Dunkin'

Stopped and ordered an avocado toast. It seemed pretty simple, except they took my order and forgot to make it. People who had come in to order breakfast sandwiches and drinks were getting their orders before me. I had to remind them I ordered something, and they had no idea I was waiting for an order. I had somewhere to be so waiting more for an order that seemed easier to make than breakfast sandwiches wasn't possible at that point, so I left without getting my order or my money back. If you plan on going to this Dunkin, I would think twice about ordering inside. It seems like the drive-through gets priority over in person orders.

The worst Dunkin I ever been too. Rude staff , horrible drinks, old food. And they are SOOOOOO SLOW just waited 20 min on the drive thru before anyone even asked for my order. They think if they don’t take your order you won’t realize how long you been waiting. Dont even think about going during rush hour OMG

Ordered 2 orders of hashbrowns and a wakeup wrap on the app. Got there 12 minutes later and they told me they didn’t receive my order. I showed my mobile receipt that showed I ordered and paid. The lady was extremely rude and tried to tell me I never paid, and when I showed her my Apple Pay receipt that I did in fact pay, she ignored me and proceeded to take other orders. Didnt even try to help me sort it out and I never got my order. Contacted Dunkin for a refund. Ive had several poor experiences with the service here as have many people I know.

Great part about it is you lmow what you are getting and get it for the price thats even a little cheaper than you would think coffee deals are get

And some of the egg sandwiches are very good, some not

Every time I come here they're out of munchkins. They only had a handful and they were stale. Tried a second time and they didn't even have donuts. Only muffins. What is the point in being open 24 hours if nothing is available, especially when their name is their main product?

This is the second time they put iced coffee in my latte, they think im too stupid as a customer to not notice, if you don't have the espresso for lattes or even too lazy to put espresso in latte, I would rather you just straight up say it to my face than not give me the product I paid for.

Lady at drive through told me she is not responsible. The gentleman lied to me that order is shortly coming but it didn’t come for next 10 minutes. Later the gentleman tried to get away of my eyes. Ridiculous

Best place I have tried other locations especially for overnight hours because of my work schedule this place is the only one I can rely on after a long night always fresh and their cappuccino is the BEST !!! Thank you

5am Online order, young guy didn't say two words almost as if he was ready to go clock out. 20 minutes later the food wasn't ready and when it was ready it wasn't prepared correctly. A regular, I'm assuming, came in and suddenly the employee came alive. I guess he didn't want to help me. I mean, I was looking and smelling good; driving the city for a meet up. Idk, Haven't been back since.

My experience here was excellent The girl who took my order was very respectful and sweet The workers are very friendly and good vibes would definitely recommend coming here for a quick coffee or breakfast i have been a regular here for almost 3 months and they know my order just by my voice at the speaker definitely recommend the vanilla bean.

Upon my arrival to Dunkin Donuts in lindenhurst, we were greeted with horrific service. She began with “what do you want?” And after every item we asked for she stated”are you done yet”. When we proceeded up to the window, she proceeded to take my card after my family member in the front car had already paid for our items without our knowledge. After asking for our card back she placed all of the items that we had ordered and kept them in the window ledge expecting me to reach through and grab my own items. She never said thank you or have a nice day, and proceeded to speak through the intercom to the next customer. I will never come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

I regret coming here every single time. I have never had a good experience. Their food is not edible. I don't know what's wrong with this location, but products I have regularly from other locations are NOT edible here. Everything is cold, not cooked and has a strange unsettling taste. Corporate needs to be contacted and something needs to be done.

Literally 2 minutes ago my mother went and got me a blue coolata and she brought it home to me and i tasted it and it tastes like water with a hint of blue flavor so she went back to get a new one and explained what the problem was and again he made a new one and it taste the exact same it’s literally just blue water disgusting i’m sick and all i craved was a blue dunkin coolata but obviously are unreliable at making their own orders and also gave me the wrong donut

Coffee is good but never made the way I ask for it. I order the same coffee every time I go. I even say it slowly. Medium, blueberry, dark & sweet, hot. The number of times I have actually received the coffee I've asked for can be counted on a single hand.

The reason why I’m here is to write a review now. I let a few things slide but I’ve had enough…. I just got home from this Dunkin…. The hot coffee was wrong that was for my fiancé and the two meals I got were both wrong too! This is not the first time they have messed up on my order. You have to repeat yourself so many times to them and they still get it wrong; if someone doesn’t understand they pass it on to the next person and they get it wrong. I am no longer wasting my time or money here when my order always gets wrong! They either have someone that don’t know what they are doing or young people that have no clue what’s going on. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts how can you get it wrong!!! By far the worst dunkin ever!

Guy at the drive through with messy hair was barely paying attention. Literally just got an iced coffee with sugar and milk and kept having to repeat the order and he wasn’t very responsive still got the order wrong and had the nerve to have an attitude like I messed up. Coffee was super watered down. Never again. Folks giving this place 5 stars are lying.

Every time I come here they always mess up my order. I’ve order hot tea with milk and sugar 5-6 times and they keep giving me coffee instead. It’s the only place opened 24 hours but it’s come to point that I waste my money by stopping here

Devonte is the best. I went here today to get my usual cold brew. Devonte was taking the order he was so professional kind and seemed to actually enjoy his job and working with the general public. I always look forward to coming to this Dunkin they make the best coffee and have the best service. They always treat me so greatly and I recommend this Dunkin to anyone in the area. Big big shout out to Devonte he is amazing person ecstatic a great worker overall and always can put a smile on my face. He really seems to love his job and that’s make a huge difference when you’re not a morning person and you see a huge smile in the AM. Thanks Devonte for always making my DD experience great .

Drive thru boy with shaggy hair had such an ATTITUDE..even had the eye roll down pat..when I got to the window and said I'm sorry can I add an ice coffee please? Every time i come here they don’t follow my order instructions. I ask for extra toasted cus the avocado toast is like a limp cold slice of bread. I have to walk inside and ask for a second time for them to toast it so they have to remake it. If they would just listen the first time i wouldn’t have to go inside.

Nasty people. Bought a plain whole milk. I failed to check the date. It was sour. Dated march 28th. Today is April 26th. Why is it still even in the fridge? Bought 2 Boston cream doughnuts. She stacked them chocolate on top of chocolate with no wax paper in between them. My advice is to avoid this place. I’m done with Dunkin Donuts in general.

There is a lady (might be a manager not sure) that literally throwing people's food around, constantly yelling, and has a crazy attitude. I go because it's the closest to my house and by the highway.

Grilled cheese was not grilled. I ordered a croissant with cheese and no egg and they gave me a croissant with nothing in it at all. My dunkaccino smelled and I did not drink it. I poured it down the drain and there was corn at the bottom of the cup. Gave me a flimsy cup holder and my coffee spilled all over my truck. The staff who worked on 11/17/21 between 9:30 & 10 PM was extremely rude from the beginning of taking my order to rectifying the problems with my order. I found out today that all my friends in the area have also had horrible experiences with this Dunkin’ and that the day time staff and night
time staff are both horrible but the night time staff is the worse. Do not go here! Dunkin Donuts has gone to sh!t.

This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I have gone to. The first time was the drive through order 2 dozen munchinkins. They smashed them into the smallest box, did not realize it un til we drove away. The 2nd time we went into the store . 2 customers were complaining about there orders. 1 ordered 2 ice pumpkin ice lattes, that looked liked nothing like ice lattes from other Dunkins. Other customer was told her coffee with skim milk was just fine, even though it looked like water. When it came to my turn I opted for plain pumpkin spice coffee, the help were yelling at one another so loudly that I had to yell SHUT UP, THERE ARE CUSTOMERS OUT HERE. WILL NEVER GO BACK
