Enjoyed my last minute visit (5mins before closing), I requested to get 30 balloons blown up! This made me extremely happy that they were willing to do this order at the last minute. I was able to provide balloons for my brothers daughter. A 6 year old will now be so excited on her birthday bc the manager and employees were willing to stay past closing to fulfill this order. Extremely grateful. It cost $38 for $30 balloons because I purchased the balloons from a different store. Thank you so much party city! I’ve worked there in the past and I know how it feels to want to get off work on time so I feel extremely bad however truly appreciate it! Thanks to Olivia who blew the balloons up and to the cashier I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name however she also helped checking us out! I will highly recommend this location.

They have the largest selections but if your having a party order online or really early because there shelves don't stay stocked and balloons are expensive.Covid isn't stopping any parties for sure.

Right away the male manager assisted me and noticed my balloon had a hole in it. I was worried as the balloon was for my nieces birthday the next day and I had specially ordered it from Etsy so I had no time to replace it. He and a colleague patched up the balloon, inflated it and told me if it deflates before my party the next day to come back and they'd refill it. Everything went off without a hitch and I was really thankful for the great team at the North Babylon location for saving the day!

Everything I purchased from Party City was just right and the balloons I had delivered were perfect.
The only issue I had was a customer service representative who seemed more concerned with the person he was talking to on his cell phone than helping me during one of my many visits to the store.

This place is great. The staff are always polite. I've sent more then one of family and friends and all of them said they were happy and pleased with service.. My wife's birthday was 5/15/22 balloons are still hanging up. WOW!!!

I got what I needed, however, the customer service was really bad. The guy cashier with the glasses who worked tn was really rude. If you can’t speak to customers nicely, then don’t work there✋✋✋✋

Whatever happened to all party cities!? They used to have good variety of Halloween costumes, very organized. But now it's like they just gave up. Terrible...why even bother with Halloween. So dad to see this place going down hill.

I bought a package of 7 balloons for $44 and by the time I got out to my car with the balloons I realized one was already deflated. I went back in and of course couldn't get the same balloon because it came out of a box package ...go back out to my car to drive home to realize another ballon was deflated. It's infuriating that something so simple has become a disappointment and a waste of money. Maybe it's my mistake for spending a ridiculous amount of money on 7 balloons but I at least thought I'd get 7 good balloons. Waste of money..note to self stick to the $1.25 balloons eksewhere

I've always come here. For my party supplies and especially for Halloween. They have a good amount of stuff. With something for everyone. Balloon's big and small and even characters from cartoons. People are nice. Because for some reason that's hard to come by. Especially since after this Covid garbage came into the scene. I usually go to the one in Massapequa Park. Not saying there's anything wrong with this one. Probably all run the same way. The one in levittown is pretty nice too. Lately everything's been getting pricey. That's no matter where you live.

They had alot of empty shelves but did have what I was looking for which was a santa costume the glasses and even stuff for my wife to wear so we can suprise my sisters kids on Christmas day
