The one near Mentor sold mostly food with some clothes. The one near Dublin sells everything except movies. Didn't get exactly what I wanted which was cds, but I did spend over 60 dollars and has amazing tcg card selection.
I bought a digimon mystery box that was discounted and was extremely happy with my purchase. Also has nice out door games and gym equipment. Very nice store.

I enjoy shopping at Meijer. Great products, great prices, and great customer service. This store at Sawmill is clean, stocked, and easy to navigate. I love all the checkout options provided. It really makes grocery shopping an easier experience.
I had an issue with a coupon not printing at checkout, even though I had spent enough to earn the coupon. I mentioned this when I filled out a survey I had received from Meijer after my shopping trip. Dessie, the store manager, was very quick to respond, apologetic, and willing to make things right. This was such great a great customer experience. I felt heard and compensated. Great store, great management, great prices. Keep up the good work!

Ist time ive been there in 30 years. They were the only place opened Christmas Eve. I forgot my discount code. But they have tropical fish. Im retired now.... i think i want fish again. It was the cheapest place to buy baby formula. My sons now are 29 and 31.

Very dirty store. Messy and unorganized. They leave pallets in the way of customers which is dangerous. Staff is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Freezer cases are always frozen over or covered in water. I don’t trust any food that comes from there. It is very unsanitary. Their bakery items are disgusting. We spend a lot of money there and the employees treat us like trash. I am in the same union as their employees. This store is poorly mismanaged and a public health hazard. They’re always out of what I want when I go there. I wish the health department would shut this store down or it would catch on fire. Worst grocery store ever. The Walmart on bethel is better.

I hate this place. I always leave in a bad mood.

I come here because the prices are pretty good and they have a decent selection of products.

I normally come on the weekend which is a mistake because it’s always so crowded. The worst part about shopping here is that they have 26 cash registers and only have 2-3 open at a given time. I come here once every 2 weeks so I get too many items to do self check out (20 items max), so I have to wait forever to get through the line. The cashiers are generally not friendly, are rough with handling produce and I bring my own bags which is really hard for them to deal with.

The people who go through the lines are generally people with EBT (and there is always an error ringing these people up) or seniors, so it’s not the most fast moving.

Open more cash registers or allow people to go through self check out without an item maximum please!

I've always loved Meijers. However, like any other establishment these days there is not enough help. If your looking for help on the floor..good luck. I would have bought fish several times if I could have found someone in Pets to scoop them out for me. Some associates are even rude and say they don't know anything about what you need. But again these days it's common.

Decided to take advantage of their 7 for $7 deal, even though I only rarely shop at Meijer. I decided it was a good deal and wanted to try them out. Put in an online order for pickup and sent my husband in to pick it up. Something happened with my card and it didn't go through with the charge, and I wasn't notified or given any information until my husband called me letting me know that it didn't go through. That's also when they let him know about the substitutions that were made. I received no notice, no chance for approval or denying of the substitutions until he was there to pick up and decided to approve them (I would've denied the substitutions as they gave me things I didnt want as a substitute). Finally got everything paid for and home. 3 days later, my 3lb bag of cuties I purchased are all molding with spots, some completely squishy. No, we didn't have them in a hot room, or anything abnormal. Put them on our fruit stand in the kitchen and 72 hours later. Moldy. Are you freaking kidding me??? Tried to get ahold of someone to let them know, and both "customer service" and "help center" links in my order email sent me to an employee login page. For real?? Thanks for reminding me why I don't typically shop at Meijer. I will happily avoid there and shop at Walmart of Kroger from now on.

I’m from a different area of Ohio and I frequently shop at my local Meijer’s. I often share with my friends how great the weekly deals are and appreciate the kindness of the employees. They really go above and beyond to respect their customers. However, during my recent visit to a different Meijer’s, I had an unpleasant experience with a man who appeared to be a manager. His demeanor felt unwelcoming, especially when I was trying to grab an item right before closing. This experience has made me NEVER to return to that location. I will go to walmart when I am in this area! I hope the management team can address customer service issues like this, as I truly value the positive experiences I have at my local store.

This is my main grocery store:
* Markdowns on good meat prices.
* Markdowns on deli meats.
* Very special prices on one special fruit each week. For example, berries for $1 is often available.

Great selection, great prices.. not much staff around for questions, and no fitting rooms. Would have given 5 stars, but half of our discounts didn't apply automatically at self checkout, and an attendant had to punch them all in manually.

Wheels lock up on the cart randomly in the doorway blocking the exit. The staff treat you like a criminal until they can come and illegally search through your property. I paid for what is in the cart. Unless you saw me pocket something or conceal a item you need a warrant. Next time I will make a scene and we can all enjoy having the police come. If you want to waste my time and inconvenience me I will inconvenience your staff and waste their time.

Good Meijer. Tips: The best time to shop on Saturday is before 11:00 AM, they are not too crowded and have plenty of cashiers. TIP: The Coke Freestyle and Icee machines at the gas station are well maintained and usually work. The ones inside the store are not.

I have shopped at this Meijer for many years. The employees are always so friendly. The cart guy, Jalanie, is so sweet and helpful. The store is usually well stocked and clean.

Good prices. My main issue is the sushi that I bought recently. Practically no fish in it. Paid for rice and cucumber. Should have taken a closer look before I bought it. Don’t get the sushi!

I do my grocery pick up orders at this location. I have a mobility issue that prevents me from doing a lot of in-store shopping. My orders are always ready and products are rarely out of stock, but in that rare event I am always offered an acceptable sub. The associates are incredibly efficient in the pick up dept and wait time upon arrival is no more than 2-3 minutes. The associates are friendly and always make my pick up a good experience. I am very grateful for this Meijer location.

Store was fine, other customers are horrible.. this guy in the pic I'm uploading stopped his cart right at his rear door, got in his car and left... I think you should be judged by how you act in public and the simple task of returning a cart says a lot...

The first thing you notice about a Meijer store it's clean, organized and well stocked... pricing and choices are similar to other stores...add prices are good.....my wife and I have used the pharmacy for years for drugs and all vaccinations... another thing is Meijer stores are bright and open because of size... Will continue shopping there...

Excellent variety of products, I can usually find items here that I can’t at Kroger. Store is usually clean and stocked well. Only complaint is that there isn’t a very safe way to walk from the EV charging spots near the gas station to the store entrance. It would be nice if they marked off the first row of parking spots along the drive to make it safer for customers to walk without having to walk in traffic.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of selection for products. Would consider this as the OG for the "Kroger Marketplace" type store, but I like it better. If they don't have the product you are looking for, there is at minimum some sort of substitute item. Prices are still competitive and comparable to other big box stores. I especially like the car section, the filters are consistently $4-8 dollars less than the auto part stores for an equal quality filter.

I would give zero Stars if possible. This location when checking out was incredibly horrific experience. The lady told me that I would not need to sign up and I would get the discount for the flyer ads then when I see them up it did not apply and I told that to her and she said oh it only counts if you sign up ahead of time at home. Additionally she said only I could get four on sale of the soups for $5 when there is no limit on the ad online or in paper and she said that's the only the four for five and you can only get four for that price. I could not get eight or 12 or 16 for that price. Very inconsiderate very not helpful very bad service. I will not be shopping at this location and do not recommend it if you care about customer service at all

The Dublin location is the worst Meijer in the whole company. Avoid this store if you can. I have to come back and edit my review after the second time being assaulted by their anti-theft mechanism at the door that locks your cart. I have ran into my cart twice now, this time it left a bruise across my chest I think I might need to speak to a lawyer, this is not right at all. I will never shop in the store ever again.
