Pangrazios Pizza

The wait was long only bc I was with a group of 30. But the waitress was still hyped up and running around making sure our drinks where filled and got our food soon as possible and she was so polite even though people where pulling her all over the place. This place is amazing. Also those are a small serving of bread sticks and it was a good size.

Whenever we are in town we make a point of stopping at Pangrazios Pizza. When you book in advance they are able to accommodate large parties. The food is consistently great whether you are getting cheesesticks, pizza, or pasta and meatballs. And don't forget to get an order of bread knots. We will be back.

Called in a Takeout order for lunch. Girl said it would be ready in 15min. Arrived on time and paid the bill. Waited another 20+ minutes and watched people being served that came in after me. Finally got their attention and asked if my order was missed. Oh no, it’s coming up. 5 minutes later, now almost 25 minutes after my arrival a young lady brings up my 2 meatball sandwiches and 2 side salads in brown paper bags.
When I arrived back at work, the sandwiches were burnt into the paper/foil wrapping on one side. After scraping paper from the bread, we ate cold sandwiches that were now on soggy bread. The cherry tomatoes on the salad were good though🥴
Not the place it once was.

Here in Dover overnight and was told to try this restaurant. The restaurant is very cute inside, got our food to go. We ordered the lasagna and rotini, both entrees came with bread and a salad. The lasagna did taste homemade and was seasoned perfectly! The rotini was okay, noodles were stuck together and the sauce was watery.

Pretty good food and affordable options. You could do a lot worse than this place. The Chicken Alfredo is a personal favorite of mine. The homemade noodles are a MUST as a noodle lover.

We only ever get take out so don't know how it is in the restaurant but it's in my top 3 for cheese pizza. Homemade pasta is also very good and the service at the back pick up has always been great. The cheese sticks are fantastic, I always eat more than I should.

Best pizza in the county! The homemade spaghetti is incredible as well. It's always clean when we go in and has been recently remodeled. Oh and the owners are awesome people. Support small businesses!

I have eaten here 3 times, I get Bob's pizza and love it. It has great flavor, the crust is great, the sauce has a little tang, and the toppings are plentiful.
The waitresses are always attentive and pleasant.
I plan to continue to visit many times in the future.

I just called to order take out as I do often… because I love the food. I called in tonight and just asked because they have done it before if I could do a couple of pieces no pepperoni as my daughter eats like one piece and does not like pepperoni. The girl on the phone said she had to ask her manager and everyone in my house could hear the manager scream HALF OR NOTHING so I ordered and extra pizza because it’s just a question as they have done it before. She then continued to be loud and talk about how ridiculous I was in the back again loud enough and distracting enough that I could not pay attention to the girl on the phone. Why does a restaurant what to leave customers feeling like this? Why is this kind of behavior acceptable?

I was in a hurry, unaware of a back parking lot, I called and was directed to the back parking lot that had a pick up in the rear of the restaurant. Everything became more efficient for me. Great staff.

Learned about this place on the internet. Brought our whole family eight of us. Grabbed a table as soon as the opened. Service was good. Food was good. I would recommend as an Itslian eatery in Dover.

Walked in to pick up my order, and the hostess had a smile when she greeted me. Sent me back to the back, on the young lady at the register, and a young man had me out in minutes.

The whole family loves Pangrazios, especially because they have the small round pepperoni that curl up when cooked, which is a family favorite! Great place for dining in, or they have a to go area in the back.

We had the Spaghetti and Ziti dinners here. I have to say the sauce taste and looks like it's straight out of a can. The worst Spaghetti sauce I've ever had. Meatballs were very very dense, a meatball should fall apart when you bite into one. Salads were included in meal, it was shredded lettuce out of a bag and some of mine was brown and wilted. Little bits of croutons, a piece of onion and a few small sliced black olives. The waitress was great and personable and did a great job being there were only two waitresses on hand.

Pangrazios was super great! Very homey and relaxing environment. People around us seemed to be enjoying themselves, and the waitresses seemed very nice and pleasant. Our food was out promptly and steaming hot (the lasgna anyway, lol). Everything was delicious - from the salad to the bread (which is homemade) to the lasagna. Excellent choice, and we will definitely be back!

The best pizza in Ohio, and possibly the best pizza in the United States! If you are from Tuscarawas County, no matter where you go, how far away you move, you will always wish you had a large pepperoni and cheese pizza from Pangrazios. Don't know what it is exactly about their pizza....the sauce?....the dough?....the way it is cooked?......whatever it is, their pizza is hands down the best I have ever had in my life. The spaghetti is great, as well as their salads. And if you are looking for a sandwich, go with the meatball sandwich with cheese on homemade bread...delicious!

Our server Mallory was friendly and helpful! Food is homemade and delicious!! Homemade bread taste so good and the pizza is perfectly crisp and delicious! We’re not in the area often so when we come back we’ll order A LOT to take home and freeze. If you’ve never been here this is the place to go! The staff is great and the dine In experience is very homey. A++. Highly recommend! We will be back!

This place is a hidden gem. We arrived from out of town and picked a random pizza joint. Their pizza was fantastic and they had plenty of delicious tomato sauce, which I loved. The highlight of the meal was their meatball splash, which was quite a large sandwich, for only $4.95. I really liked this place.

First time here. The atmosphere was typical of a dated, family owned restaurant. Not bad, but begging to have some updates. Upon entering the restaurant around 6:30 pm with my wife, we were 2nd in line behind 1 individual. After waiting several minutes, we had asked how long the other patron had been waiting, she responded 10 minutes. During our approx.15 minute wait, a waitress walked by us to a hallway connecting another business(?) never acknowledging or making any eye contact. Ironically it was this waitress that came up and led all 3 of us to seats without any menus. It was another 5+ minutes before the same waitress came back and greeted us and asked for our drink order. (still no menus until we asked). From this point forward, service was good, but a little sluggish on the drink refills.
Now for the food. We ordered lasagna and baked ziti. The wait was approximately 10-15minutes. Salads were basic but good with homemade dressing that tasted similar to Hartville brands. Food was hot. The lasagna was a fair portion with multiple layers of pasta with very little sauce or other ingredients between layers. I felt like I had been given a pasta sandwich. We had ordered twisted knots that were under-cooked but served with a bowl of spaghetti sauce. This sauce was used to top off the lasagna and give it some much needed taste. The baked ziti was good. it had plenty of sauce and the flavor was exceptional.
With all of this being said, and talking to some other patrons, we will try them again for their pizza which seems to be a local favorite. This dining experience with a $7 tip weighed in a little over $42-

When we got there on a Sunday evening we were told it was going to be a wait because we didn't have reservations. When we finally were seated there were 5 other open booths that never were used the whole time we were there. Waitress finally came around after being seated for 15 minutes to get our drink order. We waited another 40 minutes to get them even after I asked another server if he could please remind our waitress about them. We ordered the pizza and cheese sticks for dinner. When the food was brought out to the table we had to ask for plates so we had something to eat on. Food in general was ok. Sauce for the pizzas is extremely sweet. When we had to ask for refills on drinks the waitress brought them out and when she put her tray on the table she dumped a whole glass on my mom. Not the best place dine for dinner based on the service,but the food was ok and would give it 4stars.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My fiancé and I sat down and our waitress got our order and brought our drinks and that’s about the last time we saw her. Took 40 minutes for our salads and there were people being served before us and finally our waitress came back asking if we wanted dessert when we never got our food. She came back and told us it was burnt and we were never informed. Donielle was the most rudest waitress I’ve ever had. Had an attitude the whole time and never once apologized for anything . We waited for food we never received for an hour and a half. We eventually took our food home after sitting there so long with not one apology. Thank you Donielle for ruining our night . Will not come back after that experience.

I placed a to go order, was told 20 mins. I sat down. I saw the couple in front of me walk out, meaning they ordered and ate and I'm still waiting. I walked to the front counter, lady asked if I had a to go order. Yes, I'll get it for you. I received a "sorry about that" with my order....45 mins later.

All I can say is, Home Made Spaghetti! Indeed, these folks do it from scratch making the dinner oh so special. Good wait staff attentive and friendly. Downtown location simple to access with good prices. This was a local recommendation and fun find.
