The online ordering I am NOT impressed with. The store associate saved me from losing my mind. She addressed the online error and it wasn't a 5 minute fix. Then the huge item we purchased, the associate helped to get it to the car, wait then the poor worker had to help us get it out of the box to get it to fit in the car. Online-1 star. In store-5+

Very friendly and willing to help. Picked up an Uber order for a family looking for a balloon for there birthday party. When I got there I gave them the customers name and they were all over it. I was out the door within 2 min. Talk about perfection

Went over to ballon service counter and waited in line. After line cleared I continued to wait. No employee asked if I could be helped. After 30 minutes I asked how do I get my balloons filled up and was told I have to pay for them first. The two girls blowing up the balloons have no customer service skills, no courtesy, and no manners. Will spend my time going to the other party city store so I don’t have to deal with incompetent “workers” here.

I ordered two balloons online at around 11 AM, I got the email around 12 that said they were both ready. So I waited an hour and went to pick them up around 1, when I got there I told them my name and that I got an email and they said they didn’t have them, they looked around for a few seconds and than said nothing else and went back to the screen like nothing happened. They clearly didn’t have them and my brother started acting up so I just left. I completely get that they may not have have them in stock, and I understand that, but I wasn’t told anything.

So I bought a Halloween costume Saturday 2 days before Halloween for my son I had him try it on Sunday found out it did not fit I work 50 hour work weeks and I didn't have time to return it before Halloween I went to the store on Wednesday November 2nd two days after Halloween and they told me I cannot return it or exchange it or even get store credit due to the fact that it was after Halloween tags are still on it and they told me pretty much it was my problem I'm not very happy I will never shop there again

I would give zero but that's not a option....the return policy clearly states 7 days before the holiday...the manager and employees refused to give me the money back when I clearly got the wrong costume!!!!!..... They have a small sign at the register where they changed the policy... This store is ridiculous and now out 60.00 dollars!!!! Never will I go here for stuff!!! Definitely ridiculous

They've changed the entire Halloween experience. They still have costumes, but not nearly as many, with no real organization to them. I miss their Halloween costume wall.

This is a nice store, a nice selection. A lot of stuff for Halloween and a good selection of candy. Very friendly staff. The girls were real nice to my son. The prices are a little high on some things. But I would shop there again.

Purchased balloons for my daughters party. The kid seemed to be having an issue blowing up her poppy balloon. He filled it a little walked away and spoke to someone else while both looked at the balloon. He walked back and continued to fill it. All the balloons were put in a big bag and i left. I got home and removed the bag to find the giant poppy balloon was deflated. my daughter was heart broken. But bc her party started a half hour from that time i wasnt able to go back up and get another one.

My wife ordered balloons for my daughter's graduation was told they would deliver day of party they day before my wife called to confirm they were delivering said they are and she checked Uber still could day of party they were supposed to be there at 9:00 am at 10:30am my wife called said not delivering said to far had other decorations delivered from them without issue the store employees could not even let us know they were not delivering we had to call an hour and half after they were suppose to be there.

It was blah blah. Truely did not find this a party planning option. It's accessible but no idealistic imagination to help you in your creative thoughts of what kind of party you truely would like. I mostly see more balloons being bought.

Lots of unique stuff. Almost anything you need for a theme party: balloons, decorations, paper plates and plastic cutlery, etc, etc. All of bare minimum quantity and maximum price. Still we wind up here every time we throw a party. We just can't get some of this stuff anywhere else.

I love this store for Halloween decor. Unfortunately they have had little to nothing the 2x I have been there. No shipments have come in. Staff is still very friendly and helpful. Hopefully they will have deliveries soon!
