Kohl's

Here are the pictures of what I ordered versus what I received. Come on! I contacted customer service and even escalated to a supervisor via the chat option and now I will never shop this company again due to the series of "apologies". This company takes no accountability. Just a bunch of automated replies consisting of "we'll forward your feedback". I ordered this as a Christmas gift. A first Christmas gift. I requested the item be express shipped now as I ordered the gifts well in time to arrive before the week of Christmas. The gathering to exchange gifts is actually on the 23rd but in contacting customer service I requested the item by Christmas. I expressed discontent due to the first representative not forwarding my concerns (or feedback as they call it) to his supervisor for review before ordering. He did not attempt to do so as the order was placed immediately upon ending the chat with standard shipping. When I contacted customer service again and expressed my concerns regarding the representative having not done what he said he would, she refused to acknowledge it and just relayed the shipping information and ...apologized for the delays in shipping. I then requested a supervisor he replied (on behalf of himself and his representatives) "WE apologize and hope it arrives before Christmas". WE. I find this a bit sarcastic. I've spent years in customer service and I would never be so rude to a customer. Get your shipping options together. Your customer service is horrendous. I don't even want to leave one star and I will not step foot in this store again.

Update: Upon further review of your reviews you apparently host Amazon with quite an efficient team within your stores but Kohl's cannot expedite shipping...unreal in 2024.

Clean store top notch service and products. The promotions are too complex . There was incorrect signage . One large sign said 35 percent for a new Kohl's credit card whilst the signs at register said 40 percent. One gift recent per family seams unreasonable to me. Some bosses need to learn people skills .

They definitely changed what you can use coupons on. I used coupons on many things in the past and now nothing qualifies. What is the point of offering coupons if you can't use them on anything. There are also many issues when placing orders online and when you call customer service they are absolutely no help! Unfortunately I barely shop here anymore the selection isn't as good and neither are the deals.

Went to Kohl’s and Sephora Kohl’s was excellent. I always has great sales and great merchandise went into sephora MACIE helped me out a great deal. She took her time. She excused yourself when she had to check out a customer. She was knowledgeable, professional, and wonderful. I would keep her for sure.

He walks and marches to the beat of his own drum, even if it means, he disrespects a customer , I can’t imagine that I’m the only one that has ever felt this way My Son wanted to correct him for how poorly he treated me the one time and my son is one of the quietest most humble creatures you’ve ever meet. I asked him not to and let me just call management . I personally think he belongs in the back if he belongs there at all, he looks the part of a professional, but then acts like he is superior to anybody that he comes in contact with he will not hesitate to argue with you. He on top of that advise me one time that my Kohl’s bucks we’re not allowed to be used for Adidas Nike or under armor. It’s ironic because he noticed that that’s all I was purchasing that day. I called management and found out that that was completely incorrect and they were sure that he should’ve known that to me. that was some deliberate stuff, I wound up, leaving all my stuff there because he embarrassed me again and I walked out. He asked me in front of customers to go all the way over to a different register which there was no attendant at he was the only attendant at the registers or I wouldn’t even have went to him , but he proceeded to tell me to go over there. I asked him why he felt I needed to do that and in front of everybody he said well they’re fill out a credit card application made me feel like I was a thief all eyes on me and the person‘s wife turned around and looked at me and rolled her eyes me the vibe that honey you don’t have to go anywhere so I didn’t. I just walked out. It would be too much of a novel to tell the other two incident there was also an incident with my brother as well as my neighbor

I rarely shop at Kohl's because they rarely have what I'm looking for. They once had a terrific kitchen department, but it has gone by the wayside, as many others have. On my last visit, I asked an associate about something in their shrinking jewelry department and was met with "not my department' as they kept walking. Then, at the check out, I was waited on by a man who never said a word to me. Even when I said have a nice day, he ignored me. I'm not a soft speaker. No reason to go back.

Lately, I have come to this location to drop off Amazon returns. They're pretty quick in handling those transactions and gave me relevant coupons to use while at the store. A shrewd move to get new business. I know that one day I will use some of their coupons when I am not in a hurry to drop off an Amazon package.

i’m not sure of this worker name unfortunately I will have to describe him, but it is meant and no racial or biased or judgmental way. He is the black man that typically is found at that very first register unfortunately I would have five stars because the staff there in every area from management down to the cashiers are wonderful. Have always treated me and other customers with respect concern and an overall genuine kindness. I cannot say the same for the black gentleman that works that first register I have called three times on him because I have felt disrespected. I also have spoken to people in my circle, and they knew exactly who I was talking about two people one being my brother , the same type of mug, smug, cocky, arrogant, rude. Kohl’s has changed since adding Sephora to the store. Store is more crowded and has no petit section for women. There is another Sephora less than a mile away, what’s the need for two in such close proximity?

They have nice merchandise.
But if you're not looking for sneakers, don't even bother to look there for men's shoes.
Every time I go to a Kohls, the stores are always disheveled. There's clothes on the floor, pieces of woman's clothing hanging in the men's department and just looked like no one attends to anything.

They showed that they really cared to be of help. The people at check out were so helpful. They could have said said, "I don't know", and avoided dealing with my questions, or issues. It was both Caroline and Christine who offered their help. They made it pleasant to shop there.

I had a expired Kohl's cash. Only by a few weeks. They would not honor it..and why not I earned it. It depends on the mood of the associate. Sometimes they will other times they won't .very disappointing.

Came here to use Kohl’s cash which was expired but still in grace period. Associate would not use it. Said it expired and even when i tried to explain it was in the grace period he wouldn't honor it. I told him to get someone else. He got cocky and said "o you mean you want to talk to someone else?" I said yes I do. When other unknown person arrived she said I couldn't use it off the app on my phone I had to have original green slip. Funny thing is I came to same Kohls a month prior with $90 in expired Kohls cash and this was done off my phone no issue or even a question on it. Instead of continuing to argue about it I accepted the way it was and paid. The problem I really have is the comment made by the associate to other employee at this time. He apologized to her and said “you know how they are”. I am a customer here with a Kohls card. I don’t know exactly what this statement meant but it could be taken a few ways. He is black, I am white. Was this a discriminative comment? Or was it just cause I was trying to get a coupon redemption that I earned and I made his job harder cuz he had to get someone because he’s not properly trained on coupon redemptions? Not sure but I am definitely appalled by this associates attitude toward me. He wouldn’t even hand me my receipts. I will not use this associate on any return visits to this location.

I used to love Kohl's but lately the clothing doesn't interest me, the deals are not quite as good and they changed their stores around. This Kohl's is clean but we just don't patron any Kohl's like we used to. It's not a bad experience or store just not for me/us.

Another big disappointment after another, for there were absolutely no customer's in this store once again, I walked all aisles no customer's, just employees trying too look busy, one cashier on duty, with no customers in line? I picked up my online purchase, I wanted to buy something as with my online order totalling 52.10, I went into my kohls app nothing, 2nd & 3rd time loosing kohls cash, I'm done with kohls don't like what they turned into, took away so good brands & fine jewelry, the store itself is on life support slowly but surely they will fold up like other retailers, too much more better competition more appealing to our budget? I know I won't get a positive reply to my review, mgmt & staff don't like negativity about the store in particular, how they survive is beyond me, it used too be my favorite store, the prices & quality were there then, now it's below standard?

Kohl's offered a 35% discount to customers who had not used their Kohl's card recently. I got 15% off because I used my card recently! Not fair to treat loyal customers with a lesser discount!

Needed to purchase men's shoes for male in a physical rehab facility. Kohls had best selection if slip on sneakers and sized. Annie in shoe deprlt was extremely helpful in providing nest info for the needed product. Lisa ar check out was efficient and very personable. I will definitely return to store again

Sephora is located inside Kohls. Their product line is pricey when comparing ingredients to other brands.

They did not carry Hello Kitty items. Their selection of active wear was excellent.

Easy to find assistant on the floor - who checked availability of stock for me.

Rude store manager argued with me saying “ there are no sports bras on this display “ I pointed at 20+ Nike sports bras , then the sign that read Nike sports bras . He snatched the sale sign off the rack and grumbled just give it to her this time . Then continued to argue when he had to override the register saying Nike brand isn’t included in sale . I said well don’t tell me, I didn’t put the signs up . What an awful way to treat customers.

Trying to avoid online shopping and support the bricks and mortar stores. Kohls is my favorite option... name brands at great prices and easy returns if not satisfied with my purchases.
This particular store has a great selection and is very clean.

I was very pleased, yesterday went just bcs I needed an Amazon return and it was a good surprise all great deals on, specially on shoes, so I got one pair. As soon as I got home tell my two daughters about it and they wanted to go to Kohl's next day.
The whole family went to Kohl's next day really exited bcs we love shopping 😜
My daughter and me spent about an hour on women's shoes looking and trying some pairs to school tests we like. Every time we fix everything and put it back in place. After a while, a lady came to us and asked if we need help, and I said, " no, thank you, we are just looking" and continue. Unfortunately, about 5 mins later, same lady came to us and said to us " do you need help?, because you are doing a mess. I think it is not the right manner to treat customers, I said no, and left the area very disappointed 😞. Still got a pair of shoes, some clothes and something for kitchen. But I'm pretty sure she was racist🤔.
I could notice it in her tone and I can assume she thought couldn't buy anything 🤣🤣

The place offers decent apparels , sportswear and other clothing for diiferent age groups, the Khols cash applies for your next purchase which is really nice but the 7 day validity of the Khols cash is very short though.
