Waffle House

I had a great experience at this Waffle House location. There was one table available because the place was full of customers and busy. I was able to get that table and my server was ready to take my order. I got the All Star Special $11.50 with Grits, eggs, toast, waffle, and bacon. It was delicious and came out hot! This used to be a good Waffle House to eat late night. Now on Mondays and Tuesdays night my food either burnt , the cook Tracy not changing gloves. Somebody need to do something about this lady or I’ll take my business else where

We Asked for the All Star breakfast with scrambled eggs grits toast sausage and waffle. Sad to say people don't know how to scramble eggs. A fried egg chopped is not scrambled. Training does need to take place. However the manager put it to the test to see the difference between and fried chopped and scrambled eggs. So hopefully when you order a scrambled egg you get one. But the attitude of some of the staff such as the unit Manager is the worst. A total adjustment needs to seriously take place.

Terrible TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , sat there for 30mins at the counter waiting for 1 lite waffle. Meanwhile the goofy chick thar took my order kept telling me 3min till your done , so 45 mins later after 4 ALL STARS orders were made I asked her where my order only to b told that we need to go get some more Waffle Batter !!!! WTH .... I just walked out . NEVER GOING BACK

Traveled to North Augusta, SC was hungry for some breakfast. Made a quick stop waffle house. Ordered the grilled chicken hash brown bowl. Yum, Yum 😋 The place was popping. The people were getting it in. And the customers were polite too. Great Area, Great visit. Thank you everyone that was serving that day.

Been coming here awhile (6months or so since we moved here) and when I went today to get a to-go order I noticed they have started charging a Service fee of $2.30 And a Togo fee of $2.30 So on top of a tip I m now paying a extra $5 For service and Togo fees? I guess I ll be finding a new place to do Togo.

To go from this location sucks! Wrong drink and wrong toast. Specifically ordered the cheese egg breakfast instead of a bacon breakfast bowl because a side of raisin toast is not an option, and got white toast. I shouldnt have left a tip.

Eight employees standing around talking while I sit waiting to place an order. I finally get my order placed about 20 minutes later, It takes another 20 minutes to get my food. I make it all the way home to realize I paid for a bacon cheeseburger with no bacon and burnt bread. I tried to call them to Let the know how displeased I was but theyre telephones go to a answering machine that says they do not take to go orders. This is very sad service. If you need food to go I would highly suggest not going here.

Every table was dirty, we had to wait for one to be cleaned to sit. 4 employees were visible, but no one was cleaning the dining area. The floor was slick and trashy.

Waiting over 40 min for our to go order. Finally told them to forget about it and left. The cook started telling us he was working on it, when in fact the same piece of bread and cheese that had been sitting there this whole time was still in fact still just sitting there untouched. Nothing being done. They weren t even that busy. He was rude and started arguing with my husband. Get a new chef he slow and others at that time we re sending back burnt sausage and another couple said their food was cold.

My daughter and I came in around 9-9:10 p.m. after a volleyball game and they were noticeably busy. So we took a seat and waited to be greeted. A minimum of 7 minutes being there, a young blonde told us that someone would be with us shortly. Another 5+ minutes passed, and no one greated us, but 2 different servers checked on the table in front of us, not 2 min apart, to make sure their coffee was full. My daughter and I left and as I was walking out of the door, I said yall have a great night and a female yelled back you do too! Not a care in the world that they treated us so poorly. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to let someone sit for over 10 minutes and still not even greet them. And its even more ridiculous to have 8 staff members in that tiny of a place and only one acknowledge even your existence. What a shame. I hope yall learn how to treat people better.

Called to place a pick up order and was left on hold for 20 minutes while listening to the conversations and activity. Finally hung up and called back to get a recording saying that they are limiting their take out orders, then hung up on. I could have cooked my own breakfast twice during that wasted time. Won t eat there again!

Shout out to Roger and Mike they were short staffed but let us know in a polite way straight from the moment we walked in the door. But never let it affect their attitudes, or service. The service was very prompt, even faster than expected and I can t speak enough on the fact of their attitudes toward being short handed. They took it with a grain of salt and did the damn thang. O and the food was great!

SHOULD HAVE ASK FOR WELL DONE egg. BUT I ARE IT ANYWAY!! . VERY VERY EASY HANDICAP PARKING.. COMPLETELY LEVEL 5-8 Steps to pull open the door!! Im just going to stop trying with this place. Even with no customers in the building they refuse to answer the phone for other working folks like me and my co-workers to put in pick up orders. I called 8 times and gave up. Ive never had this problem with any other location.

My son & I stop by for a quick meal and started watching the inside. Waitress was geeking., Place is a dump! We got the hell out. Went to the one at hwy 1. Its great. They need to close the one we left down! Cant believe the local police department lets the place continue on the way it is!

I usually dont eat at this particular one and now I remember why. They had one server working the floor, but four people on the line in the back. My food got there fairly quick but it was ice cold, grits were hard, bacon was limp, the cheese eggs were semi-warm at least, and waffle was pretty much limp and cold, the butter didnt even melt on it when I put it on. It was not overly crowded, whether once one poor fella that have been waiting 45 minutes for to go order. I promise you I will NEVER come back to this Waffle House again! Too bad theres not a zero stars rating.

Sitting here and this guys whole team called out on him they have one person in here and he is doing an excellent job. Very good service for only being one person working, taking orders, serving, running the grill, and cashing people out. Hands down a very good worker.

The person cooking needs more training, waffle, and bacon was under cooked and after everyone was about finished eating the waffle still had not arrived, I asked and was promptly brought the under cooked and somewhat chilled waffle, the another guest at my table asked for the bacon to be cooked more, it was way under cooked. The manager did remove the waffle from the bill. Waffle house can do better and has done better, but this one will need some work.

I eat here regularly. Home cooked meals give you nice amount of food. There meatloaf could use a little More seasonings.great service friendly staff.. some days packed . I ate with police officer who was having hamburger band fries and said was good. He eats there a lot too.. I usually eat their specials
