Redner's Warehouse Markets

If I could give a zero I would. The catering is horrible and unorganized. I placed an order for almost $400 on Wednesday 1/1, was supposed to get a confirmation call within 48 hours of placing and never did. I stopped in to make sure they had it and they could only find the chicken order for 100 pieces, but no veggies, cheese, or fruit. I was told to call back at 6am to talk to someone? The day of the party? Then before walking out they found it. Sent my husband to pick everything up and he was told they didnt start it yet. He was there 10 min earlier then the 4:30 pick up time...Somehow the order also was messed up and on the paper items were crossed off? I called the manager who apologized they got behind, but yet I still never received a heads up my order was over an hour behind. I had to go back and pick up the chicken at 6:15 when it shouldve been ready at 430 and didnt even get my whole order or any compensation. Do not waste your time or money

The new remodel is great. Many new Redner’s items all over the store. If you can’t find anything just ask someone they are all willing to help you with whatever you need. I will definitely be shopping here more often now!!!!

As comparisons to the other stores I must rate a 5. Redners has a nice selection with better prices. The store is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Being it's open 24 hours a day is perfect for my shopping late after work with nobody around in my way. Which you can see how empty it is by my photos. Plus they run alot of specials on icy tea that we drink a ton of.

They don't always have things I'm looking for or great prices on certain things, so I have to make a stop at Giant, which sometimes sucks since redners is much closer to me. Love the guy who stands up front and says, Have a good day to everyone though.

If you decide that you want a salad be extra careful when buying the premade salads. I bought a salad & towards the end of finishing my salad I found a white zip tie cut off at the bottom of my salad bowl. I told the manager (Andrew Frian) about it he looked like he had no type of concern & was very dismissive. Overall the store is great but when you want a salad I suggest you thoroughly check it & definitely don’t tell Andrew because he will not care.

I wanted to say that the bakery department was amazing! I called them last Friday asking for a special cake to be ordered..only thing was I needed that cake in less than TWO HOURS. The ladies working pulled thru and got me the cake I needed in less than two hours! The cake was perfect! Thank you all so much!

This Redners location is well maintained, clean, and very service oriented. Good selection of quality meats and fresh produce. Convenient location and easy access to store. There is a rewards program for cash back.

The third shift always at this grocery store is the best they're always helpful and attentive. It is really too bad that they are not open overnight. As of now I have to go to Wegmans since Redners closes 10 and Wegmans closes at 12 pm...

The new remodel is great. Many new Redner’s items all over the store. If you can’t find anything just ask someone they are all willing to help you with whatever you need. I will definitely be shopping here more often now!!!!

Redner's used to be everything I want in a grocery store: lower prices, great selections, fresh products, and convenient location. That's worth 5 stars to me. Unfortunately, the suggestion for my review of this store came up AFTER the 2024 remodel! Now, I can accept change but NOT when the remodel is clearly organized by the manufacturers. Yes, I'm aware of stores being designed to make consumers spend more time and thus money in the stores but this new design is absolutely ridiculous. I'd even go as far as calling it infuriating because that's exactly how I felt when I went to buy soda that was in the weekly ad earlier this month! The ad was for a certain brand of soda so my family and I went in search of the drinks aisle. At this point in the remodel, most of the shelving was In place and fully stocked and only a few sheets of plastic hung down to prevent shoppers from entering the unfinished areas. Everything is in a different location in the store which I can deal with and will mind less once I see where everything is. One of us finally locates the drink section considering of juices, waters, and finally carbonated beverages. We searched through the aisles for one of the two major brands of soda and that's when I realized that the entire selection of products owned by the competition isn't there. I searched the surrounding aisles and as I'm not finding a single item sold by the main competitor, I started to get agitated because I'm realizing that the reason I have to go on this little hunt for the other brand is because SOMEONE decided to separate the two drink brands (Coke & Pepsi)! The logical place to look would be the surrounding aisles but after a fruitless search, we hunted down an employee who agreed that the product placement was not consumer friendly and informed us of the location of the brand I needed, which was no where near the other drinks. I suggested that Redner's invests in those store maps that some stores have on the carts so that we don't have to hunt for and then interrupt employees to get our shopping done. The employee shyly admitted they try to avoid eye contact with customers now because they don't know where items are either and it's hard to do your job without several people asking for assistance. I truly hope that both brands will eventually be placed together when the store is complete otherwise I'll continue shopping elsewhere just for principal and sheer stubbornness.

They have what you need at reasonable prices. There isn't much more to say except that you should definitely get one of their big bags of caramel corn. So bad for the waistline, but so tasty.

This store is a perfect example of self check out not working for the shoppers. I entered a wrong sku# and had to wait over 10 minutes for help. The issues is employees are limited to the amount they can delete. So I saved $1.00 with my Redners card. Rang up $110 in groceries. Bagged them myself. And then waited 10 more minutes for the manager. This is not working for me. Do better Redners.

My experience was fine for the most part however I am disappointed because I got yogurt and when I got home I noticed it is a week over its expiration date. Normal that would be an issue but since it has dairy I had to throw it out plus it is just gross in general that it was a week past the expiration date. So make sure to check the dates on things and also please keep track of what goes bad and what doesnt

Probably the only store in Pennsylvania that sells ham at the deli for under $5 a pound! My only complaint is that they're no longer open 24 hours. Thanks COVID.

This store is 2 minutes from me so I’ve been shopping here for over 30 years. Prices are same or maybe a little lower than competitors, very clean and well stocked. It’s not a huge store so if you’re looking for gourmet or specialty items you might be disappointed. Employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

Been shopping at Redners for 20 years. Very satisfied. Nice selection of fresh produce, meats and seafood. Plenty of friendly cashiers so there is no long wait for check out. You may not notice this but the floors are spotless and buffed to a shine every morning.

Good pricing on most items, good variety of items, pleasant associates and plenty of parking for handicapped and non-handicapped persons.

The only detriment in my book is that they close at 10p.m. vs being open 24 hrs. Otherwise I highly recommend this store.

I went to Redners on July 15 like I do at least 3 times a week . I purchased water for employees , told clerk I didn't need receipt , went to open the door for work immediately realized I didn't have my wallet containing over 1300 dollars , credit cards , license , social security card etc... I wasn't allowed to review tapes as only corporate could Stated security viewed cameras . I dont have enough room to discuss ordeal . I only received one call never the follow up that was promised. I will never go back again as I was a regular customer. That was a lot of money to me , I even offered a reward. I deserved a call back from the store. No response shows that they don't care and value customers. No respect given.

Redners is a good store chain but it could use more of the new items that come out. When I got home today from Redners I cut up the seedless watermelon I purchased today and it was a light baby pink color inside and taste sour. Is watermelon out of season in August? No idea, but it was horrible.
Update: today June 25th 2022 I went into redner's and I did my usual self-checkout where I got to meet Aaron, I believe he is a new employee here at the Douglassville location. I have to say he made my day and it's only 9:00 in the morning. He was helpful he had a smile on his face he was funny very personable and he even helped me when I forgot an item that I almost left behind thank you Aaron you're an awesome employee

This is the 1st time we visited this location and have typically shopped in one of the competitors down the street from us..however we're finding that this particular chain of grocery stores has a great deal more of a variety of product especially, in the produce that we would really like to expand. Their prices are online with everybody else and will continue to chop here as we're finding it has a bit more variety.

The Douglasville Redner's is definitely the best in the area in my opinion. Always cleans and well stocked plus they have a much better selection of "ready meals" than any of the other ones I've been to.
