This is one of the most unprofessional Sam’s Clubs! The battery in my mom’s vehicle would not start so we gave it a jump! Took it to Autozone where the rep shared the battery is fully charged but it is dead! Came to Sam’s club to get it replaced and have been given such a difficult time! I canceled my membership because there are no savings here. I mostly just use it for fuel but the gas price has been the same or higher than the station less than a block away and I don't have to wait in line. Why pay for a membership when I can get gas the same price at a gas station next door. The gas has been the same price as a gas station next to it for 2 weeks (and yes, this is the credit price).

When i called and was transferred to the store directly, the call was dropped twice. 3rd time a guy answer and he was of very little help. I need to confirm that my tires were still under warranty. He said "most tires have a 4 year warranty, other than that, I don't know what to tell you"
He never asked for my information to confirm anything. MOST TIRES having a 4 year warranty doesn't answer MY QUESTION. He answered in GERNERAL. Too lazy to get any information to give me specifics. If you don't like customer service, find something else to do. Now I understand why Costco is the preferred option of the 2.

Never no carts to use. They’ll have it behind their gate but won’t open and push them through. They’ll make you walk around and get them yourself and that even if some are there otherwise it go to the parking lot and get them yourselves.

traded in a battery that was under warranty, the new battery doesn't get a warranty with it.
and if your membership has expired so does your warranty so I had to join up so i could get a replacement battery. But the people were nice

i love sams club but there a problem with the tire center. I recently got 4 new tires but now my car doesnt ride smoothly. it rode even smoother with my old tires. when i go talk to someone about it they keep telling me i have to talk to the tire center manager but hes never there when they tell me hes supposed to be. ive gone back twice when they said hes suppose to be there and he isnt. One guy checked for a rebalance and he said my rim is now bent. They gave me a sheet where it shows all the imperfections on my car such as a dent on the door. why couldnt they include the one thing they actually work on? keeps saying only manager can make a decision but i cant even find the guy

Overall- the club is clean and well maintained. It would be amazing if the Cafe has a separate line for WHOLE PIZZA orders similar to Costco. It is frustrating to wait 45 minutes in the cafe line ( even in scan and go.) for someone who is waiting on a whole pizza when all you’re getting is a drink or a slice of pizza.

I have always had a great experience at Sam’s club, until today I had a very rude, not welcoming unprofessional employee. She was a white lady with dark hair. Who proceeded to smack her gum in my face while scanning my items at the exist during scan & go , slow paced and rude employees don’t belong working face to face with customers!

I have had a Sam's membership off and on for the last 10 years. Usually can find what I want in stock, and the scan and go app is AMAZING to say the least. I've only done pick up orders twice and am 50/50 on the experience so far.

I avoid going into this store period! If I get something from sams club its pick up only! I find that many pantry items can be stale and not be fresh at all. And, I don't like how they block the whole exit off, so you have to get into ANOTHER long line just to get out the door. A waste of my time and also, maybe a fire hazard.

I purchased 3 tires in 3 different transactions same day . Called to make an appointment to schedule all 3 which customer service did. Once I arrived the girl at tire center front desk Krystal was so rude and told me I couldn’t do all tires today (mind you , I did as a walk in a few days ago just to do one tire) so it was really 2 tires today. She stated I would have to cancel my transaction and repurchase to do same day. I told her that was not an option. Krystal was very aggressive when addressing myself and my husband. rolling her eyes. No customer should be dealing with all that and felt like they were in the wrong.

The car wash malfunctioned and ripped my mirror off of my truck.
I informed the fuel station attendant who then called a manager. The manager took photos and submitted a claim. He told me that corporate would be calling me. I got a phone call 2 weeks later that was just to let me know that they would be investigating the situation. That, was the last I heard from anyone. This happened in April 2024 it is now July!

I hope this finds the right person. Picked up my order through curbside at the Sam’s club on losee and Craig. My app wasn’t working where i can add my spot number. Notified a worker, Jenson. He was very nice, prompt and professional. Offered me a water. Delivered my items very fast.

I love this Sam's Club, and especially the workers there.. when I go to the one on Tropicana and Pecos, the workers there are quite rude, and this one on Craig and Losee, they are more than willing to go the extra mile to help you, so that is the reason why I always go to this one.

Sams Clubs often have bad restrooms but this location might be the worst. Today the womens bathroom was completely closed so we had to use the ”family” restroom. The staff was knocking on the door after only 10 seconds to speed people up. I was next in line when that happened and had to leave because I did not want the embarassment of the previous customer to think I was the aggressive knocker.
If they cannot solve something as simple as restrooms, what CAN they solve?

You are paying to shop here, there is no reason why items should be locked up. It defeats the purpose of scan and go! At least put a place to scan and pay for the items beforehand instead of being forced to pay infront of the employee.
You are paying Brosnan just to drive around the parking lot, the guard in the exit is understandable, but the other one should be walking inside the stores back aisles.

There's a lady at this Sam's club that is always rude. She brings the groceries out to the pick up area. Anytime I come there she's rude. I don't think she is a good fit for this particular position. Maybe she should be on stock or do the actual shopping and not dealing with customers. She comes and puts the customers orders on the ground behind the vehicle and walks off. I read the description of the job and it says, "help load customer orders."
She doesn't seem like the type equipped to deal with customers in extreme weather conditions. Anytime a comment is made she always goes to the weather. Ppl who are rude and disrespectful shouldn't talk to the public. She needs to be retrained. Customer Service is a part of the position. Being rude and nasty is not.
When I tried to call the store to speak with a manager, they left me on hold and would pick up and hang up after 20 mins. She threatened to report me. Tbh, I wouldn't come to this store for work or personal anymore anyway. I will never be a customer at this particular store again.

My shopping experience is typically enjoyable, thanks to the scan-and-go feature. Although, there is one blonde staff member who can sometimes come across as impolite when I exit the store, but I choose not to dwell on it. The key takeaway here is that maintaining a certain level of courtesy is essential in customer-facing roles. Today, when I bought two cases of Capri Suns, she insisted that I had the wrong item in my cart, despite me scanning them correctly. Eventually, she relented, making it seem like she was doing me a favor, when, in reality, it was a mistake on the store's part, not mine. The Capri Suns I scanned were actually priced lower than what the system showed. It appeared as if she was trying to assert her authority. I could have raised a fuss about being overcharged $5 for an incorrectly scanned item, but I only noticed this later when I checked my receipt. The main issue is the need for improved customer service training for employees. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this particular staff member; she consistently scrutinizes my cart every time I leave, which wouldn't be an issue if it were done consistently for all customers.

I was going to purchase jewelry, I had to wait 20minutes for an employee to show up. The lady was helping the gentleman in front of me. She kept answering her personal cellphone, after she finished with him. She said let me put this away and I help you. She answer her cellphone again and was making jokes with a coworker that show up at the counter. After waiting 15 minutes for her, the employee was too busy talking that she didn't even realize I left. This happened 4/3/2024 at 540pm.

I do not recommend you place pick up orders at this location. Every time I've done a pick up order, I've waited over 30 minutes for my order to come out. The last time, I waited an hour with no help over the phone. I was transferred to multiple people and no one could help me. Very frustrating when you schedule a pick up time, and they still take so long.

Products are good, but they had zero ...no eggs at all (this issue was resolved) and customer service sucks. The people in the Cafe really need training. The cashier was super slow, there was NO and I repeat NO leadership in this Sam's club. MANAGEMENT need to be fired and replaced.

I just want this club to know that Abbey is such an asset to their company. She goes above and beyond for the customers and she makes this place better! I hope she receives a promotion or maybe become a trainer to help other people from her team learn from her example! Where I get a brush off from other employees, she does what she can to help. While shopping at 11am on a Saturday they started shutting down areas to stock, they kicked us off an isle we were active shopping on to shut it down, we were already on the aisle and were not done shopping. When asked later by another employee if our visit went well we said no, explained the issue, and were basically told 'oh to bad'. I called the store and was on hold for 3 minutes before they hung up on me, I am currently approaching the 3rd minute of my 2nd time on hold.

Our first stop was to get a couple of hot dog combination which took 30 minutes to get COLD food . Shopping experience was great as always and good prices .
To top off our visit as we were leaving to get our receipt scanned . We are greeted my a YOUNG stoned face girl . No Hello or Have a nice day . Then she had the nerve to hand motioned us to get moving . Needless to say no one was behind us .

The blonde lady at the exit is extremely rude to say the least. I scanned the wrong box of variety pack of chips and even though it was for the same exact price as the ones I had, she treated me like I was trying to steal them, even though I paid! She wasn’t nice to me at all, made me feel like I did something terribly wrong! They’re the SAME PRICE just different flavors and they were in the wrong place, not my fault. They refuse to do an even exchange, make me return them and have to wait 3- 5 days for a refund and told me to rebuy the same chips, so basically pay double today. What a hassle! I used scan and go because my son is Autistic and we cannot wait in long lines. This not only was extremely embarrassing but a giant waste of time. I was excited to go to Sams club because we just moved here and I never had any issues at Sams Club in California, everyone was always super friendly. I’m going to just cancel my membership and try Costco because this store wasn’t an environment I feel comfortable spending money in.

They have some good product opportunities but some prices are not competitively appealing because of the wait and long lines. And people who have credit cards should not have to wait in the long lines for a clerk to take their payments. However for the first part, I really like Sam's Club!❤

Came in right when they opened, and it was a quick shopping trip. The store was clean, stocked, and employees available. I ordered 2 whole pizzas from the cafe, and they were ready in 6 minutes. I did scan and go for everything, which made the trip so much more convenient.

My car battery went down so I called told me to come over first come first served 2: 30 PM when I arrived I was told they have it but in the garage so they cant sell to me come back tomorrow I told them it wont start they shrugged there me off said tomorrow guess what it did not start thank a lot

Considering switching from Costco due to overcrowded store. Did early entry as a guest of a Plus member. Shopping experience was much more enjoyable than Costco.

I came to Club 04974 to check my left back tire b/c it was at 23 psi. The tire got replaced. The white guy associate who had a 30 yr name tag. He talked to me in a threatening way & I didn't like how he talked to me. Kristal was nice. Sam's Club makes it hard to get anything there in the tire center because of appointments. You pay for a membership. I came there yesterday and I has to reschedule my appointment because the store had to close early. I use to work for Walmart and I know how it is there. Sam's is better than Walmart, but it's still Walmart.

I love the sams club. I love the scan and go and the club is always clean. The pick up though. Lately every order is trouble! I've had to inside personally to get my orders before. The lady just came and told me it can take be anywhere from 25 mins to an hour to pick up my order. You do realize that I can go inside for less time and get my order. How is pick up slower than getting your own food. Sams needs to do something about this dept. Unacceptable. And no it's not just holiday season it has been like this for the past few months now.

I almost enjoyed to go shopping in Sams lol, but when you dont have too much time its frustrating because its hard to find the items... pretty very organized, cheap food, pizza, hot dogs combo is only $1.38 great!!! The ice cream is really good too

The cafe here is atrocious, waited 2 hours for pizzas. Got home & got the WRONG pizzas.

As a person who is disabled I'm very disappointed in the lack of motorized scooters in the front of the store I blame myself as well for not calling ahead to see if they had any available as well, please do better to have resources for your disabled customers.
