CVS Pharmacy

I was told to wait 15-20mins for my medication at the pharmacy. They told my name will be called out. I waited over 35 mins, the pharmacy closed for lunch. They never called my name out. If I was told to come back in an hour I would have happily done that. Why to make me wait?!

I took this concern to the manager. She was like, so what!? They close between 1-2 for lunch. I DID NOT have a problem with them closing for lunch, the problem was why did they ask me to wait. The pharmacy timing stuck up front of the pharmacy doesn’t mention their lunch break is between 1 and 2. The pharmacist should know when they close and asked me to come after an hour once they open it. The most annoying part was the manager acted as if it’s absolutely normal to give wrong expectations and make customers wait.

I tried calling to speak to the pharmacy dept, and was on hold for OVER an hour! I know that someone could have picked up the phone! I usually like this CVS, but this was ridiculous!
