Hot Topic

The prices are so high, I didn't understand how they stay in business.. especially now that you can find items like theirs online. Back in the early 2000's, you didn't have many options if you wanted goth/punk/raver styles so you had to shop Hot Topic (even back then it was too expensive though)! But, it's awesome to find somewhat high quality clothing in Y2K styles there now! If only they'd bring back the JNCOS!!!!

I love the t shirts at hot topic!!! Currently, it is almost Halloween, so we have an awesome selection of nightmare before Christmas. Check out the plus size apparel also. I bought one of the dresses and used it for a wedding dress 6 years ago and I'm still able to wear it now!!!

This store is my favorite! They have so much and the mannequins outfits slayyyy :3 also an employee (makayla) was so helpful and informative and has amazing style. She needs a raise !!!!!! WOOOOO HOT TOPIC

It's very full of trending things but they should include some Lil Peep and other things. I spoke to some of the employees there and they agreed that it was surprising that the store doesn't have a few basic trending merch there but overall, the store is cool. I'd recommend Spencer's for anyone who is looking for more. It's like Hot Topic 2.0

I love hot topic. It's been second home for years but the only thing that sucks is plus size women's clothing is hardly available in store. It's all exclusively online. I wish there were more in store options! Other than that, it's great. 🤟🏽☠️🖤🎸

Its an okay specialty store, but the selection is small and everything is overpriced. My kid will get band shirts here occasionally.

Always a great place for t-shirts and cute items for presents. Its nothing like it was in the 90s but I still get a lil nostalgic whenever I go in there. I love it still.

Not very many shirt sizes left in my size. Store was clean but hard to maneuver around because displays are all so close together.

Following the last series of holiday days - my son found himself impaired; his cyclical thoughts were firmly attached to the Hot Topic gift card he received on December 25th. Thoughts of this card inordinately hovered at the forefront of his attention for at least HALF of all his daily waking hours - to the exclusion of pretty much everything else. In a desperate effort to restore my kiddos more-conventional thought processes, quell his singular obsessions and mitigate his obstreperousness - we paid a timely visit to the local HT retailer. The staffers were cooperative and kind - my son happily completed his transactions and we made the short trip back home. At last - my son is no longer distracted by that Hot Topic gift card obsession; NOW HES OBSESSING OVER ENDLESSLY POSTING PICS OF ALL THE REGALIA HE BOUGHT!!

Amazing as always, the people there are the sweetest, my mother had left her cane in the store and we had to go back and there was new employees (probably because the ones before shift ended) and they knew what we were talking about and they were very happy and sweet about everything.

This has always been one of my favorite stores in the mall. I love their jewelry, clothing, I love the style there, and I especially love how all the people who work there are down-to-earth and real. Every time we go to the mall...even if we have other places to go, I have to stop and look at this store!

It was very empty to my surprise. The last time I came in there was stuff every where and you couldnt see more then halfway across the shop. Now you can see it all from the doorway and no need to go in unless you spot something to buy. However Im not sure if this is a supply chain or going out of business or what but its disheartening to see another cultural icon impacted

Literally the best store ever 100/10, they always have pride stuff year round and the playlist they play is so good, it s always so nice to just step inside a hottopic and be invited by MCR, anime merch and all of the pins, the people that work at this store have been so nice to me every time I come inside and I recommend this place to anyone who knows what I like your shoelaces means.

Yall should really never leave new employees on their own especially if they have no idea what theyre doing! The lil girl with blue hair really needs to be retrained or sent back to school! Several times I told her I NEED TO EXCHANGE and she kept saying you want a refund like no! Learn to listen and learn to do your job! Shes really not that bright! My 10 yr old could do a better job!

I love their Anime and Pokémon items! Last year I got some Pikachu socks! This year they have Demon Slayer stuff which is awesome.

What do you expect with 2021 Hot Topic? They removed the dark Aesthetics of the store and replaced with rainbow pop culture products many years ago and every time I go to try and find some extreme metal merchandise, I have no luck. The staff are great and friendly though.

It has reduced more than half their stock ...feels like not much to pick from ...I feel its due to online shopping and its not a bad thing just in my opinion it takes from those who dont shop online

This particular location is horrible! The manager sold me the wrong ear gauges and then when I tried to return them 10 min later she refused to give me a refund or store credit and then flipped out and called security saying I was threatening her. Luckily I recorded the whole thing to protect myself! Mall security made me leave so I called corporate and they gave me a refund immediately and apologized! This is what you get when you have kids running a store with no customer service training! Corporate management took care of the issue and apologized for what happened! Very pleased at how they handled the situation.

I love the staff, they are really a blast to be around. The newer stock they received is much more akin to the Hot Topic I remember going to with my brother in the late 2000s. This location definitely kept its edge and still modernized, without basically becoming a Billie Eilish merch shop.

Friendly people every time, however Hot Topic has gone downhill the last 5 or 6 years. The shirts are cheap and thin, and the selection is terrible. They dont ever have much of anything.

I tried to shop in the store at Sooner mall and denied access for not having a mask due to disabilities that also do not allow me to wear a face mask either. My mother and I both tried to explain to the employee at the door that I could not wear a mask due to disabilities and was still denied. I will no longer be shopping at any Hot Topic store.

Usually Hot Topic is neat and organized but this last time I went it was cluttered and messy. I always love going there to see what cool new things they have. Its like a scavenger hunt to find all the new things available.
