Dunkin'

I visited this location today and ordered a medium hot vanilla latte with 2% milk. They took my order, I paid and they knowingly made my latte with skim milk (GROSS). They should have told me, the paying customer, they didn’t have 2% milk. Then ai could’ve order something else…In my opinion, this wasn’t good customer service so I will NOT be returning.

I get a dunkin' donuts tea everyday and recently I noticed the teas have a horrible taste. For one their water quality is horrible and they are brewing the tea in dirty tea baskets or filters. It's sucks.

Today 12/23/2024 upon ordering on the drive thru I had an awful and sad experience with the manager there, when trying to make a large order over $100 for myself and my entire family this lady ( manager) was rude and unprofessional. Also she was racist, I was being a target of discrimination. Do not buy here!!!! They need to treat everyone with dignity and respect… AWFUL!!

Service is usually good. They have messed up my munchin order a few times but made fixed it afterward. But they charged me for a cup of water for my kid, which is actually messed up.

The throw the donuts carelessly into the bag knowing that the frosting is wet. Happened multiple times. Service is good enough.

I'm a big fan of DD hot coffee, and this place is hit or miss. Many times I've gotten coffee here and tonight I decided I'm done with this location. The coffee was so bland and weak, and lacking flavor... that rich DD tasting coffee that everyone loves. You want flavorful DD coffee, go to the east main location, it's always good there and my new only go to.

I went in yesterday and today, the same ppl were at drive thru, older Indian lady and older Indian man, I asked for midnight coffee, cream and sugar. I went to Dunkin Donuts to pick up a online order & THE EMPLOYEES forgot my other half of my order & the one that was taking orders at the time says to me “you’re too high”, I do not do any kind of drugs for him to even say that statement, after leaving I called the store over five times & received no answer. Your employees are very disrespectful & rude. That’s no way to talk to someone when they were the ones who forgot my order & I am a paying customer.

This is my neighborhood dunkin and they see us just about every dunkinday. The staff occasionally gives my daughter a donut or throw in some hash browns for free. Thank you dunkin Johnson highway.

So, I went through the drive-thru, and got an everything bagel, double toasted with cream cheese, and it was perfect. After eating it, I decided to not go to Wawa for coffee, but to go back through the drive-thru, and get an iced coffee. Well, I asked that they use a little less ice, and they had the nerve to tack on an additional 50 cents! I questioned it, and told him to just make it with the regular amount of ice, and he said okay. I got to the window, and they hadn't removed the charge! I mentioned again to the lady at the window, and she said it was the policy! I could see that being the policy, if I had ordered a hot coffee, and asked for a cup of ice. Who does this? Apparently, this Dunkin location, so while I may get a bagel there, every now and then, I will not order an iced coffee; it wasn't even tasty or made the way I asked. Treat your customers better!

The Asian lady working the drive through is completely rude and unprofessional! The man who is a manager/owner is the exact same way. Some of the employees have attitudes when you can’t understand them because they don’t speak English. We have been ordering from this location for many years, but will take our business elsewhere now. Not that they will even care. So much for good customer service!!

I only wanted 3 items and the guy at the register did not know a word of English. Manager had to come to take my order. I work in the same shopping strip and a regular customer. It was a lil unnerving and frustrating, was there for more than 20 minutes.

They messed up my coffee and when I asked for it to be fixed they guy looked at me like if I had 3 heads! An I also got a chocolate chip muffin and it was hard as a rock I’ll never go back!

I normally have a problem at the Dunkin I go to because either with the app or with the service and miscommunication between the staff. At this place, I didn't have a problem at all and the service was fast! It's small in there, but I was able to get the last table. It's very comfortable there!!

I go to this Dunkin probably every other day for the past month, constantly giving them my money. They make my drink perfect every time which is why I continue to go. Unfortunately this is my last straw with this location. I received completely unwarranted attitude while telling them I’m picking up my order through the drive through. I then say hello how are you to the lady at the window only to be completely ignored. Then she barely sticks her hand out the window to hand me my drink. She then watched me, an extremely pregnant woman, struggle to grab the item to the point where I has to get out of my car to grab it so I didn’t strain myself any further.

Good food and good quality for the most part, however the one lady occasionally the drive thru, on multiple occasions she never fully extends her arm out the window to hand items to customers, you almost have to reach inside to receive your item and this leads to money and credit cards being constantly dropped out the window.

Since Covid, I always use drive-thru after using Dunkin mobile app to pre-order. I always pickup at drive-thru by order number and order is always correct. Works great!

Iced cold brew had chemical taste to it. Undrinkable. I threw it out. I forgot about that last time I was there 5 months ago and went back. Big mistake! They tried to charge me $6 for a large cold brew because I asked for “no ice”!!!! I told them NEVERMIND! Never will I go here again!

Ordered 2 iced coffees and they rang me up for regular coffees. Then they guy who took my order blamed me and said that is what you ordered. I didn't argue he was rude also ordered bacon on a sandwich and didn't get it I guess that was my fault too. Check your order usually no problems at this location but today horrible service

This is my GO TO DUNKIN!! The staff goes above & beyond for your order! I go out of my way nearly every morning to come here and I’m always greeted with the warmest welcoming. My coffee is always perfect and the staff here goes out of there way to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’ve never had any issues. A lot of Dunkin Donuts are hit or miss depending on who’s making your order but not this one! It’s gotten to the point where the staff knows my regular orders! Take the extra 5 minutes out of your morning to come here, you won’t regret it!

Ordered by the Dunkin app for pickup. Got there and the drive thru was busy. I got to the order box, told them I had a pickup and a dude popped out the back door and handed it to me. Fricking awesome service. I'd recommend going inside to pick up though. Less chance for exemplary service, but less frustration watching cars creep along.

I ordered the wrong drink and when I explained to the employee who was making my drink, she corrected it for me with kindness and such professionalism . I truly felt bad as it was my mistake. Only reason why it wasn't a 5 star us my maple sugar bacon sandwich didn't taste like it was maple sugar bacon. It tasted regular which was disappointing 😞

This location is extremely busy, but the service is good and the place is well staffed, so they get you in and out quickly. I wouldn't recommend parking in the lot around the building, because the cars in the drive through will block you in. I can't ever remember my order being wrong. This is the best one in the area.

I went in there for donuts at about 6:40 p.m. and their selection was very good they had lots of donuts. However the two that I got were extremely hard. It's like they didn't even make fresh donuts throughout the day that nobody came in and bought donuts.

Worst start to the New Year. Order an ice coffee, she made it how she wanted, not what was asked for and no straw. When we took it back, she lied and said she was the manager, the manager came out. Ended up with a refund.
She argued with my son over what he ordered.
Best to use the one on Germantown Pike.

99% of the time your order is perfect. Drive through, mobile order, or walk-in before Covid. The staff are professional, courteous, and hard working. There is a very good reason this location is almost always busy! I'm moving out of the area soon and it will be tough to find a Dunkin as good as this one.
