Walmart Supercenter

This is becoming a VERY frequent trend with this particular Walmart. Photo and review posted on 10-27-2024. As seen in picture this milk has expired since August 30th! Almost two months! Did grocery delivery to my door and this is what I received. A couple months back noticed the same thing IN store and we told the store employee. And here we are months later. This is such a disappointment and very unsafe/unhealthy! People watch out with the milk products! They put expired items on shelves VERY often

I parked in the lot and didn’t go in. I’d recommend this level of activity at this location. Went with a friend. She had an issue with the receipt checker. I mean hire cashiers and stop that. I get high touch but stop touching my receipts, babe. Anyways, if I need to pick up something. IDK. Why not just Amazon?

I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to Walmart! The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The clothing section was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of styles and sizes available. I was able to find some great deals on high-quality items, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, I was impressed with the improvements I saw in this Walmart location and will definitely be back for my shopping needs!

The closest Walmart to my home is 10 minutes away (Morse Rd). I will drive 20 mins to the Britton Pkwy location. This is a very well managed store. Always clean, Well stock & Customer Service is pleasant. That Morse Rd location is a "Hot Mess!"

I don't live close to the Walmart on Britton Pkwy, but I was in the area so I stopped in. I was so impressed! The store and the parking lot were clean and orderly. It was well stocked and easy to check out. I do shop consistently at Walmart but often find the stores to be disorderly but not this store. I would rate it a 10 out of 10. Maybe I caught it on a good day, but I think it is just a well managed store and the employees were very nice too!

An employee in the electronics department seems to think if she squats by the TV she can act like she is working but she is really talking on her cellphone.

What happened to customer service and cell phones kept in the lockers? I walked by 7 different employees having conversations not appropriate for retail work environment.

The selection in the store is better than others in my area and the employees are all friendly, courteous and helpful. It’s so nice being able to go into a Walmart when the employees can speak English and help you find things and not just hand you their phone and expect you to find them, they go out of their way and the selection of their products there are outstanding. I will go out of my way from home to go there instead of one closer to me where I can never get help because hardly any employees speaks English.

If you’re going to offer appointments, cars should be taken in within 10-20 minutes of the scheduled time, not over an hour later. I eventually had to leave without receiving any service at all.

This is unacceptable, and I urge the store manager to review the cameras and address these inefficiencies. I do not recommend this Walmart for car service it’s a waste of time.

Food on shelves always expired. More than half the staff speaks no english. Poor hygiene of staff. Staff takes up aisle way to stock in most aisles and wont move. Had to asked five employees where an item was until one spoke english.

Dublin ohio left a security tag on my shirt even after stopping me at the door and searching my bags and checking my receipt. I had to go to my home store and show my receipt to get the tag removed for a Christmas presentation for my family

Probably one of the worst Walmart I’ve been to by far. So many workers wondering around the store not wearing their blue vest acting like customers and just following you around. Not gonna lie it was kind of amusing wondering through different aisles and recording them.

Walmart do something with the services provided. Get better and do better! So many times, I have ordered groceries to my home. Items are expired, damaged or missing. I follow all the prompts through your app. Then I get prompted for a call from “customer service”. Customer service continues to say how this is not good customer service quality and they are customers too. They understand my upset. Then they follow up with “No worries. I am going to get this corrected for you. But for now, I have to escalate the ticket to a higher team. They will follow up with you in an email.” Next, I get an email basically saying they cannot help me as they have been able to verify items delivered or pictures of the expired food has not been provided. Or to keep the leaking and damaged items until the store opens and customer service is open. So “no worries … I’m going to get this corrected for you.” Nothing was corrected and I’m out over $100!
How is it even possible to keep damaged goods overnight? In your refrigerator? With other food that is in safe conditions? Are people just supposed to put expired meat and leaking milk in their fridge, go to work at 7am and work until 4pm, come home to contaminated food, a messy fridge, clean it all up, then take this crap back to Walmart customer service? And how do you correct missing items? Your customer service said “Oh, our system shows all purchased items were delivered?” How can you say that? People - not your workers, drivers, or pictures show all items!
Walmart - you are failing people who pay for a “service” you provide. Some drivers are expecting a tip. How does a customer know where the mess up happened? Did the driver get it mixed up with another order? Did the items not get placed in the driver’s car? WALMART - fix this! Make it right. Get better. Do better! Make good on the services you claim to provide.

If you plan on doing a lot of grocery shopping, I would not go to this Walmart. The food section is drastically smaller than that of other Walmarts. The selections are very minimal and when I say drastically smaller, imagine the freezer section and most Walmarts will have one entire side dedicated to frozen treats like ice cream popsicles and stuff of that nature this Walmart has half that for a half a gallon of ice cream they carry a few brands, and of those brands, they only offer a couple different flavors. that’s it. The rest of the store is pretty much like that as well. That’s the only downside of this Walmart. in regards to everything else, There’s a great selection just not of food.

Hands down this is the nicest Walmart I've ever been in! Very clean and well kept. I normally dread going to Walmart and usually think they are somewhat grubby, but I was pleasantly surprised on my visit to this location.

I have never been ID for mucinex before at this store. Everytime I’ve been here to get mucinex the associates just override the ID confirmation and send me on my way. Bit that I’m not of age or willing to show my ID, I am but they usually don’t care. Today a female associate refused to let me buy it because my ID was a couple days expired. I’m sorry your life is miserable and this is the most eventful that your unfun life experiences but I NEEDED that mucinex. I’m not sure why she was so pressed? This is why I’m switching over to Target from now on. She really needs a reality check.

I recently used the curbside pickup service at the Walmart Supercenter and had a mixed experience. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before my order was brought out, which was a bit frustrating. However, I do appreciate the convenience of the service overall.
One thing I really like about this particular Walmart is the variety of brands they carry, which sets them apart from other locations. The store is well-stocked and offers a wide range of products, making it easy to find what I need.
While the curbside pickup could be more efficient, the in-store shopping experience remains positive due to the diverse selection available. I hope they improve the pickup wait times in the future.

I got my Honda Pilot for oil change at this Walmart location on 08//06/2024. When I went home the next morning observed the oil dripping from the vehicle on the garage floor. Inspected under the vehicle and found the oil change was done in very bad way. Walmart technician did not care to make sure the oil doesn’t drip onto the frame. I think he just didn’t care oil dripping on to the frame and making it messy. I drove back to Walmart center to report the issue. When I talked to the Auto Department manager he just said we will take care of it but no apologies whatsoever and little rude to what happened. It is ironically that they saying there is frame under the filter and so it happened. The manager came back after the oil on the frame is cleaned and just said in a way to leave immediately. When I started writing my experience here then store manager Phil came to talk about what happened. He understood what happened and apologized to what happened. I will never ever go back for any auto service at Walmart.

I'd like to start by saying I'm a frequent customer at this particular Walmart and now a lot of the staff by first name. This rating isn't for the store or any of the staff members such as Tamara, Judy, Brendon or Miss Libby to name a few. However today I encountered Tami at the service desk and I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. She treated me as if though I was trying to be deceitful and dishonest as I explained to her that I accidentally scanned a 25 dollar jug of oil twice yesterday on register 28 which has cameras. She very loudly told me there wasn't anything that she could do. I then asked if Tamara was on duty and she said no she can't help you either! I then asked Tami if there was a manager on duty and Tami said no! He won't be back until tomorrow! In a very hostile voice and manner. I said ok I understand Tami and I'm going to pray for you. She then yells as I was exiting I'm gonna pray for you. The other customers in line couldn't believe her actions as they all looked in disbelief. I don't know if she simply doesn't care to help black people or people of color but I was confused and have never been treated in such a manner. I then went to another employee who also knew me and I explained to them how Tami treated me and they didn't seem the least bit surprised .However they were able to locate a manager for me and it was Brendon. As soon as he turned the corner he recognized me. I explained to him that I scanned an item twice by accident and how Tami treated me and Brendon as usual corrected the problem and said he would speak with Tami. Hats off to Brendon and the rest of the team whom have always treated me with respect, as I have them. In my opinion Tami has zero business in customer service! I wonder how many other customers she's offended because of the color of their skin? I will continue to shop here but I will never ever allow Tami to service me. Thank you

There was no one to be seen. Everyone was stacking shelves. I asked for the key to the fitting room. The lady said she wouldn’t be there until seven. I’m kind of an emergency here and nobody Even knew how to speak English!

Prices were too high.

No checkout lanes open despite several employees standing around gossiping with each other in hindi.

Worst of all nobody manning the handicapped scooters cared enough to try to know which one had been plugged in the longest and then just gave a "not my problem" response when my wife's cart died in the middle of the store.

Newly remodeled store. Has everything you'd need from a Walmart. Overall service has been fine, but occasionally they are understaffed and service at the self checkouts may slow.

This Walmart is a joke. Stuff is constantly in the wrong place. It’s like talking to a brick wall to get them to change the price on stuff that is in the incorrect spot. Not sure why there’s staff where they don’t even talk to customers when you clearly need help.

This Walmart is a ghost town. No employees, you check out yourself, those little "call an associate" I'm pretty sure are just toys, because no one comes. Cleanliness is not a priority. Friendliness is not a priority. Customer service is not a priority. It should only be used as a last resort.

If you need to buy an item that's locked up on a shelf you have to stand in the customer service line and they will page the person with the keys. You will be waiting for 20 min in an aisle.

It strikes me that they don't teach the staff to say I don't speak Spanish and when they try to serve you, some of them tell you (no Mexican), this being something that is not understood since there are many Latin Americans. nationalities, when I heard that the first worker told me that he was not Mexican, I felt insulted, but when another worker told me I understood that they don't know how to say, sorry, I don't know how to speak Spanish. .

Very hard to get anyone to help you. Very few speak English, always on their phones, sitting around and ignoring you even when you ask for help. They just walk away. Really sad. I know it's hard to find employees but those that come in should at least have to meet a standard

The staff lack interest and willingness to assist, often facing shortages of essential items. The curbside service leaves much to be desired, although there are ample self-checkout options. Remarkably, I managed to complete a produce purchase within a mere 3 minutes, from my car and back.

Sometimes they don't give me all of my items. Last time I got a large pack of TP. My Husband picked up the order (he didn't know what I got). When it arrived, no toilet paper. I checked my order and was charged. I tried to get a refund but couldn't.
