Love this store in the morning! Its always clean and quiet. I don't know the woman cashier's name but she is always polite and helpful. She checks your Target acount for coupons and discounts. The reason I go. She is a true gem in your operation

As a tourist, I always wanted to visit a target. And it was worth it. Lots of everything: Clothing, electronics, furniture, food.
Self checkout is available.

I bought much because of the low prices, but some pieces are expensive.
Definitely worth a look.

Huge Target store and always lacking management. Poor skilled workers and lack of customer service. When you ask a “team member” for help nobody seems to know anything or where the product may be. They rely on their phones. You can get many things in this Target store except food. There’s always empty shelves and refrigerators in the food department. Is a constant thing. When you speak to manager, they tell you “is Target, not sending us the trucks” this has been happening for years now and nothing has improved. I clearly gave up. The Starbucks is always dirty, people without handicapped plates park at handicap spots and the store will not enforce the laws by calling the police. Is been a terrible last few years going to Target and you can see the frustration with the photos attached herein.

Racist employees.. I purchased a printer at a different target location TODAY. Unfortunately the printer is the wrong printer. Tried to return it SAME DAY I PURCHASED IT WITH RECEIPT and was told I have to return it at the store I purchased it from because this specific target doesn’t return if it’s over $150 but was quick to help the Hispanic lady in front of me. Called target customer service and didn’t receive much help from them either. Was told the employee didn’t understand the return policy. Tuh!! It’s 2024 do better ugly

They don’t take returns of items over $50 if bought from other targets. A totally unique and inconvenient rule that is stated no where on the return policy established because their security is incompetent. Billion dollar corporations inconveniencing their shoppers because of loss that they have insured.

Okay target. The star bucks rocks those employees deserve a raise. But the woman working self checkout is very rude and will accusing you of stealing when your not. Customer service there rocks, they helped me when the lady was accusing me and told me I was right and she was wrong. She had no right, to do that.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IT HERE!! They allow food to expire and still sell it to customers. My son got sick and they gave me a $5 credit and a sorry. Just went yesterday and purchased hotdogs without checking the date again, needless to say-it’s EXPIRED. Their team needs to thoroughly check these items. I’ve never had this experience at other Targets.

Horrible!! Came on a Saturday with my mom for a firestick. Asked the workers in electronics for help and they said they are only there for phones. Walked around trying to find someone for 30 mins found a girl who said she would call someone and never did. Pressed the “help” button in the aisle and nobody came. This place sucks!

Average Target.

If you've been to one Target, you've basically been to them all in regards to price, stock, and layout - it was no exception here. At the time I went, it wasn't busy, which is always a plus.

The employees are typical from what I saw. The hiring managers are the ones to blame really. I had no interactions thankfully, but they do their best to ignore you - the customer.

This Target reminded me of an ongoing annoyance that's in some locations I've been to - that being the annoying overaggressive sales people by the electronics trying to get you to listen to their spiel. It's like this every time - I'm polite and keep it moving, but they keep going and going......and going. They don't take the hints and sometimes they're just nasty because they're not getting their sale. They're in Target, so this is Target's responsibility even if it's just Target's partner. I find myself trying to avoid the area when I see them, but sometimes it can't be helped. If Target is going to have these people in the stores, then maybe address them in the basics of being salespeople - because they clearly do not have a clue.

Anyway, the parking lot is pretty large, so you should have no issues coming here.

This is in Jersey, but the area felt like the Bronx and looked like parts of San Francisco with the hills. It was annoying coming here, so I probably won't be coming here again.

Andy single-handedly enhanced my Target experience. Andy was willing to help me directly with changing my password, and just overall provided excellent customer service and a positive experience shopping in this particular location. He should be recognized for his great work.

Overall I love Target but for some reason the refrigerator where this Target keeps the milk has smelled absolutely putrid for months. As soon as you open the refrigerator doors it hits you. Other than that it’s okay.

I just moved to the area and had a huge cart full of stuff along with a 70 inch tv! The store is so nice and clean and Marcos went out of his way to help me put the TV in my Uber when he wasn’t even the one who originally checked me out. 10/10 for both Marcos and this store!!!!

Not stocked well, terrible customer service.Took forever to fix 10 giant potholes in the parking lot. Big weed smoking spot in the parking lot. Never has more than 2 cashiers, it’s all self check out.

I made a huge purchase and wanted a cashier but because there weren’t any, I had to do self check out. I missed one item and instead of reminding me while I was paying at the self check out station the lady working (Elsa) called security on me. When I asked her why she didn’t just tell me I missed an item while I was at the register she she gave me an attitude. After making a $400 purchase I had to ring the item at another location when the attendant could’ve just helped me out at the register and asked me to scan it or they could just hire more people as cashiers.

Organize, clean, quality merchandise, good store layout, clean bathrooms, always there is help on the self check out. I love this store! It's a little pricey, but you can buy in peace. It is even relaxing to go and see all the seasonal stuff .. a plus, there is a Starbucks, Ulta beauty, and Cvs in place.!

I drove 40 minutes because it said they had my item. I get there, they pull out with another cup. CLEARLY NOT MY CUP. They couldn’t cancel the order. They couldn’t email me. THEY COULDN’T DO ANYTHING APPARENTLY. Now I have to drive 40 minutes back to my house, depressed, no gas, no money for gas, AND NO CUP.

I love Target, even when they make political decisions, I laugh then proceed to walk inside. This location had a Starbucks inside, knocking off two fav’s in one location. Weird but, I tried leaving a cash tip, but the barista stopped me, saying, "We work at Target and cannot accept tips." This is so far beyond wrong that my mind cannot come up with a single reason as to why they wouldn't "allow" tipping. One possibility is that maybe employment requirements states, "no forced tips," which I can understand. I have no problem not tipping if it is not deserved, but if this employment rule is to not allow any tips, cash or personally added by customers willing to give them…?
Then those with six-figure salaries in upper management need to contemplate how life would be under their own rules if they swapped paychecks with baristas

I don't frequent this Target often because I have another one that's closer to where I live. My experience with customer service has been great! There's plenty of parking and it's also clean. There's an Ulta and a Starbucks inside the store.

There was. 30 % off with the app lady on register 2 was really helpful however one idiot worker looking like a toothpick said whilbunvh of nonsense and never helped also had a nasty attitude giving me inaccurate information regarding my 30 percent saving thanks souch to the lady working on register 2 at 4 pm this Sunday this target is garbage and it'sajority of personell one sat is well deserved for that one caring lady on register 2 again thanks so much for being a kind human being.

Big store with almost everything you need sold. There is a small Starbucks inside for hot drinks and bakery. Grocery part is kind of smaller than I expected but they have a big parking lot.

Shelves are an absolute mess and no cashiers. Blame greedy management.

It’s impossible to decipher the price of anything because they basically throw the products in a general area instead of organizing them by SKU in rows behind price tag.

Super long line for self checkout (only option) on a Tuesday 3pm because management doesn’t want to hire cashiers or enough staff to even face the shelves.

Store with a friendly staff are always cleaning with a variety of new products with great prices , some products go right away and can't stay in the shelf too long, my kind of store got myself a good price for a new camera and had to enjoy every second with my new toy, missed Starbucks tho... .......Cheers !!

I just finished waiting over 15 minutes for my curbside order in the North Bergen location. I was the only car in the waiting area and my order took forever to come out.The employee also ask me to cancel my order and to reopen it like I just arrived. This is so unprofessional because they want to get the good score time.

Guess customer service doesn't exist anymore! Went 2 store 2 order an out of stock item(according 2 website it was IN STOCK elsewhere) was told @ customer service & then @ 800 # they don't honor sale price nor ship from store 2 store! So much for caring about customer! Will shop elsewhere now!

I always loved target. But unfortunately the North Bergen location has been the worst experience. They have no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms neither any soap for you to wash your hands. We told customers service team and they did nothing, 15mins after one of the associates "male" shows up with a rolls of paper. Completely unacceptable that a company like Target allows this type of behavior....I guess these workers don't wash their hands!

It never fails. I’ve lived in the area for 7 years. It’s almost second nature now. Every time I go into the store I am being followed. I support Target as a corporation but as far as North Bergen location, they racially profile people.

I'm surprised with the recent poor reviews. This is my go to Target for order pickup via Drive Up. I use this service at every Target I go to, and I have found this one is the quickest and most efficient. Inside, the store is more organized than the Edgewater one by far. The guest services is much quicker, and they are a lot nicer in general probably because they actually have the time to assist you. I will say, the default checkout is self checkout for the most part, but I find most people these days are pretty self sufficient with that. And there is always an attendant helping on stand by. The Starbucks is super quick and convenient as well. This will continue to be my go to Target.

I have ordered pick up orders from several targets, but this one is by far my favorite because the staff that brings out my items are super friendly, high energy and just make my day because of their positivity. The staff that bring out drive up orders deserve a raise!

Some workers was celebrating after they thought they was gonna get away with my Iphone 13. I left it down for one second in the workout section, and some worker took my phone and then i found a woman and two men celebrating about it, and was telling all their co workers. When i got the phone back they asked me what case it was while trying to hide it and i told them give me my phone dw about it, and they gave it right back and the man who took it told me “Have a good day!” … 1st and last time coming here

I went to Target today and was so disappointed 😞. The area was a such a mess outside. The garbages was so over full. Trash all over the parking lot. What happen to my Target in my town. Looking all crazy.

Waited almost 10 mins waiting for a staff member to customer seevice area to only be tended by the person who "greeted me" at the beginning of my arrival. The staff was sweet and apologize, but the wait?!, not cool. More employees needed for the amount of traffic this store receives.

Here on a Saturday and the only checkout avaliable is self checkout and the line is incredibly long and they don't open any registers with employees and the employees are all on the floor slowly stocking shelves. They only opened one register after a customer started yelling. The priorities here are backwards. Should always be customers first.

This target location has gone down hill. I use to frequent Target as it was convenient for me but I haven't gone in-store very often since COVID-19. The customer service use to be great and the staff was friendly but everyone on my last visit acted like they were on holiday. Only one cashier was opened at 6pm on a weekday and they were pushing everyone to use self checkout when there 4-5 employees just standing in the front doing nothing but chit chatting with each other. Only 1 person working customer service counter and there was a line of 9 people deep. He was also task with fetching pickup orders which were scattered around the store. Each time he would go to fetch an order, he'd be gone for 10-15 mins. Someone on line went to ask one of the many employee just standing around to help with the line and she respond "I'll send some one to help" but then proceeds to talk about her plans for the weekend with another employee. Seems like a great place to work if you don't want to do anything and get paid for it 😂

Horrible Management, horrible service never had this issue at any other Target. Story, first of all walk in and all they have for a register open is self serve deviated.
Now I ordered a bike online to get the discount only store allowed to pick it up from. We get a notice half hour later, order is ready for pickup. I live 30 minutes away, drive there and we’re told after they went looking for it and 20 minutes later store manager tells us that the bike isnt assembled, that the person scanning the box doesn’t communicate with the person who assembled them, some BS she fed us. Obviously been happening and hasn’t been fixed. She then tells us it won’t be ready and assembled for 2 days later to come back! Upset!!!
2 days later get an email the order is ready for pick up! This time call the store customer service to make sure. Hit number #2 for customer service, pickup, drive up….. just hangs up automatically. Attempt numerous times still the same. Try for over 40 minutes trying every department 3-4 times to get someone on the phone, just rings and then hangs up!! Manager and DM should both be fired!

I love target. They have just about everything in stock, and what they don't have you can order online. I am always ordering online and I pickup inside the store. I find it's just easier that way, but I have absolutely no problems with picking up things inside. The lines are usually not that long because they always have registers open and their employees are always willing to help. Even if it's not their department they will call for someone and wait with you until they come. Their prices might be a little higher then Walmart but I'd rather spend the extra few dollars to have the great customer service. I've had problems finding baby formula due to the shortage going on but somehow target always has what I need in stock. So target is my go to store. I would recommend everyone going here then any other department store.
