Giving it four stars service was amazing products were available. Staff member went above and beyond to provide stellar service.. the only thing that concerned me was the lack of security. There was only one employee in the building and they appeared to be working alone on a closing shift. This was written on Saturday June 15,2024 around 8:57p.. whoever is managing this store do better to keep your employees safe….. other than that 5 star service.

Walmart and Bestbuy are the best places to buy games

Updating my review. The store is under new management now and things mostly run smoothly, albeit with a hiccup here or there, but that's any business right? I went in a couple of days ago to turn in my sons broken Nintendo switch and the two guys in there were helpful and super nice . Definitely recommend this GameStop . They always greet you and make you feel welcomed. :)

They're system was down so i couldn't even make a cash purchase. And the previous time I was there the guy tried to upsell me on a video game I purchased online saying he didn't have it but had another one for a few dollars more then I called their corporate number and suddenly he found what I ordered online.

No wonder game stop is going out of business not only do they rip you off when you sell or trade in games with them by giving you pennies but they also rip you off when you buy new or used games from them by adding a $3 game warranty with out even asking you.

Employees here are the best and friendly extremely helpful with info on the latest console and games this is my favorite store besides the one on decatur and 215 but i would give it five stars but i can't unfortunately do to that they never answer their phone i been calling for 3 days and no one ever picks up i don't have a ride all the time so I can't just go Everytime i need to ask a few questions that the website can't answer wish they would answer more often 😭

The staff here is nice but one of the dudes doesn't cover his nose with his mask. Why even wear a mask at that point? Basically it's rude and inconsiderate and tells the customers you don't care about our health.

First I’m excited that I stay literally down the street from GameStop... But what got me amped was the positive vibe I felt entering the store, plus the customer service and hospitality that was displayed as well. I was blown away! I was barely inside the store and felt like I was being helped when the employees was helping other customers... I only came in the store to ask about the Xbox series S and PS5 pre-order but ended up renewing my power up account, buying 2 PS4 games and discussion the epic move Microsoft made with Zenimax and Bethesda. Overall this store made my day and I’m looking forward to many more visits and purchases... but more so encouraging a lot of people to come to this store for that great experience.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this GAMESTOP.

I stood in line for 8 hours as the 8th customer for the 8 Xbox’s they had..was clearly noted on the door the store had 8 preorders available. Whoever opened said he made a mistake and there’s only 7. He basically kept 1 for himself. All GameStop’s said it was impossible to not have the 8 or miscount ..I need more than an apology

Kyle is the best. Always polite and knowledgeable. Very patient with my kids when explaining products. My family followed Kyle from his store that closed down. His customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this location on Lake Mead & Civic Center.
