I Ordered a Bacon Double Meal, Burger was A Mess, And Only Had A Half Piece Of Bacon On It! The Cheese Fries Barely Had Cheese One Them And I Didnt Receive The Extra Cheese That I Paid For Either! I Love Freddys In Indiana So I Expected Way Better Than What I Received! Very Disappointed!

* For a New Operation I expected more...excitement, the staff just seemed to be lackadaisical. The hamburger was just "okay", the meat was actually very good and warm, but the burger was dry.
* It seems that customers are expecting a Better hamburger then what they are serving, and you need to get this addressed or you are going to lose customers fast, people get tired of this and there are too many places to eat now a days!

The food was better than I expected! The regular double steakburger comes with mustard, onions, and pickles, and reminded me of a a giant double Krystal with cheese. My wife got a hot dog which she enjoyed enough to get again on a second visit the next day. The fries are super thin, and tasty too! And the frozen custard was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. About the only thing lacking was that the Pepsi was out on both visits, and the floor near the drink station was super slick. But we'll definitely be back!

Visited on a Friday for lunch around 1pm. It was busy but not crowded. From the time we placed our order until the number was called was reasonable. Everything was hot. The burger was delicious and included a little "extra" meat. Tried the cheese curds. They were hot & pretty good but a little greasy. Enjoyed a key lime shake and it was flavorful, more sweet than tart. The portions were sizeable and more than sufficient. Overall a good fast food burger meal with better than average customer service. This was probably about a 3.5, but the burger and customer service pushed it to 4 stars.

Originally went to go to Wendy's because I had coupons for free food, saw Freddy's and decided to give it a try instead. I'm glad I did. The place itself had at least 5 to 6 people working, orders came out fast and seasoned with more than just salt. Their portions are definitely worth the money. I didn't have to use a single drop of ketchup on the fries, it would have insulted the seasonings. I spent about $30 for 2 people, but, we had substitutions and got some custard. Ended up having to bring some home.

My husband and I walked in on a staff meeting. The manager kept it very professional considering that customers were coming into the location. We ordered a Double Cheeseburger, Grilled Sandwich, and Turtle Concrete. On the way out, we picked up a bottle of the Jalapeño Fry Sauce. The service hasn't changed since the Grand Opening. We will return.

I have been to Freddy's in other states, and this one is small in comparison. It wasn't very inviting. They do have THE BEST custard. But we ordered a chocolate sundae and got a cup of chocolate custard, nothing else. In my experience, a sundae should come with some kind of chocolate syrup or fudge, strawberry topping, SOMETHING, with whipped cream and a cherry and somethings nuts. If I were to rate ONLY the custard alone, 5 stars! French fries were good too. But not getting anything but a cup of custard for a Sundae is the reason for the three stars.

These people are the best! Thats probably the main reason why we go. Well, theres the fries! Those and custard. But the people that work there are so friendly and helpful. The manager came to check on us. We felt so appreciated and welcomed. What an outstanding crew! Parking: Normal for around here. Their grand opening was an organized frog swallowing. They handled it well!

They have hands down the BEST burgers and cheese curds. Love their food and thats why I keep coming back but I deducted a point because at least 4 times that Ive been there now, all of their drink options are out of service except for diet pepsi and tea. Not sure whats going on there but its kind of disappointing. Also, I visited yesterday and it was so hot in there..I dont think the air was working. Couldnt wait to get out if there because it was so hot.

I wanted to leave 5 stars the food was delicious, staff friendly, store clean. BUT the lady taking my order was filling the custard station and wore gloves, came over took my order I paid with cash handed me my change & receipt gloves still on, then turned around and started filling the custard station hands in what looked like oreo crumbs yep you guessed it still wearing those SAME gloves. She stopped fixed her hair, grabbed a iPad and went to what looks like a cooler still wearing those gloves. When she set the iPad down in what looked like was chocolate sauce she went and RINSED the gloves off and continued with iPad work. Im not gonna lie that absolutely grossed me out!!! Everyhting else was PERFECT!! Kid-friendliness: They had cute coloring pages hanging from the window ledges.

I pulled up at 9:40, 20 minutes until close with two cars being served in front of me. I wait for them to take my order for 12 minutes, then I pull around and she says that we close ten minutes early from 10:00pm. After I ve been waiting for several minutes as I watched her serve the cars in front of me. I could ve went to zaxbys before it was too late so thanks a lot for your terrible service

Weve tried hard to like this restaurant; we gave it 3 tries over several months. Each time was almost worse than the previous. Long wait at the counter just to order (staff just walking around or on their phone), staff doesnt know nor understand their own menu and product, even longer wait time to receive order, cursing by the staff in the kitchen, little to no toppings on sundaes, out of vanilla ice cream (twice), out of beverage options (except Mt. Dew, Lemonade, and sweet tea), sticky floors and tables with dried food and ice cream on them. You get the feeling like they dont care about their job and certainly like they dont care about the product and service. The value for what you pay to get is also unsatisfactory; another complaint but, suffice it to say its over priced.

We pulled in just now to order our food. The lady who took our order was not paying attention to what we were ordering, and when we repeated the fact each order was supposed to be a large she huffed loudly into the intercom like we were a pain in her @ss. Once we pulled to the window she was rude at the window. I specifically looked for a name tag but she was not wearing one. Fortunately we love the food at Freddy s and our order was correct, but someone being that blatantly rude should not be running the customer service aspect of this job.

The last time we went they were out of french fries and then onion rings. We thought we would try again. This time they only had diet Pepsi, mountain dew , fruit punch and sweet tea. The were out of all the other carbonated drinks they offer. They were out of paper napkins and just had a roll of paper towels sitting out. After a while someone did fill one of the 2 napkin holders. While the staff was friendly we just have to wonder what is going on. It feels like something is missing. Not sure well be back.

Decent burgers. Seasoned fries. Custard is why you should visit. Only one vegetarian option and its a terrible, mushy bean burger. I wish more restaurants would opt for Beyond Burgers or Impossible. Staff is a lot of teens but friendly. If youre looking for a cheap, quick, decent ( not the best but decent) smash burger and a milkshake, this is your place Vegetarian options: Not good and dont recommend

Spent $17 on a meal and got nothing but 2 buns and a patty, no lettuce, tomato, Mayo, or bacon. I was asked if I wanted each of those and I said yes. My receipt doesn t say leave the Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon off. It s a very intentional action to hand off an order like this and I can guess why the drive thru woman and cook decided to do this. I ll be back in the morning for a refund for my entire order. UPDATE: Finally had a chance to go back to this Freddy s to try and get a refund. Since the woman that worked that night wasn t there with her petty and poor attitude, I accepted a remake of the food instead of a refund.

The food was delicious! I had a double bacon cheese burger combo. The paddies are like smash burgers, and the shoestring fries were hot and fresh. It didnt take anytime for my meal to be ready. Only complaint was no napkins. A roll of paper towels with mustard and ketchup stains was available where you received your meal.

My wife and I came through the drive thru Sunday Easter Sunday at 9:53pm with two cars in front of us,I understand it was almost closing time however, no one came over the speakers to ask anything, didnt let us know if they were still serving, nothing! We got ignored,we even asked thru the speaker, if they were still serving and absolutely nothing, we just got ignored. My wife called 9:56p,after waiting 3 minutes for them to respond. When someone answered the phone,she asked if they were still serving, and they hung up on her!. She called back, and someone answered, and finally, at 9:58pm saying they werent serving. So they ignored us till it was closing time, which is extremely rude. If you didnt want to stay till closing, they shouldnt be on that shift! This was our first time coming here. The hospitality was absolutely horrible, and we dont even live in the area. However, we passed this restaurant on our way through to our location. When we drove past the drive-through window, a bunch of kids were hanging out the window, laughing with the at the car they were serving, like as if what they just did to us was hilarious First impressions are everything!

Expensive, but well worth the price. Delicious burgers, great onion rings. This will be an occasional treat for sure. They have all other burger businesses beat except for the old What A Burger on Broad Street. Today was my third visit to Freddys and boy was I very disappointed. The first two visits the steakburgers, fries and onion rings were cooked to perfection. The steakburgers today were like overcooked fried eggs with more lace then meat. The onion rings were also overcooked. For the price, $23 dollars and change, for two burgers, one fry and one onion ring order, I doubt I will be returning.

No customer service at the drive through. When I pulled up to the window after placing my order, all I saw were children in uniform chasing each other around the register area. No one confirmed my order or asked if I needed any help. I waited over eight minutes at the window. Since my time and order was not important, l left and never returned.

Not impressed at all by the food or the overall experience. I was really excited to finally get to try Freddys. The drive thru worker was extremely lazy almost like she was on drugs or something. The first thing I noticed was how filthy her nails/ hands were and just overall cleanliness. Not exactly pleasant to see at a food establishment but it got worse. I received my food and when I got home I was instantly regretting even going to begin with. First thing I noticed was how soggy the bread was so I opened the sandwich. I not only had hair in my bag but also in my burger. I didnt even get to try it. Extremely disappointed. Honestly just ridiculous.

A very unusual, but a very good hamburger. The french fries are shoestring and they come to you fresh. The store is very clean. There was one gentleman that never slowed down while I was there enjoying my meal. He kept busy cleaning up the dining room, then doing things in the kitchen/cooking area. Vegetarian options: Yes, they do have vegetarian options on the menu. They have a veggie burger.

We ordered a stake burger n fries w a shake cost over$30 the meat was a bit dry nothing special or in my opinion worth that much money esp for two meals it was a bit high. They do have a lot of different flavors to make shakes n frozen treats with and the employees were very polite and friendly gave fast service and got everything right on the order. From what ppl told me about Freddies and how good it was I was disappointed and could get the same shake from cookout with a better sandwich.

Parking: I dont recommend for dine in for large groups, but they do have additional seating on an outdoor patio. Kid-friendliness: There is no playground, but it is a place id feel comfortable to bring small children into. Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp by the door

I never like to leave a public review until Ive reached out to the company internally. However, after emailing over a month ago with no response, this is the next step. I even included photos in the email. Two bites into my burger, I pulled out the longest piece of hair from in-between the patties. Ive never been so disgusted in my life. You need to try this place if you happen to visit N. Augusta, SC, anytime soon! The manager there was such a delight! I was craving a custard shake that I didnt see on the menu and even I inquired if they Haugen to make this particular one but didnt list it, she replied, No, but making it the way u want it, is not a problem whatsoever! They had the ingredients, thank goodness! And the girl at the drive-up window, Isabella, was sweet, attentive, and friendly! You could tell that she loves her job! And that attitude is hard to find these days! Keep up the good work, you guys, and Ill be back in for sure when I come back to visit NA again! Love that you can customize burgers and add jalapeños! Orders are filled quickly. Service is great. Custard ice cream is tasty!

Was looking forward to trying the new Freddy s in the North Augusta/CSRA area, but left with a more sour taste than a pleasant one. The immediate first impression set the mood for the entire experience. The girl taking our order was texting on her phone and not fully paying attention in between putting in the order on the kiosk. She was not discreet about it at all, you could see her right from the side texting on her phone and hovering it right over the kiosk. She did not seem to be enthusiastic about working here, which is not the kind of people you have working the front end of a new restaurant. The food did not lighten the mood either. Fries were very hard, similiar to the pik-nik or potatoe stix chips they sell at Walmart. Burger was disappointing as well. A disproportionate amount of yellow mustard was put on the burger which completely threw off the taste, the burger itself was extremely oily and greasy, even more-so than what you d imagine from fast food , and the bun was oddly damp. The food was made and served fast, but you could have a better fast food experience at McDonald s and probably better service too.

22 Dec - We ordered two sundaes which had thick pieces of plastic at the bottom of our bowls. It seems like they were pieces of something larger, so hopefully they clean out their machines. I called the store and spoke with Kamiya about it.

1st time trying , the fries are small fried potatoe chip style fries. It was quite pricy about $55 for three meals

Food was great but the person at the drive thru was not friendly and his clothing looked like he was wearing more food than he served. Normally would not complain about that as I know how business can be but this was a crazy amount on the clothes.

Just moved here and am so glad to have Freddys close by! I have always loved their burgers and fries. Food was amazing, service was good however, it was packed and an employee was taking up a table that customers could have been using. But all in all I will be a repeat Customer.

Their ice cream is amazing. Chicken sandwich was delicious! The drive thru was quick even tho the line was long. They even let us add on at the window.

The restaurant was filthy inside. The tables and chairs were greasy and the yogurt machine was so nasty. I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter to get waited on and then I had to say hello. The steak burger was dry and tasted like it had been sitting forever. Nothing on it but mustard and pickles. Everything was so greasy. That was my first and last trip.

I was in this Freddy s today picking up a mobile order . I asked women behind counter to cover the frozen custard shakes or put in a bag . She said No I don t have anything !! And walked away , to back of store . Never came back . I stood there another 15 mins until another. Employee came up to counter and was very nice and gave me an extra bag . Picking up mobile orders your Freddy s employee need to make food right and frozen custard shakes and seal it when the driver asks you too ! It s that simple.

Just another Burger joint. We already have too many like with the Mexican restaurants. Not a big fan of the shoestring fries. Still the best around... 5 guys!

I got a large Signature Turtle Concrete. It was a little on the stingy side with the whipped cream, but otherwise, it was really good. It came with a regular-sized spoon that was mini compared to the cup. I did not like putting my hand into my cup to reach the bottom. Seams like the spoon should have had a longer handle. The drive-thru time was quick and the staff was polite. Update: I tried their single steak burger w/onion rings. All I can say is... I will definitely be back to get another one of those. I am seriously a fan of Freddys!!! Plus, their employees go above and beyond a this location. I was really impressed with the people here.

Was told they dont have peppermint shakes. When they had two signs up advertising them. Staff was very rude. Will not be back. Second time at this location both times were horrible.

I had another amazing experience at a Freddys!! I honestly can say I have not had a bad experience! Each one we visit has been exceptional!! The service and food are above par! You will not regret walking through the doors!
