With so many retailers downsizing staff and closing locations. it is refreshing to shop a a place where the store has what you are looking for and a staff that knows how to assist you with helpful attitude.

The employee at the print center was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to take care of a complicated job quickly. Another employee was also super helpful when I asked where something was. Overall it was super clean, organized, and I was able to get exactly what I needed.

Melanie was at the Print & Copy Section. I came in super unorganized and all over the place. Not only did she help me get on my papers organized but she walked me through the entire process step by step. Was patient and so very nice. Super thankful for her. A very sparse staff, working. Person on checkout. Person in back, no one in aisles to assist. Ladies restroom, specifically the handicapped stall (see pictures) was so incredibly filthy, I just find it mind bogglingly that employees don't notice.
Went in to get a paper shredder, just for the house, Least expensive was about $80, up to several hundred $$. Seriously, $80, for a household shredder ???

Went to store to return an online purchased item that wasn’t what I wanted. Was told I could not return an Amazon order there…even though my Amazon order was shipped in an Office Depot bag. Went to next store on my list. Decided to take a second look at my Amazon order receipt and it was actually an Office Depot receipt and gave instructions to take to Office Depot if there were any problems or needed a return. Went back. The store associates were apologetic and very helpful. They explained that is not how Amazon normally ships their Office Depot items. We all are chalking this one up to Holiday craziness. Glad I could do the return.

Great copies, terrible service. No mention of the print shop closing at 5. No signage indicating that it closes at 5:00 and no apologies when I drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick up my order and find out that they close at 5:00 p.m.

Tyler in printing is so amazing. everytime i need something printed or laminated, i refuse to go anywhere else but office max because of him. i had a large order with multiple copies and he sorted through them all, stapled them and even organized them into different boxes and wrote what was in each box. tyler continually impresses me every time i stop in and his customer service is excellent. i would be honored to have him as an employee at my company.

Unlike other electronic stores, OfficeMax had a salesperson who was most knowledgeable about printers. He directed us to the Epson Ecotank and we purchased one. It prints much better than our Brother and HP printers and has a smaller footprint. We will buy an Epson again.

Self service printers will not read flash drives. They are aware of the problem and use it as an excuse to overcharge you for them having to print your documents. GO TO STAPLES! They are aware of the issues with flash drives and generally don't even charge because of the faulty printers.

I recently visited your store on the 21st to purchase gift cards. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by serious security concerns.

Upon making a $600 purchase, the store employee had to conduct a preauthorization via phone. During this process, I noticed that she wrote down some information, presumably my card number, on a post-it note. To my dismay, the very next day, unauthorized transactions occurred on my card at Chuck E Cheese, located right next to your store.

While I understand that it may not necessarily be the employee's fault, as a customer, I am deeply troubled that my card information was not kept secure. I am currently reporting this incident to both my bank and the local police department.

It is crucial for businesses to prioritize the security of their customers' sensitive information, and I hope that Office Depot takes immediate action to address and rectify this situation.

Tory very rude on phone! I can't even get a straight answer how to get ahold of a district manager to handle a situation that I was charged for an item but have NOT been to this store. I keep being told a credit was done but have not seen it. When I contacted the store on the 3rd and Tyler found the order he should have cancelled it out. Amazon put an order through which I did not authorize and someone needs to handle this appropriately without an attitude!

That one employee who shouldn’t work in customer service…

Went in and there was no line and I heard one of the print people complaining about me standing in line and how “so many people were there.” He continued to be difficult to work with and texted/was in his phone as more people came in and got in line and he again complained that “so many people” were coming and that “Nobody came in” from 9-until the last hour of his shift. Other customers and I laughingly joked with him that he only had an hour left and he said “I could just leave.” A lady in line joked saying “but you wouldn’t” and he retorted “I have before!”

As I waited, him and his coworker made fun of a print editing job for an older customer sitting waiting for his order. It was so sad and embarrassing for that man.

When working with me he took off his hat and scratched his head and got purple flakes all over the counter and his hand and didn’t clean it up.

I went up to the front and let one of the cashiers know about his attitude and they brushed me off. Listen, if you don’t want to work customer service, then don’t! Lots of jobs out there! Ended up not printing with them. I couldn’t handle the disrespect.

Well I was in office depot on March 30th and the salesman wasn't Profession at all He should be as a salesman and I feel so uncomfortable that I purchase what he fixed for me. It wasn't the way I wanted but I went on and purchase it. Just to get out of the store.Because I didn't want to deal with him. And I said I would Never go back into there again. I will go somewhere else.. But. But I like office , they have variety of things that I need for in my business. So. I changed my mind and Saturday April the 1st I went back. And in the print department I was greeted in such a beautiful way with the young man that was working and he had so much time and patient With me for what I needed at that time so I thank God for him. I don't know what was wrong with the other young man In the printer department Thursday but it was such a different on Saturday. So I will be doing my business at officeMax.

When purchasing a wireless router check with your local service provider to make sure you don’t over specify a wireless router. It could save you hundreds of dollars. Office max informed techs educated me on what the limitations were of my provider and provided me with the correct router.

My experience with Office Max lately is having some canvases done from pictures I had of my dogs. They did a very nice job and were very helpful in the process. I would highly recommend them if you need any type of copy work or want a canvas done.

An item was left out of our online order when delivered. The manager was very helpful, credited us for the original item note received, and ordered a new one for us.

Placed an order for a printer that we needed quickly. We were told it would be delivered next day. When we didn’t receive it went on line and it said will not have for another 3 days. I tried calling the store but there is no way to talk to customer service for ordering. Will not go here again.

Came here to send out a package for Christmas and both employees that attempted to help were very rude. They said maybe you should just go to FedEx so that they can do it. What's the point of offering a service if no one in the store knows how to go about doing it? Just a thought, if you don't want guests to use that particular service you offer, then maybe you shouldn't offer it. Guess UPS will get my money instead.

It would have helped to know that the printing area of the store closed at 4pm. Nothing posted to that effect online. Went to the store to try and print a few documents and an employee by the name of Ernie acted as though he didn't even want to deal with me. So much for accommodating customers with disabilities. This is a prime example as to why many OfficeMax stores have shut down. I'll take my business somewhere else.
