your greeted as if they want you to come to their store. We purchased two pallets full of cement and personally don’t have a vehicle that can haul that much weight. We had to do it multiple trips and every single employee that helped us was above And beyond kind. Thank you once again to every employee that assisted us during our multiple trips to the Home Depot. Lousy customer service for the 2nd time in APPLIANCE depth! Really CRUDDY! The man sitting behind the desk with glasses was sooo busy on his cell phone he did not hear me when I said EXCUSE me 2x!! He acted like we were bothering him! Asked about a new dishwasher because ours broke down and was too LAZY to get up and show us the different ones on display, answered questions half ass and was a terrible experience went to Lowes and had an excellent experience with customer service 5 stars for them and that's where I purchased my new dishwasher!

One of the worst experiences at a Home Depot. Only one person working behind counter on a return. Had a few items in my hands. So, I placed my items on the available counter space. She was about 3 feet away behind a register with no counter space in front because of computer equipment. She sat there and wouldn't even acknowledge me. After watching patiently while she worked on her computer and talked with a coworker for the longest time, I asked if she was going to take care of me. She responded nastily that she was working on the register in front of her. Any place that hires people like her have serious issues.

I walked in looking for a very specific item and found a random employee in an isle. From the time I said excuse me he had the most positive outlook on everything around him. He most graciously helped me and actually got me to laugh. I believe his name is Dan and if he doesn't get recognition for this I would be disappointed. These are the people we need to cherish as internal guests. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS, GREAT ATTITUDE AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THE LAUGH!!

Absolutely disappointed with my recent experience at Home Depot. The customer service was abysmal, with staff showing a lack of knowledge and unwillingness to assist. The service was terrible. Pattie and the other employee that was chubby and had lash extensions were extremely rude and unprofessional. Never going here again!!!

Horrible service. Pattie is incredibly rude and has a nasty attitude. Also the young white skinned chubby girl with lash extensions was also very rude to my father last time he went. If her and Pattie are that miserable with their lives just quit.

I would like to start off by saying, A1 customer service!! Mr. Dan is an outstanding employee, along with Octavia. Mr. Dan spent quite amount of time assisting us to find the perfect gift and helping us find the best promotional sale. A very knowledgeable man who also assisted other customers while we were in the store. Miss Octavia helped us clarify certain promotion questions. They both went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would like to recognize both of these employees. Employees like these make shopping a lot less stressful and easier to return to the same store again. Thank you

I love this store.
However, everyone except Pattie seems to not seem happy here or I caught her in a bad morning. I came in to make an exchange (i have my receipt) because i got a wrong size, and i tried handling, putting the item back into the package, she was super rude while handling my transaction. I was having a wonderful morning and dont need to be around a person who treats a person like that, the way she did to me.

Probably spent a small fortune here. that said, its one of my favorite home Depots in the country. I have lived in many states, and this one is great. the lumber guys actually help, the staff can be found quickly are are willing to help. i did have one time though there was a new girl in the paint shop, she didn't add the color to the paint, i didn't check until a few weeks later when i went to use those cans. no big deal, they mixed them when i took them back with no issues. only thing, i wish it had were more people outside to hire. probably not legal, i don't care. they're people looking for jobs and work, not hand outs.

I am a firm believer in hiring everybody from all ages to all races to all genders. But it is very clear that this Home Depot only hires people for the sake of having bodies on the floor. Because absolutely no one is helpful. No one knows any thing about the product. No one knows how to cut things. They literally keep calling for assistance from different people but obviously the people who know everything are being pulled in 50 million directions because they're the only two people on the floor who can take care of anything. Everyone else is just a body so that you can see people walking around in their little orange Home Depot aprons to make it seem as if they have a lot of people working. But if no one knows anything about hardware or wood or pipes or conduit. Then what good are they? I have been in this store for a half an hour waiting for someone to just cut some pipe. And they have called three different times and no one has responded. Absolutely unacceptable. I will just continue to go to Lowe's from now on.

Mike in the paint department is the definition of amazing customer service. He is kind, personable, and friendly. We were previously given the wrong paint color. Mike went above and beyond to remedy the situation, and ensure there wouldn’t be a mistake in the future. Grateful for Mike!

Very stocked. Very clean. Loads of parking for contractors to load and unload. Special Veteran reserved spots up front. Six to be exact. Staff very helpful. They don’t try to hide and avoid you. You’ll be happy you went. Pricing comparable to the other Home Depot’s.

Although this comment doesn’t mean it’s okay to go into Home Depot at the last minute literally when they close.
My husband and I were the a*hole customers to go in and ask for 5gal paint and paint match, that was not matching at first,
But the guys in there that were working, noticed us standing at paint desk as they were letting there last customers out, and he asked if I needed paint. He did it with no problem, called another Guy over that works in the paint section, to help him match it.
We apologized so much but they said no worries, all that matters is we find you the right paint.
And basically all I’m saying, is they were kind, awesome and great attitude, which goes a long way.
Because usually people get irritated when someone comes in last minute their about to close. Which I understand on that part.
But this Home Depot, is amazing.

Very good Home Depot..helpful employees ..not like some home depots where you can't find anyone on the floor to help you it's different at this home depot there were lots of employees on the floor all willing to help you !! I appreciated that very much ! Only thing I did not like was how the Sunrun solar co had a salesman at the exit that you could not escape when you walked out of there..I'm not stupid if I want solar I can call the cos & buy a system myself I do not need to be hustled at the exit of home depot !!

Home Depot does a great job with the kids. We go the first of every month to build projects. It is a great bonding experience with parents, grandparents, mentors and kids. I love it.

This store is out of control. They should lock the doors and turn off the lights because anyone who cares about customer service doesn't work there. The place is full of rude workers who have no knowledge of the products or services the store has to offer. If you can find Someone, Anyone who works there, good luck! No one knows where anything is or anything about it. The best worker was the young man who gathers the shopping carts in the lot. He was courteous and worked hard. That store turns my stomach!!!!

I have been shopping here since 2012. This should have been a simple return, and exchange. The deplorable customer service I received from Alaina was vexing. I met Alaina at the exchange /refund desk where I explained i have the wrong size, and I would like to exchange it for the write size. Alaina told me I had to be refunded on the card, AND there was no other option. I would shortly learn this is a lie. I did not want to wait for a refund on debit card, but rather pay the difference of the exchanged item. I was met with a hostile attitude, and deplorable customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, and Alaina didn't say anything to me after my request. She immediately called the next person in line. It appeared she didn't call a manager as requested. Aliana did not communicate to me that she called a manager. At this point, i went to the next employee and asked if he could call a manager. Aliana thought it was good judgment to yell at us (we were in two lanes over) " I did call a manager. I dont have to call someone over the phone to contact a manager". This should have been communicated that you contacted a manager rather than say "I can help the next customer". Yes, we are used to employees picking up the phone to the page, but I know that is not the only means. I asked the holder, a white man, with a white beard to call a manager. He said sure, called the manager in front of me, and advised me a manager will be with me. Her name is Courtney. The reason this is not a 1 star review but a 3 stars is because of how Courtney handled the situation. This is how Aliana should have and could have resolved this herself. Courtney asked me how she can assist, listened to me, provided what I asked, explained why it appeared they did an exchange, and explained what my options were. Then Courtney executed a resolution that made me happy and allow me to purchase the correct product at a higher cost. Not only did she save a sale but increased the revenue on this one sale. Aliana only provided an attitude that was not presented to the customer before me, demonstrating she lacks basic customer service, and the inability to resolve minor challenges. As customers, we all understand home depot has a very relaxed and gracious return policy. I consider it hassle-free. This is why i stop shopping at another hardware store and choose to shop here. Overall, this store has great customer service, and when there has been a problem it was resolved quickly. This has been consistent since 2012 until today. Aliana should not be working exchanges as she clearly does not have the skills to resolve challenges, and she lacks customer service. Everyone else at the store (manager, cashier, older man with white beard) had terrific customer service. Your cashier smiled, said hello, and despite me clearly being upset still provided great customer service. Working in exchanges and refunds presents an opportunity to allow the customer to feel confident in shopping at home depot, exchanging items, refunding items, and makes us often feel we rather purchase another item at this store. It is an opportunity for a win/win for everyone. If Aliana is unable to identify this and the impact she has (good/bad) then she is the wrong employee that should be working there. With the loose and gracious return policy home depot has should have made this process effortlessly. EVERYTHING Courtney did, and said could have easily been duplicated by Aliana. I understand why Courtney is a manager, and Aliana is not management. To Courtney: Outstanding job! I hope the store manager, Vince, is made aware he has selected a great manager.
