The cashier’s are ridiculous and rude here.i had something to return and the cashier said I can’t take without the original receipt.when I had the original receipt with me i was showing her but she didn’t know how to refund it! Would be better if you train them right.never going back to this store.

I wish that I could give less than one star. The cashier that checked me out was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service and it was so obvious that they didn't want to be there. Probably one of the worst cashiers I've ever encountered. When I got done paying they wouldn't even hand over my receipt. It was sitting on top of the register and when I asked them if that was my receipt all they replied was "yep" and I had to actually pick the receipt up off the register the myself. I will never ever visit this store location again. I regret even spending any of my hard earned money here.

A whole new store for low prices for both women and men and children as well. When gabes first opened it was clean and organized, now it’s a disaster and so unorganized to the point you can barely walk through the isles. Also the bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Also, customer service is a terrible. New management could definitely turn that store around, but they need someone that cares.

Told an associate about their being pee on the floor and just said OK and went back to cleaning racks instead of letting someone know so it could be cleaned up or cleaning it up themselves.

I was at the register to pay for swimming trunks that were marked down. The cashier rang them up and noted that there was an issue. I let her know that there were about 7 pairs of the same trunks with the same price which they confirmed and noted they were likely inappropriately marked down. They called a "manager" Rachel R. She first told me she would not sell the shorts because something was wrong with them. Then peeled off the sticker and said now she would sell them to me for the higher price and then suggested that I changed the price. Though her colleagues had confirmed that they were all inappropriately tagged. I asked for her managers information. She rolled her eyes and initially refused. She eventually gave me the information, then rolled her eyes and walked away. Her attitude and accusations were uncalled for and totally inappropriate and customers should not be treated this way.

We always have to hit Gabes when we see one. This was a fairly decent size store with a large selection. However, it appeared cluttered and disorganized. The clothing section was hard to navigate through because things were extremely close. The layout of the store was strange and just extremely hard to find what you were looking for.

Love this store. Absolutely great prices. Awesome home decor. Kids women’s and men’s. Shoes access jewelry toys rugs furniture and even gallons of milk and cbd products. Staff is super friendly. Store is kept clean. Bathrooms are always clean. They even offer Amazon pick up. I never leave the store without snagging some amazing deals!!

Gabes in Dickson city is an adorable store filled with shoes, clothes and more... It reminds me of a mini version of Kmart in the way it is set up and layed out. The prices are not overly high for most items and the quality of the merchandise is not bad either. You could easily spend an hour looking around and checking everything out. Definitely worth stopping in.

I love this Gabes. Wayyy cleaner and better than Wilkes Barre location. Everything is cheap so you get what you pay for. I go just for any Express clothes they get sometimes. The purses are ugly but the shoes are nice! Only complaint is that they close the dressing rooms early so I can’t ever try clothes on.

Went shopping for Easter holiday items and it was nothing but confusing and clustered in the shoes and clothing department. Sales looked great but display and clutter was overwhelming which I see myself avoiding during holidays.
