Burlington

Selection was lame. Never find anything. Customer service was mid at best. They look like they don’t want to be there. I know working in retail sucks but at least pretend in front of people. You don’t need to do it all day.

Ratty store with lesser quality than Ross or marshals. The line was like being at an amusement park. Wont go back again.

No customer service at all!!!!!. No hello, no thank you have a good day. I even said thank you when the guy was handing me my receipt, I said thank you he didn't say anything at all. No one to say I can take the next guest, all standing around while I stood In line waiting, I just walked up to the counter after a guest left, they checked out because they were not going to say next. Very rude place. Do better!!! Your in customer service and have to talk to customers!!.

It is Open Yaaay!!! Cheap as usual. Cant beat the prices on apparel, kitchen and house decor

Awful. One cashier assisting customers while the other two just chit chat.. we inquired about another register and she informed us ‘well it is 10’.. and we asked when they closed, and she responded with midnight…. Rude as heck.. with a line of about 30 customers..

So happy there's a Norman location now. I forgot how much I love Burlington! I was able to get some of my Christmas gifts there and I got way more than expected. Best deals in town!

Here at 10:00 pm they close at 12:00. One register open line 15 deep. 2 people standing around putting holes in the backs of clothes. Asked to open another register and was told no.

They did not have wifi, they had the name and but their employees said there is no wifi for customers, and their employees are not friendly. Clothes are hung overloaded even you cant see and find what you looking for.

While shopping in the store, you hear nothing but drama coming from thr front end! A supervisor and a few other associates were talking so loudly, and nothing but drama about their co-workers! Awful!!!

This store was very messy and disorganized with merchandise on the floors and blocking the aisles. The entry into the store smelled of cigarette smoke. This location is a no for me.
