Ordered ahead on the app, food was ready and as ordered, dined in, clean bathroom. Nothing to complain about and that says a lot about a fast food chain on this grungy run of route 9.

I know it's all about cutting O&M costs, but the interior eating area and exterior feels cold. Bring back some diner style booths, see if zoning allows taking out a few parking spots for constructing an outdoor seating area. The nearby Wendy's has a more relaxed aesthetic, especially with the tree cover and the two improvements I mentioned.

This location always takes very long time to prepare food even if the order has no substitution or change from their regular offering but today was the worst experience ever. Non existent cheese in both bean tacos and had less than 10 cold fries which wasn’t even ordered as a side.

It's a Taco Bell. What do you want from me? If you feel like Taco Bell this is a good place to get it. They do let you customize the food a bit by adding or removing things. So that's nice.

Great place , quick delivery and very efficient staff. Food is hot, crispy and perfectly cooked. Burrito and chapulas are very nice made. The only thing i felt today was the table where i sat was not cleaned properly otherwise everything was perfect.

It's a Taco Bell. What do you want from me? If you feel like Taco Bell this is a good place to get it. They do let you customize the food a bit by adding or removing things. So that's nice.

I ordered 4 tacos with extra meat. Which cost $2 more for each taco. I also order quesadillas with extra chicken. That cost extra $$. When I took it home my husband was furious that I paid extra money to get it xtra meat and barely anything in it. I also got my credit card info stolen here.

Probably the only Taco Bell that actually consistently gives you a ton of sauce packets when you order delivery. I only order delivery from this location because they always hook you up when you request a lot of sauce packets by delivery whereas most locations don’t even give you any. 10/10 run Taco Bell

Person who takes drive thru order is very rude. This was my third time ordering food from tacobell drive thru with that same person. He didnt even greet me & snatched my credit card for the payment. Handed me the order and slammed his drive thru window without even saying thank you.

I will drive from Bergen County to this Taco Bell location because they are the only ones who will actually add the extra chicken and beef that I request to my order. All other locations have yet to do this for me even when you pay extra!

Well as far as any taco bell goes, if they have nacho fries and spicy potatoes i am happy😅. Chicken chalupa and bean burrito is plus. This place is good. Clean, friendly staff. Bathrooms are clean, plenty parking. Drive thru is fast enough. Over all its another good taco bell location... 👍🏻

Whenever i order with this taco they messed up with my order last time i order combo and they gave me stolen fries , last to last time order 5 taco and they gave me 4 forget the one and this time I ordered 2 combo and they supposed to come with two nacho chips and they put one . Great team at this location makes pick up orders so easy unlike some other taco bell locations like the one in journal square is the worst I don't bother going there for uber or doordash orders but ill come to the tonelle location anytime of the day.

Quality Taco Bell. Food was very well prepared and hot, unlike some other Taco Bells can be lukewarm. As well, I'm glad this location is open late!

Update 10/8/23: After 6 months of coming here on a regular basis during the overnight shift, the food is almost always made to perfection. Possibly the best Taco Bell in NJ. I cannot speak of the day shift, but overnight definitely gets an A++

Seems like every time I go through the drive through they don't get the order right didn't even put in the hot sauce that I requested very disappointing when I got back to the hotel room.... should have known Taco Bell thanks.

For my drive thru pick order of grilled cheese dipping taco, I had asked to swap beef with black beans. After I came back home, I saw that there was still beef in it. The person on the counter refused to make a new one and kept saying that they was refried beans (not what I ordered). So disappointing and waste of money

Very haughty personnel. Asked them to take an order, they insisted I use the machine.

I ordered an extra drink and wanted to cancel it. The manager started to shout , I had to give it back and they after the drama they refunded the drink.

The food was okay and standard.

I let them know I'm lactose intolerant and I am breast feeding a child who is ALLERGIC to cow's milk. The drive through order had sour cream and cheese. I went inside and again it happend again. Mind you both receipt said no sour cream and no cheese. Mind you I had to pay for it again so the 2nd time you got the order wrong again I asked for my entire food to be remade or a refund again didn't want to give the refund so they made the food again. Never coming back!!!

Made a drive through order. Had to repeat the 1st two items in my order more than 5 times. The gentlemen couldn’t hear me properly and decided to change his tone and started to be rude, when I told him that the items on the screen were wrong. If you don’t like customer service Alexander don’t work at a fast food drive through!!

FYI: I dont have an accent and there was no reason at all for him not to understand me. It’s the same order I make every time and never have an issue with the ordering at any Taco Bell.

I wont be returning to this location again.

Managers and drive thru people seem nice and polite but I’m done eating here and Taco Bell as a whole my problem with them and many other fast food places is the up charge to everything added but then give you the minimal even though you’re paying for it and it’s not the first time and only Taco Bell to do this to me for example ordered I grilled stuffffed burrito with the melted cheese on top with chicken so got up charged for the chicken and literally had 3 pieces of chicken in it. All I bit into in the beginning was the small chips and rice opened it up and to my unpleasant surprise only 3 slices or small pieces of chicken at the bottom called the store 5-6 times and no response. But again not the first time at this and plenty other Taco Bell’s so guess the final fast food place I was going too is done now too now to just make this myself at home if I want it smh.

They forgot to put my soft taco, so I called and spoke to a really nice gentleman and he stated to ask him, unfortunately I forgot his name. So a manager (Jennylex) came to the window and said in a rude way “do you have a receipt because if you don’t I won’t be able to give it to you”. Thankfully I did have it. But who honestly saves fast food receipts. It’s not that serious it was a soft taco supreme smh
