Very nice store. The customer service was excellent. The store was clean and well stocked. Everyone was friendly and I found everything I was looking for!

I went to the DuBois store today. The lady cutting my fabric was so nice. She introduced me to a new type of presser foot for my sewing machine. Unfortunately, they were kept in the cabinet upfront. I asked the cashier who looked 12 years old if I could see it. She didn’t want to let me hold it. When I asked if there was instructions in there, I thought she was going to have a meltdown when the plastic popped open. If you don’t want customers to purchase things, don’t put them in your store. I don’t even understand why it was behind the counter. It was a $30 part big deal. She was definitely a Karen in training. I went to Hobby lobby and bought it. I won’t be back to this store.

i drove two hours to go to this location because i needed fabric for a quilt. i checked the hours online before going and it said they were open until 7. when i got there the sign on the door said they closed at 4 despite what it said online. this was a super frustrating experience because i planned ahead and spend a whole afternoon just for them to be closed unexpectedly.

I bought a Cricut Maker 3 and was told to get the Extended Warranty from Cricut itself. Cricut only offers the extended warranty if you buy it there. Joann Fabrics doesn't offer warranty. So, if something happens to it after a year, I'm stuck w junk. Very disappointing. Maybe I'll take it back to them.

I would have liked to have been offered assistance so I could've gotten in and out faster b/c my toddler was screaming. But maybe that's why nobody wanted to help me. :/ Either way I do enjoy this store.

Alot of items on sale in the front of the store ... Did you know that you can use up to 4 coupons at the same time as long as they have different bar codes [flyer, email, text, in store coupon all have different bar codes] ... So you can use 2 40% off coupons on your order or 1 item depending on the coupon... Thank you for your help tonight ... You saved us a ton of money we got 80% off of our entire order ... Who know you can do this... The employees was very helpful... We will be back...

Wow! How can I keep this short? There are so many good things to say about this store. They have holiday items that I do not see anywhere else. When I want something crafty and a little out of the ordinary I go there and find it! The staff is great. The place is clean. Who doesn't love this store? It is so big and so many things to look at. I love it!

They have TONS of fabric in every color, style, and texture, plus lots of other cool stuff. All kinds of crafting stuff, decorations, and so much more. You have to shop there to see it all.

The Christmas sales looked great, but I was looking at yarn and there were a lot of empty shelves. What they had was beautiful though.

I recently relocated to DuBois from Michigan and I have to say this is one of the saddest Joann stores I have ever seen. It's TINY. Many items are not properly stocked and at times it feels just messy.

One of my biggest issues are the employees. Many are not very friendly or conversational and it seems as though they could care less if you're displeased.

Next, their "Purchase Online Pick Up in Store" option is downright insulting. I made a purchase 15 minutes before the store even opened and by 4pm they still had not picked up my items. Their excuse was they were "too busy", however, that cost me 2 skeins of yarn that I needed for a very special project for my daughter, along with the hook I wanted to try. I never got a sincere "I'm so sorry" or "Let me offer you a discount on what you are purchasing", etc. Thankfully, I had gone to Walmart prior and grabbed the yarn I needed there because of a gut feeling. SPOT ON.

To be quite honest, I'll probably never return to this store unless it's absolutely necessary. Instead, I'll go over to Michael's or Walmart or just order online from Hobby Lobby.
