Very good bagel. I ordered tuna salad with lettuce tomato and most of it fell off the bagel before i took the first bite. To me it was too much of everything on the sandwich making it very messy. If i wanted a pound of tuna salad i would have ordered that! Would recommend, very good, just messy.

Great customer service, fast and friendly as soon as I walked in. No one rushing you to order super quickly. Lots of bagel options and took great care to make sure my coffee was to my liking. Great place. Make sure to stop here on your morning commute or if you’re visiting Deer Park.

Best bagel shop on Long Island! Food is always good and prepared exactly as ordered. Pricing is on the high side but well worth it. Also if you plan on grabbing something and eating there you will need to make alternative plans since there is no seating or tables. The line can get extremely long especially during the usual busy times but it does go fast since they are fully staffed at all times. Lastly parking isn’t the easiest since they share the parking lot with other stores in a very busy shopping center. Highly recommend if you enjoy a delicious bagel sandwich!

Wallys is our go to bagel place and today we had exceptional service from Steve! We asked him to make sure that the bagels weren't to dark and he showed us each one to make sure they were good for us, he even asked if it was enough butter on the one we asked for light butter on. It's always busy in here so to receive such great customer service is usually very rare! Their bagels sprak for themselves, always light and fluffy so you never feel weighed down after eating them.

Been going here since the opened many years ago. Their grab-n-go take out idea of a home run. If you want a different kind of bagel, this is the place. Not your typical chewy bagel. A little lighter than that but equally awesome.

ROLLS WITH HOLES! This place has been passing off fake bagels which more resemble rolls for years. It's really just the only option in the area so the lines are long. Skip the line and travel a few extra minutes elsewhere, like to Bagel Factory in West Babylon.

I LOVE this place, the bagels taste fresh and the front end staff are lovely. There is one women there that is always yelling at everyone I don’t understand why. She reminds me of Miss Trunchbull from Matilda. That’s the ONLY reason why I sometimes stop myself from going here.

The food is fine. Normal NY. However every time I go in here, I order and then regret it because I’m waiting for the last four people to get their food before the first four. It’s very strange. They used to be awesome in there. Now they hired a lot of kids that just dont adapt to the hustle of that. The owner is very nice but I can tell is overwhelmed fixing their mistakes.

I’ve been going to this establishment for over 20 years and I’ve never been so disappointed as I was today. I ordered a big John sandwich extra meat. Extra cheese came out to $15 and change Wally was unable to satisfy my order due to not having a hero, they would not allow me to just put that sandwich on two separate bagels. They forced me to order two separate sandwiches and the order came out to $28 less food more money. I’ve owned the business for over 20 years and for me that is unacceptable. I never used to hesitate when ordering food from this establishment. Next time I’m going to second-guess myself.

I almost never leave reviews, but my self and several other customers from today felt we needed to. The food is always great however, today I walked in and watched the female manager, screaming in front of all of the customers the entire time at her staff many that were quite young, however, all ages. The way she spoke to them I would not even speak to my enemy. When myself another lady confronted her because all of us in the store that was packed were shocked. She said I’m sorry we’re under a lot of pressure then went to the back where we all listen to her, screaming at the top of her lungs to someone about how she was trying to be fair and make sure everyone gets their break. That’s why she was screaming at them. This went on for at least another three minutes and then she came back out with the same attitude. I was told by someone in the store that they come every day and this is how she Treats the staff every day. Your food can be the best food in the world, but something like this will make people not come back. This was absolutely abuse how she was speaking to the staff members.

I'll drive from greenlawn on the north shore to wally's just to get bagels. No problem. As long as it's warm and dry. Apparently I'm not the only one who likes them. Random Tuesday at 9am and it was packed but I found out they have an online order pick spot as well. Well played wally. Definitely well played sir.

Best bagels in Babylon period! I do recommend doing a pick up order b/c I’m not the only one that thinks this so the line can be long at times on the weekends even with a large staff to accommodate but either way their bagels are worth the wait! My little one loves their rainbow bagels bc their colors are super vibrant and I love their pumpernickel and everything bagels. If your in the area these are the “NY bagels” travelers rave about and us locals too.😉

Hamed made my day. Immediately greeted me and was super attentive and detailed w my order. Informed me fresh batch of bagels were coming out. I had a beautiful, freshly out of the oven , egg everything bagel … bagel steam ..when he cut into it. Really a breath of fresh air to be made to feel at home within first minute of meeting someone. Everyone should check Wally’s out if u are near by. I also grabbed 3 get 1 free pastry’s .. Brownie, cheese horn , caramel chocolate crumb, and German butter crumb .. looks amazing .. will be eating those w the wife later on.

I have eaten at Wallys many of times. Food is great and service is fast, but today might just be the last day I go here. $14 for chicken salad and bacon on a wrap… it would be $9 if on a roll or bagel. But to charge an extra $4.25 to add two strips of bacon and put it on a wrap is INSANE!!! I would still give them 5 stars, But seeing this today got me annoyed so it’s 4. I won’t be too harsh because the food is always on point!

Use to be good, food is very plain like something that would be cooked at a shelter. Normal things like a platter is not really a platter. It's 2 eggs and a piece of meat. No toast or home fries. Wallys is the best bagels on Long Island. The line moves super fast, the food is delicious and the crew is amazing. With the opening of the online pick up side, it has removed a lot of the umms and people who don't know what they want in line. Some wallys etiquette, stay off your phone, walk in stay tight to the bagel case, get your food ordered, with out zoning out or darting around the store, now that your order is in, move against the refrigeration cases, stay off your phone and pay attention, they're quick and going to ask you more questions about your order, and for the love of God please remember your order! To be on line and hear them call out a very specific egg sammich and finally on the 5th call out, you go.... oh that's me..... I wanna scream!! I have a life, a job, and things to do, id also like to get my bagels and move on with life, thank you for reading I wish you many awesome experiences at Wallys!

We now live in Florida but when we lived on LI we were located mostly on the north shore. We were visiting staying on the south shore and of course wanted a LI bagel. We didn't really know any of the bagel stores on the south shore and Wallys was recommended to us from a friend. I have to say we were not disappointed. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was excellent. We would definitely return to Wallys when wanting a bagel again on the south shore.

I’ve been going here for a little bit, and the food is usually pretty good. However, this time we got muffins with our order, and when we opened them up to eat them we noticed Ketchup on the inside of the wrapper it was in. This is disgusting. We’re not sure if it was a reused wrapper or what, and it made us not really want to eat here anymore.

This place has been a staple for our bagel needs for over 20 years. Even though the line is almost always long, it moves quickly and the customers are almost never bitter about the wait. We all understand and wait our turn 😊 I hope I get to continue going to Wally's for another 20 years!

Had a bacon egg n cheese while it tasted good it was also very cold. My sandwich was just sitting on counter ready opened up with the egg cheese and bacon exposed. I knew it was going to be cold but I ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to wait for another order. Besides that staff was friendly and bagel taste delicious.

This will only be HALF of a review, because I've never actually been there! But I have eaten many, many WONDERFUL bagels from Wally's! My hubby brings them home from work, and even after sitting in his car for several hours, they are simply the BEST bagels I have ever had... even after sitting all that time. That speaks volumes to me - the fact that they're still that good after all that time. ABSOLUTELY LOVE 'EM!

Best hungry man hero ever we always swap the home fires for hashbrown. When we are starving we order one each and sometimes save some for later but if we are in the area and are carving it we order one and share it. It’s a jumbo size hero and very filling. It’s cute that it comes with a drink. We will continue to come here as long as we are in the neighborhood running errands.

I’ve come here 5 times for my bagel that I used to get every time in queens and I always get my bagels toasted. Not once have they toasted it and they usually mess up my group orders. I ordered 7 bagels and apple juice, they missed something on 5 of the bagels, and gave us orange juice instead. Don’t know what’s up with this place, if it’s miscommunication, but don’t recommend

My mother was the front manager of Wally's Bagels for years, I have always said that they have the best bagels in town, now that my mother has been gone out of there for 21 years it's not the same. Don't get me wrong, the food is the same but the atmosphere is not. I am sure you all could understand. But they really do have extremely good bagels and all different flavors of cream cheese and Boar's head cold cuts for sandwiches. Check them out if you like bagels and you are in the area. It's on DEER PARK AV. N. BABYLON in with DENNY'S and BOOST MOBILE. Just N. of the Southern State Pkwy. I give them 5 stars.

Was visiting my wife's family on long Island, they had these bagels for us for breakfast, and my wife loved them so much that we had to stop on the way home to get a supply for our kitchen. I'm not a big bagel person but even I have to admit they don't make them like this anywhere else.

Always a fan of Wally's! BUT not this visit. My order was simple, whitefish salad on a roll. FAVORITE! Decided to add shredded lettuce. Sorry to say, this is NOT WORTH the total bill $10.04. A thin layer of salad with a few shreds of lettuce?! (Even snapped a photo). Won't be returning for this, truly dissatisfied.
Staff was pleasant, efficient and moved the busy lunch line right along!

Best bagels around! Moved 2 years ago and missed this place greatly. I finally was able to go back. The place is now bigger, staff as friendly and great as I remembered. The food of course was still awesome as well. Where I live now doesn't have any bagel shop that could come close to Wally's!

I put half of my bagel and the Ziploc in the refrigerator but but usually the next day. I have no problem meeting it but this time it was hard as a rock I was a little disappointed. Everything else was good.

I got a bagel from them this morning before I drove upstate New York to work and the bagel I got messed up my stomach really bad and my stomach is still bothering me and I can't even eat anything or drink properly without having to go to the bathroom every 5. Minutes I'm just getting my Canada dry from them every morning and nothing more.

My bagels are always fresh and tasty. I went there late on a Fri and the server ( yt-grl) was very rude when I asked a question BUT! I went back on Sat and the young man with the clean haircut was on point and very nice and professional. I really appreciate the fact that he made my bagel the way I wanted and knew the names of all types of bagels in the store. Thank you sir!
