My wife and I visited to purchase a switch, we didn't know anything about the different models

The employee, Rachel was very quick to see our confusion and come over and help us, she explained the differences between the versions and even found us a special edition switch among the pre-owned

She helped us find the titles we were looking for even when couldn't remember ourselves, all we had to do was explain what we had seen in commercials, she helped us with all of the warranty and account information as well as giving us free codes for in-game cosmetics
She was great!!!

The GameStop itself is massive and very clean with a huge spread of merch that doesn't feel cramped at all

My boys love it game stop is awesome NA, SC hands down depends on who's working some are awesome!! others act like their game gods experts. NO your store clerks that tend to do extra over step boundaries a bit and I don't think they get paid for that. Just know what you looking for before you go your good only the right person will respectfully assist you without sarcasm, rudeness

pulled up knowing exactly what I needed . Literally lock the door in front of me and pull down the gates 5 minutes before they had to close. Woman looked at her phone then looked at me and said sorry at 8:55. Glad to know which GameStop to avoid now.

I pre-ordered some Funko Pops from this location about 5 months ago. Since I moved, this location is now over an hour away from me. Ive been able to call this location and ask if my pre-oders have came in yet and every single time, Ive been told no. I noticed a few of the Funkos I had already paid for in other stores and decided to call again; this time not to inquire about my pre-oders but to ask if the product was available. To my surprise, I was told they did get some in but its first come first serve that I needed to come get the item now if Im going to get it at all. (That didnt seem fair since I already paid for the items and this store has never called upon arrival as promised.) I went and picked up the product. (Another side note is that the product said available on the ap as well.) So recently, I called to see if some of my other pre-orders came in (says the product is available on the ap.) and the gentleman on the phone said we dont do pre-order checks over the phone! I told him that I live over an hour away and he told me it didnt matter that I need to show up to check my pre-oders. I told him thats not fair to waste my gas just so he doesnt waste a minute of his time. He then told me that hes the manager and that was his policy. He was blunt and not customer friendly. I felt like a burden, not a customer.

Went in to return my ps4 copy of cyberspunk 2077 as it was unplayable and was met by an impeccable she-ogre who had the lovely aroma of onions, while marveling at her beauty i happened to overhear some hooligans making demeaning remarks on this fat goddesses form, to which I promptly swept in and gave both fiends a verbal lashing for their discriminatory behaviors. These heroic acts were noted by the cashier and I was rewarded with a full refund and a 5% off coupon.

Tired of spending tons on collectors editions to be the last one to get it on releases. Was supposed to get The Last Of Us 2 at midnight and it was canceled. Was told they werent allowed to do midnight releases but called a couple other gamestops and theyre doing one. Cant get a refund to get it elsewhere. Spent $300 to get it later than everyone else? Makes sense. Never again will I waste time with this store.

I use to love game stop but now its a no stop for me...their trade in prices are so disrespectful..like crack head pay outs...and they dont support PC which they used to...idk I think doing business beyond getting a console or a cheap trincket is just not worth it..and even the console prices are higher than some other places so in reality theyre one of my last stops...

I bought NBA 2K18 and got a warranty on it for only two bucks, my brother decided he didnt want it so I got a full refund and got AC Rogue instead for myself. The disc had spots on it so I called and she said they had another disc that looked much cleaner and I could keep my warranty. they had it ready for me right as I walked in the door. Basically the customer service is great!
