Lots of nice stuff. I was looking for plus size women's clothes. They had a nice selection. It's still nice to actually see and feel and, if need be, try something on before buying. There was practically no one at the store a couple days before Christmas. I fear it is only a matter of time before there will be no more brick and mortar stores.

Employee did not follow proper protocol during buy online, pick up in store process, which could have resulted in theft of my item by someone other than myself. Tried to contact store management to suggest providing appropriate training/coaching, but am hitting brick wall trying to get hold of anyone. 1-800 Macy's number suggested to call the actual store and would not forward my concern. I am unlikely to utilize the service again unless I am assured they will correct the error and I can totally see issues during the holidays with people finding their packages long gone before they get to the store if Macy's doesn't address this training oversight. Didn't want to post this online, but since they don't respond to my multiple inquiries, this is my only recourse.

After the Easton store gave me a terrible experience. The group working at Tuttle was night and day different when I walked in. They were so nice and helpful… greeted me when i came in & wished me a good day on my way out. Carmen was extremely helpful and even recommended a nice coat that matched the pants I was buying.

I shopped at Macy's since the days when it was Lazarus. The store always has a good selection of clothing, household, cosmetic and other items. Sad to see that It is closing 65 stores by January 2025. If you want to have Macy's around, please continue to shop at Macy's.

Organization for Black Friday was okay but there weren’t many men’s shirts of the smaller variety. Also the tile and carpet are stained and probably need to be replaced.

We usually go here to get my 11 year old dresses for her pageant's and dances. Today we went and the lower level moved around the dresses. Let's just say the selections they would have normally in her size was only a handful and were really hard to find. Very disappointed that they moved them and that the selection was almost non here. When I came upstairs to get rang up I had to ask for the lady to place my dress in a bag. She put my dress and a hoodie in the dress bag. Forgot to ring up the dress tape that was on the counter and I had to do a separate transaction for that. I told her I would just pay cash and she just stared at the screen as if she didn't know what to do, so I finally said just use my credit card. Will not be back anytime soo to this particular location. Hopefully it's not like this elsewhere.

I want to highly compliment a sales associate Mr Dennis William. He assisted me in finding several items I was interested in and then assisting me with opening a Macys credit card account. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed.

I mean, it was a Macy's. Like other department stores they design it so you get lost and/or get drawn to high ticket item areas, and end up buying more than you bargained for. 3/5 skibidi.

I wanted a very special dress for my son's wedding. Macy's did NOT disappoint me. The designer gown in just the right color was perfect. The price was somewhat less than I expected to pay. The gown is exquisite & fits well.

Jhansi was amazing! She greeted me when I came into the store and while I was shopping & she volunteered to hold my things for me as I had my hands full! I got some clothing too large so she offered to go back and see if there was a smaller size! She is amazing! Will come to this Macys again just for her!!!

Went to Macy's looking for perfume. I was sampling some different ones when a young sales lady with dark hair pulled back came and stood beside me and literally stared at me. She finally said "are you ok?" And I told her yes, I was just testing the perfumes. She then followed me around and asked 2 more times if I was ok! It felt like a stalker! Macy's is supposed to be a high end store and yet this sales girl was acting so inappropriately and being a real nuisance! Please train your people to BACK OFF if the customer says they don't need help! So frustrating I left without purchasing although I had planned to! Your loss!

Not safe area at all my car got break in at the macys parking lot and things got stolen from my car. Do not go to this mall for shopping it’s getting worst day by day no one there to help either.

Always liked this store. Generally find what I'm looking for, prices are about what you would expect for a higher end department store. No problem finding help on the floor, which is a pleasant surprise. Wasn't too busy for a Monday during December.

No one pick up the phone. Been calling for 4hrs for bedding. You have to go through several prompts for it to start ringing. After a while the system will hang up on you. I tried calling other departments. And still cannot get no help.

Went to check out the toys r us sectikn and wasnt disappointed, they have a rather large section carves out just for all the toys r us stuff, lots of new goodies and ranging back to stuff from my childhood. Really quite awesome
