What can be said about starbucks that hasn't been said before.
Excellent service.
I tend to get a different drink every time, sometimes they are better than others.
This location tends to make blended items ticker and icier.
Might be your thing might not.
But I keep coming and I only have a great experience.

This is a convenient location before or after shopping. Friendly service, but they only have 4 small tables with 2 or 3 chairs per table. I wish they had some comfortable couches. They have outside seating but can only be utilized in good weather.

""Barriesta's" (ones making ur drink) always rushes us at this Starbucks location. They purposefully told us the latte machine was down but all of a sudden when we parked after going thru the drive thru all of a sudden customers where leaving with lattes... 🤔..very disappointed

Starbucks does not disappoint overall, but the location at Dickson City has a lot to be said for its service. Whoever the manager is today, July 2nd, 2024, there is much to be said about. EVERYTIME this manager is there every order I have ever placed is never on time. The whole crew is working just as slow as the manager. Any other time with ANY other manager the store runs to perfection. Some action needs to be taken. I strongly suggest on a retraining and having corporate come in unannounced and see how she runs. If she can't get her act together then bumping her down is strongly suggested. This coming from a person who worked retail for many years and was Assistant Manager to multiple store locations.

So I started going to Starbucks with my girlfriend and each time we would place an online order for TWO drinks and each time we would wait 30 mins almost to an hour for our drinks. Drinks are good but the wait time is frustrating

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order to be completed when the eta was 9 minutes. Staff refused to cancel orders for the 10 people waiting and the drink they did produce was over done milk with a splash of espresso.

I had a very positive 1st time here. I visit alot of Starbucks and I've seen the good and the not so good
Fortunately a very enjoyable experience
The young lady was oozing positivity. I asked for my sandwich to be prepared a certain way and she double checked and overall people like her need to be encouraged to keep showing that positive attitude. Nowadays it's in desperately short supply and the other young man was just as positive. She had a car in drive thru when I approached her and she apologized and said she would return momentarily and she did. Starbucks as a whole is a very busy franchise and people who come here typically have particular tastes but also be mindful as busy as they are they r under extreme pressure to cater to all our needs and when I see someone like this young lady display that welcomed attitude I'll always give feedback highlighting that. Too often only negative experiences are shared never positive and I'm all about fair play. If u experience positive or negative share equally because they both play a vital role in getting what u want and need
Hopefully in the future since I'm a truck driver I'll be fortunate to visit this location again and hopefully her bosses give both employees an acknowledgment of a job well done

I asked for vegan options, specially asked for no egg. I was recommended an impossible burger, had a bite, felt weird, checked online, turns out it contains eggs. Asked the staff again, they checked and said it has eggs. They didn't even apologize for that. A very bad experience.

A very rare occurrence on the 28th of December, 2023. The lady told us it would "take 20 mins for anything on the menu" even before we told her what we wanted. That sounded very odd to us, considering the fact that the establishment was essentially empty and the drive thru wasn't occupied either. Hence, we stuck around a little bit to listen if she communicated the same information regarding a 20 min wait to the next customer; however, she mentioned no such wait to the customer after us. Moreover, the person after us received her 2 drinks in less than 3 mins. We usually stray away from making assumptions or accusations, but we couldn't help but notice that this had something to do with race as we were a group of international individuals. Once again, we usually love the stellar service at Starbucks all over the nation, but this was an unfortunate occurrence.

I ordered two drinks via DoorDash. They forget one of the two drinks. I called to ask them what happened. A really rude, yappy girl answered the phone and would not stop interrupting me. She ended up hanging up the phone on me multiple times and was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Children should not be allowed to work in this kind of field.

At peak hours they seem to prioritize mobile and drive thru orders over customers who actually take the time to place an order at the counter. I waited more than a half hour just for a Grande Peppermint Mocha Latte. Avoid the Dickson City location if you can!

SLOW. I ordered on the mobile app and it said the order was ready at 11:38am. I didn't walk out with my drinks until 12:09. They also made one much earlier than the other so the first drink was completely melted by the time I got the second one. Terrible service.

This will be the third time now that I have gotten the wrong drink and size.. Starbucks is too pricey for it to just go to waste. I ordered a Venti Pumpkin spice cream cold brew of which was not pumpkin... It was regular cold foam with pumpkin spice powder.. and I only received a grande. It was very lack luster and disappointing. I'll continue to go to Dunkin' Donuts.

I don’t understand how every time I go through the drive-through and I say that I want a Venti caramel Frappuccino with extra extra caramel drizzle how I get it every single time and it has barely any caramel drizzle in it, i said NO whip cream and there’s so much ice in it, that it separates in the cup. It’s taste like milk with a hint of caramel, I’m so tired of paying a little over six dollars for a drink and people not doing their job correctly. It’s simple to follow easy instructions. And this isnt a one time issue. Its happened everytime i go, i gave it a break and IT HAPPENED AGAIN.

It’s frustrating coming to this location however it is the only Starbucks near my job. It’s always an issue making my coffee which is super simple, where I have to get it remade me and it’s still not what I asked for. Spent 20 mins between the drive thru and inside the store to try and get my coffee made correctly to only end up leaving with just a breakfast sandwich and frustration! Employees are nice but when you want what you paid for you expect to get that item. I was a barista and shift leader years ago and know this drink is not hard to make! Was looking forward to my Starbucks drink and had to go and get Dunkin made it right the first time. Starbucks isn’t cheap so you should get what you paid for

The location of the coffee shop is very inconvenient. Limited parking is available. Limited outlets are available for those wishing to use the seating area for computer use or charging of portable devices. Great drive-through.

So I’m visiting out of the area and I thought the first drink was a one off but they’re terrible at making the drinks. I ordered a strawberry acai lemonade refresher…instead of telling me that they barely had lemonade they proceeded to make my drink with mostly the purée. I honestly didn’t realize until I got to my next location since I was in a hurry but that was just disappointing.

Let me start by saying the employees are wonderful and they are not a fault.
I waited today for 45 minutes for a 2 coffees, on the app it said 4-7 minutes.
The place is understaffed and it’s completely unfair to the baristas and customers that the app is telling short time so a lot of people order at once, they also have drive through and walk in, how do you expect 4 people to deal with this shear volume of customers, it’s not realistic.

The only reason I'm rating this low is because they're almost ALWAYS out of stuff like Lemonade or even honey! We go like once or twice a week, or at least we try. Then they're out of something so we run over to the target location. They also close the drive through all the time and there have been several times they just close the store early all together. The staff is lovely though and they usually have a nice assortment of cups!

I’d leave no stars if I could. Currently waiting for my order that was placed 40 minutes ago.

Apparently, mobile orders take priority over people who have ordered in store and are actually waiting for their items. At one point, there were 30 people waiting and 15 unclaimed mobile orders waiting.

What an absolute joke and rip-off. Why is it so expensive? What are we actually paying for? It sure isn’t speedy service.

The staff here is always so nice and works so hard to ensure customer satisfaction! That being said, this store is ridiculously understaffed. The coldbrew coffee has tasted terrible for months now, and ordering anythingwith cold foam is a disappointment. I visit a Starbucks every day and the quality of the beverages at this location has significantly decreased. I would rather drive to Steamtown and know I'm getting a decent coffee.

Love love love this location! The manager(don’t think I ever got her name) she wears glasses and brown hair…. So friendly. I swear we would talk for hours if there wasn’t a line haha. She’s a good egg. And so are all of the other employees also. Always go above and beyond!

An hour on the drive thru line to then leave with nothing , no oatmeal milk and machine down! Warn the guest so they don’t make the line, post a sign. 3rd time this week and they are always low in stock on something. Lunch break wasted

Got an order from here through Uber eats all of the order was right but one the mango dragon fruit refresher.. order it with water got it with lemonade…. I can’t blame Uber eats for the fact that Starbucks can read the right way…. Thank you Uber eats for refunding our money for the drink
