This was our first time visiting Turning Point, and I can say we're already planning our return visit. The moment you walk in you are greeted with such pleasantries- The atmosphere gives like open farm style with modern touches. Offering you breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We had breakfast and the hot coffee set the tone as our fabulous waitress left the coffee craft with us. Then the food!!! We had the Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast & The Pork Roll Sandwich with a hard-fried egg on a bagel. Too good for words. Like I said, we are looking forward to returning soon.

Very consistent. Never have I come here and been disappointed. The initial welcome upon entering, the service, the food… all are a breath of fresh air. This is my mom’s favorite spot.
We sat at the counter on this visit. The wait for a table was about 30 mins. Nonetheless..it was fine. Much easier for my mom to sit and get up from the stools 😁.
Despite how busy in was, once we ordered, we did not wait long for our food. The food was good and a nice presentation. Instead of getting bread with my food, I was offered fruit, which was wonderful.
Thank you Turning Point 🤗

The service was very good. There was a lovely hostess who greeted us with big smiles and Bailey our waitress was so nice. The food was good but the French toast was soggy and no cinnamon or powdered sugar was on top. It tasted bland even after we added the powdered sugar…the smoothie was good - tastes pineapple. Nice selection of food. I would come back because the service was so good and just try other food. I had the western omelette with the side salad. It was good but alittle flat with the fluffiness of the egg. Otherwise a nice place. Parking out front. Accepts cash or card.

Went there for the first time this morning for breakfast with my daughter. I ordered the avocado Benedict sandwich with the citrus greens on the side. It was amazing!! I was a little skeptical when I saw the citrus greens but they were absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend them! My daughter ordered the pork roll bagel sandwich with a side of potatoes. She enjoyed it immensely!
It was a wonderful experience as soon as we entered the establishment. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful from the girls behind the counter to our amazing waitress. She was polite, courteous and very attentive. It was overall a great experience and definitely look forward to returning!

Let's start with a positive - the food. Our brunch was good but we did not have anything extraordinary. I had the Grand French Toast which was basically standard French toast. The stack of pancakes was good as well as the chicken pesto Panini and Eggs in Purgatory. The cappuccino was huge - plenty to take home. The other positive was our waitress. She was very nice and prompt. The negative is the call ahead wait list system. We called to get on the list. When we arrived, there were lots of people waiting. We checked in with the hostess and she said they are clearing the tables now. So we waited. We went back to the hostess and asked about the status and she said they are clearing the tables now. Then another guest walked in and had a conversation with the hostess and was immediately seated. We approached the hostess and said we have been waiting on the list yet you gave a table to a walk in. Suddenly our table was ready. The system does not work and seems quite arbitrary. It put a damper on the lunch. The meall was good but not worth the selective wait.

This place does not offer your standard selection of breakfast items but does everything they do sell very well. You can still get pancakes, eggs, and omelettes but they are not the traditional offerings you may expect from a diner…perhaps consider these offerings a bit more upscale? Delicious French press coffee with multiple options including Jamaican Blue Mountain and 100% Kona makes every meal here so much better. While it’s no longer included on their regular menu, if the Shakshuka is offered you should definitely try it!!

My second visit, I ordered 3 take-away platters. I was excited because the food was good the first time I visited and the prices were decent. I ordered three breakfast specials, for my family. I arrived home and saw that 1 order was wrong (peppers instead of onions) and the other two platters both had pieces of hair in the potatoes. Disgusting! Very disappointed, and cannot recommend for safety/sanitary reasons.

We come several times a month since you first opened. We always call ahead with exact time of arrival for waitlist to expedite seating as we are with a toddler. It used to work. Today and the last time we were there the waitlist seemed to not do anything. We waited almost an hour both times. I have seen people who seem to be very familiar with the hostess but come after us be seated earlier. The hostess , who is very good at avoiding me when I am standing right across from her, should seat based on when you check in not by who she is friendly with. Please give us a heads up if when we call to be put on waitlist if your waitlist doesn’t work anymore or you expect our wait to be close to an hour, I will gladly go to another turning point.

What seems to be the newest Turning Point definitely the ground running. Food has been great on the three or visits that we've made so far. The bussing of tables does seem slow, but this seems to be the case at all Turning Points since the pandemic. Can make it both unsightly and hard to get seates at a clean table.

We went here on Monday, which is probably why it's not very crowded. Sunday would be the best day to eat here, but it's summer and school is off. Anyways, walked in and got seated immediately. The floor was loaded with crumbs. We sat down and got our drinks. I got a smore hot chocolate which was fire 🔥. We waited an HOUR for our server to ask what we wanted to eat, Even though she was very nice and enthusiastic. I got the chicken tenders not being a brunch person. They were, eh, I guess. Basic chicken tenders. BUT THE MAC N CHEESE, man, that was heavenly.
TLDR: Just another brunch place with some amazing Mac n cheese.

We visit this establishment at least once a month to enjoy a family meal. It should be noted that the pricing structure is slightly higher in comparison to other breakfast chains. However, if you are seeking to explore specialty dishes that offer unique flavors beyond the typical pancakes and waffles, this establishment presents an enticing option.

First time visit for Breakfast, we ordered French Toast and Chicken and Waffles. Both were disappointing, the French Toast because it was raw in the middle and the Chicken and Waffles because the chicken was pink in the middle and pathetic tenders that are deep frozen pre-made tenders straight into the deep fryer. SAD. The waffle I bet was pre-made, too. Staff took off the French toast but not the other. And. Both dishes took over 27 minutes. Diner Beware!

Most importantly she did the table check a few times to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. You definitely need more seasoned waitresses like Terri...having her wait on us and the fact that the food was great has made the Turning Point our new go to breakfast spot!

The people that work there are great, friendly and polite. I got the Wilbur Skillet with potatoes, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, melted cheese, and topped with scrambled eggs. I wanted to finish it all but that was not possible. I sat at the counter listening to customers being crabby that they couldn't be seated right away. Its a popular restaurant and they're busy, even at lunch on a random Tuesday. So yes you're gonna wait a bit, but its not very long. I had a good brunch, the coffee is good and bottomless, and I got a little show while I ate. Even tho my server said to her coworker that today was one of the worst days she's worked she was still all smiles and cheerful. You rock, Cass!

I took my mom here for brunch hearing good things about the Doylestown location, hoping for a nice time. We went a good time, so I thought, after the breakfast people linger and before the lunch rush. I was wrong. There had to have been maybe five tables of customers, it was empty. My table was dirty, the waitress took a long time to clean it. We got drinks in dirty glasses. We then asked for them in takeout cups. The food was overcooked, we both got eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Terrible. When we were finished we had to wait 20 minutes for a check. The waitress was nowhere to be found. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Had a mostly underwhelming breakfast experience. The Cornbread Fresh Toast (pictured) was quite delicious, however, it was largely overshadowed by negative experiences.
Both of our children were served spoiled milk. The breakfast side I ordered was never delivered, and when I inquired about it, I was ignored. And the To-Go cup which should have been provided with the coffee was never supplied. They also charge a fee to pay the bill at the table.
Overall, for a $14-17 per person dining experience, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Can I give 10 stars?! ASK FOR CIARA if you're going here and want quick, polite and accurate service. I've eaten here so many times and had recently went on strike even though the food is always great the service was just too slow... like unacceptably slow. I mean waiting 20 minutes to get offered a drink slow. Ciara had me in & out at the bar and didn't forget any details of what I asked for. As someone who used to be a server in a fast paced environment & values customer service, I couldn't have been more appreciative for Ciara today. I hope I am lucky to get her every time!

The wait was 25 min. and then we were seated. The decor is very welcoming, our server was great and the staff is so sweet and they smile. I love how most of the ladies serving food had their hair pinned back, that was great to see. The pancakes could have been cooked a tad bit longer but the portions were great and I loved the little breakfast potatoes! My bae loved his sunny eggs with the edges crispy and beyond meat sausages. Next time i want to try their coffee and omelettes , and yes there will be a next time! Great place! I will be back. Thank you for great breakfast vibes.

This was the first time my family and I went to the Upper Dublin location. We weren't welcomed (as far as I know,) and they were giving us a hard time about where we were sitting; we required a booth since my mother is uncomfortable in a hard chair and she was using a cane. They were being ambiguous as to where we were supposed to go until I flat out asked where they were seating us, that was the first thing. Next, a young girl with hair braids and piercings brought us our water and said that "your server will be right with you" and when I asked who our server was the girl got a bit haughty and rude and said "I don't know she's 'over there'" and walked off. Cassidy was a good server, however, we asked for sugar sticks she got busy with something else and it was probably 10-15 minutes until we were able to get her attention and get some. Also, Cassidy took a good while to bring out our meals, not that I was timing her, but it seemed like a long time and it was a good thing we weren't on a schedule.
Cassidy told us that the girl who brought us our water was helping her out, but I mentioned to our server that the girl who was helping her seemed very standoffish and rude. I also noticed water drippings and melted ice cubes all over the restaurant and that is a hazard because someone can slip and fall and my mother could have slipped and fell. I told Cassidy about the ones near our booth, but nothing was done about it and I wiped it up myself (it was near where my mother was sitting, one wrong step, she could have gotten seriously hurt and it's bad enough that she's having a bit of difficulty walking). This location needs to do a LOT better.

The best food of the 4 I have visited. Highly recommend the shrimp and cheese grits. The blend of flavors with the caramelized onions and chunky bacon is a real eye opener! This was my first time eating at this restaurant we were visiting from out of state and my daughter wanted to bring us here for breakfast it was a good choice. We were seated right away the place is bright and airy the waitress was very attentive she noticed my husband had served in the military and right away made sure that a discount would be given without us even having to inquire if they offer discounts to military veterans or active duty. Now for thr food I had the chicken and waffles and it was DELICIOUS 😋 I wanted to eat the whole dish right there but I brought some back for later to enjoy and it was just as DELICIOUS. Everyone else enjoyed their breakfast as well. If you haven't gone take the time and go and check it out. I think you won't be disappointed and you might make this your place to have breakfast and bring others along. I will be visiting this restaurant again when Iam in the area. Would love to see this restaurant in Raleigh NC.

I’ve never seen a side offering be chips and salsa so I went with that and it didn’t disappoint either. The only thing that was a miss was the fresh lemonade. They added sparkling water to it. 🤢. I thought I was getting regular lemonade not their version. So I regret paying the $4.90 for it to sit on the table in a pool of condensation. 😵💫 Our server was fantastic and attentive.

My wife and I are Foodies and visit many restaurants locally and nationally. This restaurant has become a staple and regular breakfast stop for us. The customer service here has been second to none. While they do get very busy on the weekends, we find the wait to be well worth it. The owners are very involved with the operations and make rounds to check on customers regularly. The owners and staff always make us feel as if we are the most important customers in the place….but we also hear the same from other customers in the restaurant.
NO! We are NOT family members :) but the way we are treated here…it sure feels like we are.
The food: well prepared, fresh, and delicious are the first thoughts that come to mind.
Not only do we strongly recommend… we bring family, friends, and business associates along every chance we get.

I had the shimp and grits. It was awesome! The coffee was excellent. The service was fast and the place is sqeaky clean. If you are in the area, stop in and treat yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Walking in to the amazing modern, warming, farm to table style eatery was a great way to start my morning. After a fun night the cold strong cold brew with sweet cream foam helped me start my day, and the hot chocolate was to die for. Danny our server was an excellent man. Always tending to our needs and keeping up on us. The food has HUGE portion and I loved it. Nothing like stuffin my face with amazing breakfast food. The wide selection of food options made me wondering what I was gonna get but I went for the cocholate chip waffles and I wouldn’t have them any other way. Service was 10/10, food 10/10 and overall I will be back.

Let’s start with the good. The French press coffee was absolutely delicious. Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had at a restaurant, rich and flavorful and full bodied. My cinnamon roll pancakes were AMAZING. Not overly sweet. Not dense either, but very fluffy. 2 others in our party got the breakfast skillet with potato’s, eggs, and bacon. They both said it was really good, but pretty salty. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and bright.
Now for the (not bad) but not so great. To get a table, you have to call ahead. So I did, and they said that we’d check in when we arrived and then still have to wait. I was confused and didn’t understand, then, what the call-ahead did? They said, “If you call ahead, it won’t bump you to the top of the list when you get there, but it will bump you halfway up the list of current people waiting.” Never heard of such an odd, fairly complicated setup! Luckily when we got there, there wasn’t a wait anyway. Second, it took over an hour for our food to come. For just 4 people, that was a little ridiculous. And no one, even our waitress l, came by in the meantime to explain the delay. After we got our food though, a manager (I think) did come by to make sure the food was good and apologized that it took so long.
Overall a delicious and high quality place, but who still needs to iron out their overall efficiency since they are still pretty new.

This has become our go to place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. My daughter and I love going and love the food. The atmosphere is cozy. We always have great servers and the food is amazing along with the portions. Go early to avoid waiting. I think the longest we ever waited was 20 minutes even when super busy. It's worth the wait.

Great and happening place. Food was great but had to find parking and then wait 30 min before being seated.

My server was nice but he took a while to take my order and then he disappeared when I needed something. I asked about their pancakes and asked him to describe them. He said they’re not fluffy, but they’re not dense and thin. Since I’m a breakfast person and I love pancakes, I went with my gut and opted for the lemon blueberry pancakes with a side of chicken sausage. The pancakes were surprisingly better than I expected, however they were dense. It was very dense and moist where it almost tastes like it was undercooked. It was heavy so I only ate one pancake. The chicken sausage tasted good, but I was shocked by how small the portion is. Two small pieces of sausages for $4.50? That’s just wrong. I don’t know where it’s sourced but they could at least give one more piece considering how small they were. In addition, the presentation was lacking in finesse. The sausages were rolling on the plate and the whipped butter was just plopped randomly on the edge of the pancake. Also, I barely tasted the lemon zest. The density of the pancakes overpowered any flavors. Overall, the food was mediocre. Overpriced for sure, but it’s clean, open, and it’s the only breakfast option in the plaza. So I would only return if I was with a group of friends who wanted brunch.

Workers here have been ignorant to us the 4 or 5 times we’ve been here. The food is mediocre at best so definitely not worth trying them out. They seem to be racist as other customers appear to be treated better.

I hate to leave this review because I really love Turning Points in general, but this one is truly the worst. There is always an issue: food but no silverware provided, long wait for order to be taken (20+ minutes seems like every time), water dropped off without glasses to drink from, half the order brought out (no toast, someone's whole order, etc), servers disappearing without ever asking how the food came out. Yesterday, yet again, we had several of these same issues. There seem to be people running all around but not doing anything... it doesn't make sense.
This location is really ideal for me, so I'm sad to say I'll have to go back to the Warrington one from now on. It's pretty expensive for a breakfast spot compared to those in the area, and at this point, it's just not worth it anymore.
