Dunkin'

Food came out great. But I had to wait half an hour this was on 1/2/2024 around 5pm. One girl had to run the whole store while drive through and the lobby were full. She was sweet as can be and even comforted the employee with dreads as he was crying. The guy with dreadlocks wasn’t able to do much he might have been training but was really trying his best I think that he was overwhelmed… which is understandable. There was a brown hair guy (maybe team lead, grey t-shirt) that gave her a terrible attitude and seemed angry that he had to do his job. He was walking around angry huffing and puffing. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but he needs to do better. He at least should get a talking to by a supervisor.

My partner and I frequent this Dunkin. I do always try to be patient when going to food establishments because I know that it’s a hard job and it gets busy at the particular location. Today, we waited an hour in the drive-thru for a cold brew, an iced latte, a bagel and a donut. The service was very unfriendly also. The last time I was there about two weeks I was also treated EXTREMELY rudely by an older woman at the window when recieving my order. Like I said, I try to be patient with food service and I waited to leave a review, but after this trip, I will not be returning. Do not waste your time waiting at this location, go to either the Eynon location or the Business 6 location.

Every time I go to this particular Dunkin, my order is always wrong. I go to other Dunkins and they’re consistent with the drink that I get they’re all the same but when I come here, it’s never the same. They don’t drizzle the chocolate, half the time there’s no whip cream on it.
Today I got the frozen Mocha drink with whipped cream, and they drizzle the chocolate or whatever it is throughout it and on top of the whip cream and this is what I get. I also ordered three munchkins that were supposed to be glazed chocolate, and I got glazed What a waste of money SMDH!

Today, I placed a mobile order at 11:29am. Long story short, I didn’t get my order until 12:11pm & everything was cold?? I’ve worked in the food industry for 8 years and am always beyond patient because I know how it is to be overwhelmed and busy, but 45 minutes for 2 COLD sandwiches and hashbrowns is insane. I finally asked for a refund, the manager did not know how to do it. Instead, my food suddenly appeared and was ready so I was expected to just take the food and move on. After 45 minutes, I lost interest because no Dunkin’ donuts sandwich is worth a 45 minute wait. Being that my food was ice cold, it was obvious that it was sitting ready, behind the counter for likely 30 minutes. Like I said, I understand the food industry gets insane but do better. Even though I live 3 minutes from this Dunkin I will go out of my way to go to any other Dunkin.

The app menu when walking in is not consistent with the menu on wall at register. Cashier not aware of discrepancies. Tried explaining 3x, still didn't understand. Spent 7.19 for avocado toast and a small decaf. Guess "clean" food is $$$.

When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was told to wait. I waited 15 min and said hello. A rude employee yelled throught the speaker "we'll get you when we can". I didn't place an order and left, there were no vehicles in front of me. Completely unacceptable for a "fast food" business.

You can wait for ever for something if you go to the counter. And if your black or Spanish they walk away from the counter as if your not there. I was turned away twice and I won't go there again. And just because they have a black person working there doesn't mean they aren't racist.

Yes you have to wait sometimes but the employees are always working and going as fast as they could to get everyone their coffee. They have also always been very nice on those busy days. Working in any form of customer service is hard and I appreciate the dunkin employees for their hard work and good cup of coffee!

I placed an order for pickup early in the morning around 6:30 am. I went to pick it up around 6:50am. My order was ready so I picked it up and said Thank you! There was 2 members right in front of me and I got No response back! How UNPROFESSIONAL! Then continue to my car and realized they were missing items. The same ones to ignore my thank you were Rude once again, asked me what my order was, and I said I’m already being taken care of, so she proceeds to tell me oh, because these are all in order, like if I have anything to do with that! What I should’ve said was make sure your orders don’t have any missing items! Where are the smiles in this place? Customers don’t want to see your Misery! And next time I will not be saying thank you, to be looked at like I have 3 heads! Talk about holiday misery.

I was in my car waiting in line and knowing it would be a little bit of a time that was fine. About 10 minutes later when I got to the speaker to give my order I was told you need to hang on. Then there was nothing being said to me but I could hear them and that lasted about 10 minutes yes 10. The undertaker never apologized for the wait and was actually somewhat battle chalk up to her frustration with whatever was going on. I got to the window my food was prepared and ready but I needed to wait on my coffee.

I understand that drive-through gets a little crazy. mobile app orders, even DoorDash can make their job a little difficult but if you’re going to have your front counter open, someone needs to pay attention to it. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged my existence. I am a regular customer. There’s a lot of equipment, blocking the view of the counter from their prep area and drive thru. Maybe a camera on the front counter with the monitor over at the busy section might help you provide service a little bit better for those who come to the counter . or perhaps a good, old-fashioned service bell to get their attention

I know they need more help and there doing the best they can. But 17 minutes to receive my mobile order? And 15-20 minutes has become the norm. I spend over $100 a week there. Maybe taking my business elsewhere because the wait is not worth it!!!!! Maybe if they start losing more and more good customers, maybe they'll actually do something. But the new owners only care about money and as long as people continue to go there and tolerate the long wait times. I suspect nothing will change. 😔 sad.

I find the workers to be rude sometimes and slow for in-store pickups. Yesterday a worker made fun of my drink choice chastising me for not getting ice cubes in my iced coffee like I was putting the billion dollar corporation out of business or something. Utterly ridiculous. What does it matter? They only filled it up 3/4 of the way anyways.

Unfortunately this is another restaurant that is greatly understaffed. I pulled in at 8am. There were 11 cars in the drive through, maybe 10 cars in the lot so I went in. About 7 people in que to pick up who were being patient given the situation. I went to the counter, there was no one working at either register. After about 2 minutes a worker informed me they were severely short handed and the drive through might be best. She was sweet and helpful giving she was running 3 directions at once. I tried the drive through but after 8-10 more minutes I gave up and left went to the gas station and got a coffee in my hands in under 3 minutes. I simply can't wait 10-15 mintes at a drive through to get coffee, that's not convenient!!! I truly feel bad for the workers, and not mad at all with them as they were running around busting their buns.. I guess I am mad more people do not seem to want to work. In a overpopulated planet we have worker shortages. Something is very very wrong. I feel bad for any company or employer right now. I've lost a morning staple and don't know if I'll ever be able to get my morning Cup-O-Joe there again.

Not my favorite location but it's generally clean and the parking lot is ample. There is a lot of volume done at this spot and the team working is generally very good at churning out orders quickly. Sometimes my drinks are inconsistent or take a while to make but that's just how it goes. There's always older folks gathering here in the back or at the outside seating areas.

The only reason I give the service four stars is because sometimes the service can be really slow, or they just forget the order was put in, but the food tastes great and except for those rare times it's good. And the atmosphere can't really be better or worse, so I figures 3 stars fit well.

Stopped here for an iced latte and an iced coffee, both with caramel. The ice coffee had barely any caramel and the ice latte had no caramel. I went back in to ask if I could get a shot of caramel in the coffee and caramel in the iced latte. The lady at the front end said “I will do it this time but will have to charge you next time” I said that I just wanted a shot in each coffee because there was none and she cut me off saying “I know there was caramel in it because I did it myself” and took the coffees. Extremely rude attitude and 0 customer service skills.

Very poor experience. Went in to get coffee. 4 people running drive thru with no one at counter. Tried to use the order kiosk with my app, scanned the QR code and received a text saying they are experiencing technical difficulties. No one came to the front counter so we walked out. Poor service more than likely due to poor management. How disappointing.

This may be the cleanest Dunkin donuts I have ever been in. The only drawback is on Dunkin's side that they have gone to a kiosk. I had to offer to buy someone's coffee for them since they had cash and it is kiosk only. Although I did not mind helping, customers should not have to help other customers order food.

Has this place gone downhill! I'm sick of hearing about covid as an excuse as to why people are allowed to be rude. I waited 25 mins for an iced coffee that I put in on a mobile order. I had to be somewhere and simply asked if they didn't have it done yet if they could cancel it and rudely I was told "when someone has time to make it they will or you'll have to wait until someone has time to cancel it." Get it together, it takes me less time to drive to scranton to get a coffee than it does to play games with this location. There is no excuse, if you can't handle the flow shut the mobile app orders off.

Was waiting to order and was looking at the Menu screen. Another person came online and a staff member came to the counter. Staff member looks at other customer and asked how they could help them .

I said something and employee said the registers over here , which it was only a few inches from the register so I was looking at the menu so sad to me oh I didn't see you there. It was pretty hard to miss me, I was wearing pink and they had to walk past me to get to the open register.

I'm not sure what witchery is at work here but the Main Street Dunkin Donuts may be the only reliable franchise on the face of this earth. Drinks and food are made correctly at least 85% of the time which is the best you can hope for. Their bagels are the only ones that remind me of my childhood and are made in the same nostalgic fashion.

Always excellent coffe, food, and great customer service! It's a busy, busy place and they keep things moving pretty quickly all the time.

This Dunkin has an odd almost awkward entrance. Interesting . . . the egg in the Wake Up Wrap is lightly fried not scrambled, in my area the egg is scrambled

Bacon, egg, and cheese on croissant tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The croissant which used to be light and buttery was hard and dry. I threw most of it away. The Boston Cream donut was stale and tasteless. The coffee was good.. I’d go back for the coffee but would never order food again.

Really depends on staff the morning is iffy when your coffee is stired but the sandwiches are made to perfection 2nd shift coffee nd sandwiches are perfect. All out customer service is awesome nd I love my dunkin family
