Like stepping into a different world for a moment from the busy sunny boardwalk, a museum with historic artifacts from a forgotten past at great prices! The lady at the front counter was friendly and a fountain of wealth for information on Coos Bay/NB history as she was part of it!
Still has the original bank door from 1910 behind the register.
They had everything! furniture, antique toys and reading material, carnival glass, fine china paintings, kitchen wares, clothing and accessories, handmade local artists 2.
Parking is across the street or in back.

My grandmother ask me to stop by this business.. First off the parking is awful. The store does have great curb appeal and once inside I was impressed. My eyes were drawn towards this one amazing glass piece. I was rudely cut off before I even reached toward the item. There was instant dissonance between myself and the female working at Beauty & the Beast that day. Don't be fooled by my grandmother's physically appearance because she is as sharp as a tack.. The lady bent down and was yelling so loud that a man stopped and turned on the sidewalk. I will spare the details to those reading this .. but the way my 83 years young grandmother was treated that day was sicking. They will never get a dime from me or any of my family.. KARMA!!! If I could leave negative 2 stars I would. A formal letter to the chamber of commerce is in the mail!!!
