First time to this location. I liked this shop ! I went there to buy some photo frames and shadow boxes .. lots of sale - about 50% off on shadow boxes and baseball display boxes . Lots and lots of other items available here . Lots of home decor .. good price . Nice and quick billing . Not many of them to hello around the store but we were able to navigate through. Liked it overall ..

Great craft store. Has a large holiday decorations inventory. Inventory changes seasonally. Prices are reasonable. The store is clean and well lit. They are closed on Sundays but, that's okay. I think it's good for their employees. They offer weekly sales and have an online coupon for non-sale items. Personnel are friendly and offer to help when needed.

I’m impressed by selection and variety of things. I’m impressed a chain American store has Japanese Gundam and anime things.

The store is a combo of Home Good and Michaels with a sprinkle of a Church. There’s a big mixture of items available and if you have the time to hunt for bargains then you’ll find things you want.

Not unique to this location but the chain as a whole needs to be way better organized. The stores have no helpful signs, the organization of products is very weird, and there’s no inventory tracker at the local level.

Hobby Lobby has a lot of stuff for crafts. I was looking for something to do with Route 66. One of the wife's in our Classic Car group was turning 66 and I wanted to make her a custom balloon holder. Hobby Lobby had just what I needed.

Being very blunt and serious. There’s a policy of them not accepting Apple Pay so carry physical card or cash with you. Also I had a bad incident with this coworker. She wore a mask and I didn’t had cash or card so I told her to hold my items which I searched more than 30 min in the store and she just threw my stuff in a cart which is already mixed with items. It was pathetic of her doing this act. I understand you can judge people of not coming back but atleast you could have waited 10 min because I came back in 10 minutes. Some people actually buy stuff so please if you do this to customers, you will lose them and most likely this behavior of co worker shows her person judgements impacting her professionalism. Alright that’s it. Don’t throw people stuff , next time wait little!

It's truly my fav store. But when i needed more yarn for a project, i never got a call that my yarn had arrived. The project was late, not all their fault, but when you're thinking you have enough, then you get into it and realize i dont have enough. And then find out when you call them, that they had it with no communication was super super frustrating. I just wish the rain check process was faster and more reliable.

Very disgusting and disappointing customer service and very rude manager of the store. Not exchanging with another clock or giving store credit because i lost the receipt..Never advice anyone to go back there as u won't be able to return if you lose the receipt.

People are very rude and nasty. And it suppose to be a Christian store.

I went to Hobby Lobby in North Brunswick and purchased Christmas Decorations. When I went to pay at register one. There was a fat mean Spanish girl as a cashier. After ringing me up the total was $500. I tried to pay with Apple Pay but the store didn't have that method. The Manager came and I asked him to hold my items that I would go home and come back to pay in half hour. The Manager had told the Spanish cashier that when I come back all she had to do was scan the code and take my payment so I didn't have to get in line again. . So I came home and went back to pay. When I got into the store the fat Spanish cashier did the opposite. She told me I had to go back in line because I left the store. There were like 20 people in line. I told her the Manager said to scan the code and take my payment. She gave me the code and said laughing: "Here is the code. Go to another register because I'm not going to take you ". THAT MADE VERY ANGRY. I WENT TO THE OTHER REGISTER AND THE GUY WAS AS BAD AS HER. AFTER WAITING FOR HALF HOUR I FINALLY PAID FOR MY ITEMS.
ON MY WAY OUT, THE MANGER SAW ME AND FOLLOWED ME TO THE DOOR. I WAS CRYING. HE ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED AND I TOLD HIM THE CASHIER REFUSED TO TAKE MY PAYMENT AND GAVE ME THE CODE AND SENT ME TO ANOTHER REGISTER. SHE WAS VERY RUDE. I TOLD THE MANAGER HE SHOULD NOT HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THAT WORKING IN A PUBLIC PLACE. I TOLD HIM THAT WE, THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES WHO PUT A PAY CHECK IN THEIR POCKET. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. I SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT HOBBY LOBBY EVERY YEAR . NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. I FELT HUMILLIATED AND DISRESPECTED. 11/3/2023

So big not just crafts they have home decor items. A lot better than Michael's. Anything you need in crafts they have it. Prices are affordable. They always have sales.

I always find great things there! There is always a sale going on. Unfortunately the customer service does not always match. The cashiers have no sense of urgency and there always a line. I will still shop there but the service needs to improve.

Came here with my roommate to spice up our place.
I havent stepped foot at this location since it first opened.
My roommate really enjoys this place after we found out about the 50% on wall decor.
She went all out for the wall decor sale, even though she needed one specific item, lol.
I on the other hand went all out on Fall + Halloween decor.
It also smells very nice.
You dont see much workers, so you kinda have to go hunting a bit for 'em if you need help.
Will we come back?
Of course! Found some Christmas stuff already we are intrested in.
There are also sales happening almost everyday.

Amazed by the variety of hobby items.

It is a hit or miss. The timing of their products is weird. It is mid Spring right now. Spring products are probably sold out because they have none. They had very limited Spring decor in the first placd. They have a few aisles of Fall decor now but no indoor summer decor yet.

I'm working on a specific project and I believe I stopped in every day last week. I wish there was a store nearer to me because it takes me close to 30 minutes to get to the store closest to where I live. Hobby Lobby is definitely my go to store. Their competitor can't match price or product availability.

This is a great location. I shop here because its close proximity to New Brunswick hospital so I bought most of project items at this location. They have good sales so for less than $60 you get lots of items.

Employees are always courteous despite they have to deal with long lines of customers all the time. Wish it was not so far from where I am staying in Princeton.
