Avoid this GameStop at all costs, there is some shady stuff going on here. Bought a ps5 and two games online for in-store pickup. When I arrived they tried to give me a ps5 box that was damaged and clearly opened. Had to argue with them for 30 minutes and have them call customer service just to get an unopened one. When I got home I realized that one of the games was actually sealed and the other was rewrapped.

If you're going here because it's one of game stops new "retro stores" you're going to be very disappointed. They had half a shelf of Xbox 360, PS2/3, and Wii games. They had like 3 NES cartridges and a handful of DS games. I was hoping I'd be able to come and buy a new PS2 controller since mine broke but I didn't see anything. Not sure why I expected to to be anything more... it's GameStop

2:30 on a Saturday during a holiday season they close the store for 45 minutes for break.
😑 I wanted to save storage by buying the disc.
😏I'll purchase digitally. 😉
Thanks for reminding me why most people stopped shopping in stores.
I'm sure this business won't last past 2025 with lazy associates not looking to make money to keep the business open

Opens a little bit late play 10:00 in the morning I think it was very helpful staff member very knowledgeable and they also buy back video game consoles video games themselves controllers they don't pay that much basically Pennies on the dollar but overall not a bad experience

Stopped in to window shop the other day. Seems like a fairly well stocked store, and staff was super friendly and offered assistance. Selection was vast and even had a nice clearance section for those outdated items. I did ask a question and the guy responded clearly and detailed. I like that people who actually know what they are talking about. Would come here again in the future if I needed to.

Horrible customer service. There was about 6 people behind the register talking it up, but only one of the registers were actually being used. I went up to ask one of the employees a question, and he acted as if it was the most offensive thing anyone's ever done to him. I will not come back to this location.

I'm old school and I was hoping to find some games for my PlayStation 3.Okay, it's old but it was my uncle's and in great shape. But anyway, the salesperson I was talking to was very knowledgeable about the current PS4 and 5, and was very able to refer to other game shops that may still carry PS3. Thank you. I will work on getting the game vibe in sooner or later.

Chris was absolutely amazing. I went there to get help problem solving a PS4 that I didn’t even purchase there and could not return. It ended up being something we could not figure out but he was extremely patient and kind trying to help me and my son with a solution we would be happy with despite it being the day after Christmas and the store filling up. Being human and considerate made my experience better than i imagined. We left happy and very grateful.

Was able to use certificates to get great discount, but the "Gamestop New" game I bought was opened and poorly resealed. Hopefully the rumors of Gamestop discontinuing "gutting" new games for display is true. Good place to buy used games, but not new games if you actually them new, stick to Bestbuy, Target, or Walmart.

The store doesn't have a huge variety of games, despite its size. I've been to a lot of GameStops that are half the size that have the same selection of games.

Ehat this store makes up for eith games, it does have in other stuff, like model kits and figures.

The staff here are very helpful and always make decent recommendations.

This is the same GameStop that provides speedy diver merchandise for his fraudulent dumpster diving videos. That store needs to be investigated and fired the entire staff including speedy who works there.

Horrible experience today at this location. I have been a customer of this store for years. They display on there website that they will take ps4s that no longer power on and my brother and I come all the way there and the young man behind the counter was rude. Wouldn’t provide a reason to why he couldn’t contact his mgr expect his mgr is sleeping when he’s not working. He also said that there website is not accurate. I purposely called a head of time to avoid these issues. I went to Brentwood instead where a great staff names Byron was more than helpful and friendly he explained things and worked with me as best as he could. I will purposely never recommend north Babylon game stop to anyone ever again nor will I be going back there. Plus they rip you off for your games and systems. THATS WHY THEYRE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!

Good service. Had to purchase 2 used power supply units to ck which one would fit xbox 360. One fits. N the other i dont need. I have receipt so can i get store credit or the 6 bucks back on card? Purchased 4-1-19. Went on vacation n its 4/13 now. I dont want the other one n store credit is fair.

I sold all my games and controller decided might as well sell ps4 they tell me they need the controller with the console, they make people pay full price for everything anyway you sold for a tenth of the fraction, my opinion get much more for selling online using eBay or mercari. Total waste of time and their customer service? Non existent I highly recommend you go to another store oh and fire the fat manager pronto

There is a huge theft ring going on here at this store. Either an employee or the store manager Matthew Capitano is giving "Speedy Diver" from YouTube HUNDREDS of dollars in free merchandise every night for his fraudulent videos!!!!!
