Great prices on a wide variety of merchandise from, clothing to cookware, home decor, pet products, bedroom items, baby, toys, vitamins, and much much more. Worth a stop and it will keep you coming back for more!!

Cleanliness isnt great at all. Bathrooms are nasty and fitting rooms closed. The store has things thrown about all over. If you can manage to find something in the right spot count yourself lucky. Update: it’s been over 3 months and they still don’t have fitting rooms available to try on clothing

Kind of disappointed. Used to love going here for a bargin but I found the selection wanting, lots of empty spaces, and there were some areas that were kind of a mess. First time I think I left with nothing because nothing really impressed me.

One of my favorite places to purchase clothing for myself and my children. Sometimes it is a hit or mess but you almost can't beat the quality and prices. If you take the time and go through the racks you will find great stuff.

This place has lost the pizzazz it used to have. You used to be able to get incredible clothing here. Now everything looks like it belongs in a gymnasium locker room. What happened to all the classy clothes????

Ok selection. Four people hovering at the cash area. One serving, two “organizing” hangers. Finally the other one opens another cash... alls well! Seems normal here.🙄

My mom had bought me an item for Christmas. But they failed to take off the security tag Since she is older I didn't want her driving all over the place So I returned my Christmas present to the store wasting unnecessary gas which is what it is but when I walked in the door the alarm went off which was embarrassing and then when I finally got to the counter. The girl said it happens and went on talking to her coworker "I'm sorry" goes along way

I'm disappointed that it's hard to find staff sometimes to get help. And make sure to always try on the clothes you buy from here first... the sizing varies. Some runs big some runs small. Even in undergarments!

Burlington ain't Burlington no more. Really miss the Burlington of old 15-20 years ago when you could actually shop for leather coats and stuff. These new Burlingtons are trash marshalls/ tj max type places.

This location is lacking compared to others. Always the same clothes/shoes. Limited stock of pretty much everything anytime I go. Jewelry section is awful. They lock up early even if it’s advertised as 10pm. Holiday hours advertised as open until 11pm and door won’t even open at 10pm. Suspicious af.

Used to be a great store years ago when it was in eynon. It's been getting worse,they used to have lots of different departments,now it's very bare bones. I miss the old Burlington coat factory.

I think it's a complete shame that customers are not allowed to try clothing on. Instead they tell you that you must buy what you want to try on, take home and then return if it's not to your liking or fitting!!! Seriously?! When I questioned why fitting rooms were closed, especially now that Covid is over and how they expect people to shop and support their store, I was told the dressing room is closed to the store being short of staff!!!! I expressed what an inconvenience it was and asked if there was a number to complain and I was told if you find one tell them we all deserve a raise here too!!! How ridiculous and what am inconvenience to not having fitting rooms available.
Then people wonder why stores are closing and people are shopping on-line.

I always like shopping here. Good deals and brand name items for a lot cheaper than you pay online. You never know what you may find. I believe they offer layaway, especially near Christmas. I've never had a problem with returning an item either...with my receipt. The staff is usually friendly. Multiple cashiers open...which I know has become a problem at some stores. The bathrooms are mostly clean.

The prices are decent and I recommend this store mostly for their home decor. Seriously tho, dressing rooms STILL closed!? What the heck. If I want to play the buy and return game I'll just order from Amazon, no point in buying clothes I can't try on if I'm shopping in person. Go to TJ Maxx for that.

Absolute stupidity....January 30th 2023 and they still have the dressing rooms closed.... How am I supposed to buy clothes when I can't even try them on? And no I'm not taking them home, trying them on, only to come back and wait in line for 35 minutes to return them because you have one cashier on.

I spent an hour finding some really nice shirts and a beautiful red velvet dress! I was so excited to try them only to get back to the dressing room and find it closed!!🙄😫. Why is this not stated on the door when you walk in? The pandemic is over and all stores now have open dressing rooms for months! . I immediately wanted to go to the counter and complain Instead everything went back on the rack the red velvet dress was $38. I also had 4 shirts I wanted to buy. What a shame! . This place is most likely going to go out of business, If they don’t decide to open up the dressing rooms!! very disappointed, I went to TJ max but still wanted the velvet dress, however I live 25 miles away if it doesn’t fit it’s a long drive to return! The three stars I gave were because the clothes were a good price and I had found some nice ones! Come on Burlington step it up and get over the pandemic!
