The girl manager is so rude , i got a iced espresso and the cup was half filled so I asked her , previously also i have ordered the same coffee from the same store but it was full , this time it was half so i told the manager and she literally told me so rudely “this is how its made , if you dont want it you can leave it “ , this is the first time I experience such a rude response.

There’s girl that literally never makes the drinks right. I watched her try to fill my cup with water one time because she noticed she didn’t use the proper measurements and therefore the drink was too empty. She saw me standing there with my mouth basically open and was like “sorry I’ll remake it”. Yeah… you should probably do that. Same day she made my mocha a white chocolate mocha instead of the darker one. Safe to say, I’ll probably specifically ask for her not to make my drink from now on.

This place gets really really busy with lines out the door, but they are always so quick with their service. The staff if always kind and the manager is awesome! I love coming here to work on school and enjoy a nice drink.

Convenient location on campus and the new area in the Union is a beautiful location to study. However, service is ridiculously slow even when the cafe is empty, and drinks/orders are constantly made incorrectly. Nearly every experience is frustrating - I recommend walking down to campus corner for Starbucks.

Have been a student here for 5 years now and this is my FAVORITE place to go get coffee. They really take time to know their customers and they are the nicest people on campus. Highly recommend to everyone!! You will NOT be disappointed! 10/10!!

Edit: looks like the order machine is fixed. Will update again if it continues to work. Waiting to see if it was the machine or specific operator error. If you are going to use the mobile app just go to the actual store location at campus corner. My orders have either been forgotten or pushed off to the side in favor or instore people who I have watched order AFTER I arrived at the location for my pick up. The whole reason that I use the app is so I do not have to wait in line like that.

I think Im just done with Starbucks. Broken biscotti. Poorly put together sandwich. The Carmel Macchiato taste like a regular latte. Im just so disappointed.

Mid afternoon employee always gets the drinks wrong, is crude, and while making drinks stops to hear employee gossip. Pictures are next.

Not the best Starbucks since on campus. The locations inside other businesses always lack in some way or another. They do not make my cafe America correctly and today there were no napkins in the holders so instead of getting more, the worker gave me a paper towel. They also wont add your sugar like normal locations. Just seems as it is, just students working because they have to without the coffee heart.

This is a fully functioning Starbucks, but you cant use gift cards or rewards points here. Always very busy, but the staff is friendly.

Today I learned black coffee means coffee with a butt load of sugar. The lady at the counter fixed my order for me quickly so that was nice. Come on tho. Starbucks, you know what black coffee is
