Guy behind the counter is rude. Was trying to make a purchase and literally turned around and walked away when I asked him to see something. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. Absolutely did not try to do business with a patron. Simply asked if he was selling items. Didn’t make an offer or discuss price with said patron. I’ll definitely come back to see you though.

Seems like a very nice family run business. Had the whole family working the counter. That was nice to see.
If you don’t want to overpay, you may want to save yourself the trip. Looks like he sells on Whatnot and other platforms too. No shame in that, but I don’t think he cares about the walk-in sells very much. I drove 40 minutes to get there, only to find inflated prices on every card I saw. (Saw the same cards on EBay…half the asking price) I inquired about one of the (very few) vintage slabs he did have there, only to be told that it was already sold…online.
I won’t be coming back, but I do wish the Dugout success.

I try to visit local card shops whenever I am on the road...this was a real gem! Jimmie was amazing to talk shop with...it is clear he is a true sports fan and his selection of cards, old and new, was amazing! His offerings of local sports memorabilia (Univ. of OK) is stunning, and although we disagreed on his need for a Kansas City Chiefs box of cards :-) we definitely were able to talk at length on MLB, NBA, and the growing state of the magician QB in the NFL! Thanks for a great visit Jimmie! I appreciate the deal on the stack of Maryland Terps NFL/NBA cards and I will definitely return if I get a chance!

Purchased an item from this shop on eBay… never received the item, asked for refund… He then stated he found it under his car seat and would ship it.. week later it doesn’t arrive, eBay send me refund. I leave negative feedback because well it was a bad experience for me. Instead of apologizing the guy then berates me for the negative feedback and places all the blame on me for not receiving the merchandise… horrible customer experience and he sure is “tough” over the internet!

Came to try and find a box for me and my son. The guy working was on phone cussing and saying some things I’d rather my son not hear. Didn’t even acknowledge us. Went to MM7 and had a much better experience. Save yourself the trouble and drive 5 miles down the road.

I came to get a sentimental piece of office stationery and some family photos framed. I spoke to Jimmy Jr about what I wanted and he absolutely nailed it! We added in some quotes that they etched onto metal plates. It came out so beautifully and at a really great price. My sincere appreciation goes out to Jimmy and the whole crew at The Dugout. I would definitely recommend The Dugout to anyone looking to frame something special or any project similar. They also have a huge selection of cards and memorabilia as one would expect. Definitely 5 stars from beginning to end!!!

I loved the down-to-Earth feel of the place. The man who helped me (I was there to sell), seemed very knowledgeable and was nice. This place had a TON of inventory, so go here if you're looking to buy!

The store looks terrible and unorganized. Although not the worst, customer service can be improved.

Great little place, good prices on cards even in this market, good mix of old and new and in every price range, so just starting out or adding ingredients to a true investment portfolio this guy has it!

Tried to stop in three days in a row recently, nobody ever answers the phone, and if someone is there, they say they are still closed and would rather not do business. Im not sure how you can run a business this way. Especially with high paying customers. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Not very organized but it was a pretty good selection. Good place to go and spend some time if you have some extra time or money.

Hours listed by Google are wrong. Only open 12-4 on occasional days. Call first if youre coming from out of town. Otherwise youll get screwed like I did.

Average experience. Friendly gentlemen behind the counter. They only look to buy from 70s an down as everything above was overly mass produced
