Frank's Pizzeria

I had the pleasure of having catering from Frank's! They were able to do a last minute catering order. They were a pleasure to deal with. Can I say what an amazing service. The food was delicious over the moon fantastic and happy. Frank's will be our new home! We always get their pizza and our first catering is the best. Penne a la vodka, chicken Parm, chicken Francese, ziti, salad and garlic knots!!

Nice, clean, friendly. Food was a 7.5 out of ten. We had the Sicilian, grandma, and the knots. A classic pizza joint on long island. I'd go back.

Since my review 5 years ago, Franks has turned it around! Their pizza is back to the way it was, the pizza is great and always cooked to perfection. Their chicken rolls and entrees have also been better than ever before. Overall, happy to see this place back to the way it was!

Came for lunch during the week and they had a good selection of slices. The ziti slice looked amazing and was good though my favorite is the white slice. Oh and I loved their pepperoni pinwheels! Thanks for a great lunch!

I have never had a panini that was not pressed, the bread room temperature and the mozzarella cheese not melted.

Franks pizza was referred to us by our realtor when we moved into the area. This area is full of pizzerias one better than the next, but franks is our go to spot!

Ordered from this place via doordash. They cancelled my order after the time of arrival while my kids waited an hour for this pizza. They couldve called and explained why but no they just kept my dasher waiting then cancelled. 3 business days for a refund so now i have to reorder from a more reputable pizzeria. I also have to order less because my money is in limbo. Will never order from here again.

I've eaten their food several times and I have never been disappointed. The employees are friendly and the food is excellent, which says a lot considering the FACT that they are basically in the center of some of the finest pizza restaurants within a couple mile radius. It is my opinion as well as most everyone's opinion that I have spoken to regarding this topic that the pizza restaurants in this area could go toe to toe with the highest rated pizza restaurants in all of the tri-state area. If you doubt what I am saying come see for yourselves.

This place has changed.

Frank’s Pizzeria in Massapequa, Broadway is exceptional. Their Grandma Pizza is sensational. I would recommend them to anyone. I give them five stars.

I been coming to Frank's since 1998. Back when it a hole in the wall pizzeria. Been coming here ever since. Then I enlisted in 2012. Every time I came home to visit, I made it my mission to eat here. But in 2021, I found out that Frank sold the place to I think his nephew. Their pizza has no flavor. I think I just continue to come here for the memories. Still a beautiful restaurant. Place really came a long way since '98.

Sicillian pizza was disappointing...very narrow and big lump of dough...sause was good but I have never seen a pie in a rectangle shape. A 16" square may be a better choice but 12 x 18 pan...really ?

Been going to Frank's since 85'. He has always been nice to me. I recently road my motorcycle around the world. I got back to Long Island after 2+ years and the first thing my sister says, "let's hit Frank's"! Absolutely!!! Love this place. Love this 🍕.

Love Franks Pizza and Restaurant. Food is always great! Their wings are amazing. My favorite is the chicken & veggie panini. We order take out every Friday, delivery comes quickly and pizza and dinners are hot. No need to reheat anything!

Love the lunch special, pizza and salad, regular or caesar salad for 10 bucks! 11am - 3pm, anyday. They also have a pasta and salad special too! Great food!

I enjoy the food at Frank's BUT it is extremely unprofessional to hang up on a customer 5 times in less than an hour when they are trying to order a delivery. Everytime we as a family called we were hung up on. (This was around 12noon.)

Two days later at about 6pm I had no problem ordering a pie for pick up.

I would assume they'd be a little more patient when serving repeat customers EXPECIALLY during most restaurants low part of the day. It still puzzles me how they had more time on a Friday around dinner time other than a weekday around lunch time.

I refuse to go back.

Franks Pizza is one of the best Pizza around. You can ask them not to make crust too crispy if you do not love it like that. Only bad part is if you want specialty you will need to order a pie due to VERY limited types of pre-made specialty pizza pies. Hero's are very good, Pasta is good, Sauce (not gravy, ha ha) is great but that is a very personal thing. Some like sweet, some like marinara. Service can be hectic and some of the counter people are somewhat aloof. Food is really good but service is hit or miss.

I remember when Frank's was a hole in the wall pizzeria. Now it's a beautiful restaurant. I also remember ride my bike to Frank's when I was 10 back in 2000. Been coming here now for the past 17 years. Now I am 27 and in the Navy, it is a spot that I always go to every time I come home. Hookah Frank's Pizza

It's my belief that many of these negative reviews are other pizza shops in the area. I've been going to Frank's for years and they are always friendly and use quality ingredients in all their food.
Try the restaurant, it's great.

Pretty standard pizza joint fare. Pizza's are prices competitively. In house dining a tad more expensive but reasonable. Food is solid, not mind blowing good, definitely not bad.

Good quality pizza. NOT a thin crust with sloppy cheese n sauce all over. Just a really good slice and thick, filling sicilian slices. Very good soups too!
