This is our new go-to florist. It's easy to communicate with them about the arrangements. The prices are more reasonable here than other florists in the area and the flower arrangements are really amazing. The delivery is efficient and on time. Very pleased with everything so far and plan to keep using them for all my floral needs.

Beautiful floral arrangement and exceptional customer service. Please see pictures! I am also impressed with the blooming Christmas cactus they had!Their prices are competitive and actually a little lower than other florists I’ve used around town. Will be returning and definitely recommend!

Received anniversary flowers from here on a Friday. When they arrived some of the flowers were already dying and had brown spots on them. The arrangement itself didn't even last 3 days before it was wilting. For an arrangement that cost $59 you expect better.

Just sent my grandma flowers for her birthday, and she said they were the prettiest she's ever seen. I thought she was just being nice and saying that to make me feel good, but then she sent me pictures, and now I agree with her.

Why on Earth would ones website allow someone to place an order, then pay for that order only to get a phone call 2 hours later stating that you don't go to the area that your website accepted only hours before? Just asking for a friend....

After seeing how many people complained about this shop always being closed and now just got a call saying they will be closed tomorrow and can't deliver my sister's flowers for her birthday. The guy was not at all professional. I will definitely check to see if my money is back in my account.

I went to Bush's Flower Shop to order a flower arrangement for our 30th wedding anniversary. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and put together a beautiful arrangement. The arrangement was delivered to my wife at her work location as promised and on time.

I definitely will use Bush's Flower Shop again and recommend it to others.

My mother received a beautiful arrangement from Bushs with so many roses in different shades sprinkled with Iris, tulips and Gerber daisies. It was stunning!

I received flowers from a friend at church today. They look like a arrangement that is several days old. Not a attractive arrangement either. Pink wilted roses and sunflower looking flowers. I sure will not recommend this place. Have had nicer from the grocery store

Best experience I have ever had with any florist. I ve gotten flowers here twice and the second time there was a mixup with the delivery and I wasn t able to see my fiancé receive the flowers. The owner immediately made it right no questions asked and offered to deliver additional flowers so I could set up my surprise as planned. Absolutely beautiful flowers and more importantly, an honest business that s willing to go the extra mile to make things right. This experience has solidified it for me; I will be getting my flowers exclusively from here for now on.

Watch your credit/debit card charges! They got a 3 because the flowers were delivered in a timely manner. Otherwise, not good business. They charge your card differently (more) than what FTD online shows. He said there is a discrepancy in the delivery fee on their end. If youve known that, you should probably have that fixed; rather than just arbitrarily charging your customers more than they expect. Bad business.

Unprofessional. Definitely will never set foot back into this place. Wasted 10 minutes of my time sitting there to have larry waltz through to say he would be closed. Seems like staff would have been aware of that before offering us a seat. I feel like his casual dismissal was for another reason... but hey.... we got better service at Jim Bushs on Martintown Rd

The guy who answered the phone was very professional. Took my order and made adjustments to their schedule to be able to deliver the flowers to my wife diligently. Will use again in the future

I called the man that picked the phone up was so very unprofessional and very inconsiderate I asked him did he have any tulips and he said the shop was closed and will not be open until Monday I said when do you have any tulips in return He hung up in my face very unprofessional and never will I do any business

Called late morning on a Sat to ask if there was anyway possible he could deliver a pretty bouquet anytime that day....no notice given. Man was very proffessional, polite, took my info and had it delivered to an address in N. Augusta in just a few hours. Recipient of flowers was elated and remarked how BEAUTIFUL they were. Thank you so much to the owner of this establishment for making that happen for her. I will be a repeat customer.

Highly recommend, beautiful fresh flowers very full and creative pieces. Fantastic pricing for the quality of work. Also very fast delivery. Wish we would have known about this place sooner, but glad we found them now. This will definitely be my go to florist.

I have been a customer of theirs for many years as occasions have warranted. I highly recommend them. I have never been dissatisfied with their flowers or plants. Always pleasant and professional.

First off, I personally have not used these folks but saw a rant on FB and thought I would share. A son ordered flowers for his mother and paid extra to have them delivered ON mothers day or by mothers day. They were not on her doorstep or office by Friday at 5pm so he called to cancel the flowers altogether. Yall dropped by TODAY and he paid $90 for an ugly arrangement and I have to say that 6 roses with babys breath and 2 other flowers didnt look like $90 to me AND delivered late. Please take more pride and care when charging people...There are pics. :(
