Drove all the way here to find their closing sale at 5-10%? Hardly any deal. I did find 1 potpourri in their clearance marked down to $2, only to be told at checkout that it isn’t ringing up at that marked down price.. they wouldn’t honor the shown price so I decided to leave it. Terrible customer service.

Store is closing and they are selling faulty items. You don’t realize until you get home and then they say it’s final sale and won’t do anything about it. Buyer beware.

Manger is mean, and was racist to my whole family. Only have one person on the register and whole store moves very slow. When I went in I had terrible customer service and little to no help with anything even after I asked multiple times. The manager “Kevin” is incredibly rude and obnoxious, my whole family was appalled and will not be going back.

Big Lots your everything store from household goods to food to furniture to outdoor goods. If you have built-ins they have things you can buy to space on your shelves. They carry pots, pans, utensils and small appliances. This is the perfect store for a college student to shop for their dorm needs. With that said don't think it's not good for home owners or your first apartment. Am I a big fan not just yet but give me time.

This store has an interesting variety of things. From furniture to flip-flops! And what they sell is always a little different than what you see in other stores. Prices are usually very good, too!

The store was very clean and neat and had a lot on sale but I got never really get with big lot prices their prices don't really feel like a deal to me unless your getting furniture or stuff like that.

Went to big lots yesterday to buy outdoor chairs they didn’t have anymore in stock so store manager Kevin told I couldn’t have the floor sample even though there policy is when they are out of stock you can have the floor sample later on that night I called back to see if someone else could help me and they said that they were sold so store manager Kevin wouldn’t sell them to me but sold them to someone else’s In the same day?

I've been to this store a few times. It's nice, wide selection but it was so crowded today with outdoor things it was hard to walk through front of store. Just too much, a little overwhelming. But I'm sure as time goes by things will thin out.

I was really suprised by the various types of merchandise. There are a lot of big brand names there. I always thought of Big Lots as a glorified dollar store. I was wrong.
There is always a great price. They are a big supporter of On Your Sleeves

I love this Big Lots. Well stocked, clean and you can easily grab your necessities and browse while not being overwhelmed by a giant store. It’s the perfect size. Love it!

I ordered k-cup coffee online to pickup in store. When I arrived, I asked where do you go to get pickup items? The lady employee was very polite and asked if I was doing any more shopping in the store. She said come to the front cashier area and someone will get my item for me to checkout. I decided to do a little browsing while I was there. They had area rugs buy 1 get 1 50% off. They had a nice selection of large area rugs. I may purchase 2 later this week. The lady at checkout was polite too. Very nice experience today...

we went to buy a mattress and the sales lady maureen was very friendly, helpful and had a very nice and welcoming attitude towards all the costumers thank you so much for your effort when we finally went to buy the mattress she reminded us about the reward system we didn’t even know we had and we had ended up saving money so thank you for not only being an amazing sales person but for truly helping us and wanting the best!!

Prices are cheaper than Walmart. I was shocked at their inventory. Went yesterday and have Xmas stuff already. Not spreading of Covid-19 friendly. Go the extra mile to ensure everyone's safety, employee and customer. Bathroom available. Clearance section available. I recommend taking a minute to look for the red tag of clearance. Usually returned and only box was opened. Bought$25 blue tooth earphones for $7.50. I only care that item works and has parts, I don't care about the box. ALSO, THEY TAKE SNAP BENEFITS AS WELL AS RETURNS FOR A LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME(28 DAYS OR SO WITH RECEIPT). ***BECOME A REWARD CARD HOLDER FOR ADDITIONAL SAVINGS***
