CVS

I continue to have problems with picking up my mother's medications at the CVS in Dresher, PA 19025. The workers do not take the time to help you when there is an issue with filling a prescription. The pharmacists are curt and treat you like you are beneath them. I wish that this pharmacy matched the sophisfication of the neighborhood it is located in. We deserve much better customer service than this. I am a very unhappy customer and I wish I had more pharmacy options in my neighborhood because I would change in a minute. I hope that things get better.

It’s not just the blond woman. There is at least one other female pharmacist who is cold, and completely unhelpful. Won’t fill my dogs cancer med more than two days in advance. This is not a controlled substance. I have explained to two pharmacists there that she is a dog, and she sometimes finds the pills that I hide in food and she spits them out so I have to hide another one and that I can’t always get to the pharmacy within the narrow window if Im away so they don’t have meds to give her at all at home. The woman with the dark hair kept evading my question when I asked what prevented them from filling it early. When I asked her to over ride it, she told me to come back tomorrow because they were closing. I miss the Rite Aid pharmacist. Always tried to do right by the patient, even when it’s a dog. This pharmacy also told me my son’s medication had been discontinued and they couldn’t get it anymore after we waited a week and a half while they said it was coming. It turns out the order # had changed but they couldn’t be bothered to look closely at their screen. The rite aid pharmacist explained it to me!

Love CVS and have been to multiple locations without complaint. This location however has made me change my perspective of the company as a whole. The manager John was completely rude and on edge. You will not be getting my business anymore.

This is always my go-to CVS. The main pharmacist there is fantastic - she takes the time to listen and cares about the customers. She’s very knowledgeable as well and great a giving vaccines. This location is also very clean and well-stocked. The customer service is good as well. They’re taking good precautions during this time as well.

This particular CVS since opening always excellent even through lockdown in pandemic. Associates friendly kind and very helpful. Store always stocked. They process my photographhs perfectly and timely.

A tall, blonde, female Pharmacist had an attitude with me when I was asking a simple question to the gentleman helping me about Covid test kits. I was told I can use my health insurance to get them and the gentleman asked me if I was trying to get it through Medicare and then she chimed in with “does he look 65 or older?! They’re in the front.” while shaking her head.

Good for prescriptions but regular items are overpriced. No bargains.

Go to any CVS other than this one. Most of the staff is very pleasant but if you have the misfortune of dealing with the blonde woman working the pharmacy, run the other way.
Unhelpful and combative. Insisted my insurance didn't cover my medications. I told her CVS has the wrong insurance on file. She refused to listen. I switched my prescription to the CVS on Easton Rd where they happily updated my insurance and refilled my prescriptions without issue.

Took them one week to figure out that’s my kids medicine not going to be covered.. CVS absolutely doesn’t care about the costumers.

This CVS Store on Susquehanna is a really great store. Very clean, very well-run, shelves are well-stocked, very convenient. The CarePass program also provides customers with additional savings.

John, the store manager, is always very helpful.

Absolutely unacceptable that a pharmacy is allowed to be closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when your website says you are open. Christmas Eve is not a holiday and believe it or not, folks need to be able to pick up prescriptions around holidays. I’ve never heard of this.

This CVS is close to work and is always clean and not over crowded. Also one of the best places to take passport photos! All employees are friendly and helpful.

Unless your getting anything from the pharmacy, don't bother using this store. I called to check to see if a Cpap filter was in stock, and the general store would transfer me to the pharmacy, then the pharmacy would transfer me to the general store. I gave up and went to the store, asked an employee for help to find what I wanted. They told me CVS doesn't carry that item. I went to look anyway and found one. In the general store.

The worst CVS ever! The building is brand new and very clean. The staff are unprofessional, curt, and obnoxious. The tone/language that were used while speaking to customers is something that I have never seen in any business ever. The owner should really take the time to meet the employees of the CVS on Jenkintown Rd.

Terribly slow, don't have common meds and waited double what they told me and it still wasn't ready....I'll be switching to Rite Aid. They filled in 5 mins
